Si Mobai hummed gently, took off his shoes, got into bed, and held her in his arms. “You don’t have to wait for me. If you’re tired, go to sleep first,” he said.
“Mobai, is it okay for you to splash yourself with cold water every single time?” Feng Tianlan looked at his long and slender fingers and then played with them, holding them in her hands. She placed her tiny hand on his massive one, which made hers seem so much smaller.
Watching her subtle movements, Si Mobai smiled and said, “I should be fine.” That was because splashing himself with cold water was not the only thing that he did.
“But I heard that if a man holds back for too long, that will happen.” Feng Tianlan played with his fingers as if she was using them to count something.
