The three hours of rest were up quickly.

And Ji Yuan and his team began to pick themselves up one by one.

They did not need to inform each other as it was only a light meditation plus, they were actually meditating near each other and their divine sense easily alert them to any slight movements.

Ji Yuan said to everyone, "We should continue on our way now."

Tian Ao asked him curiously, "Great Saint Ji Yuan, so which way should we go?"

This was a good question. There were mountains everywhere and even a lake here. It was impossible for even Shui Xisi to fly so high to see where the next portal was unless she was willing to mount her phoenix god beast to scout ahead of them.

Ji Yuan glanced at Shui Xisi when he had thought of this.

Shui Xisi giggled softly as she pointed to the northeast, "We should go there. The portal is over there."

Ji Yuan frowned, "How do you know?"

Shui Xisi smiled alluringly, "I tell you later so trust me."

Ji Yuan had a look of disbelief as he looked at her but he quickly said to Tian Ao and the rest, "Let head in the northeast direction."

After he had said so, Ao Tian began to lead Baitang Hai, Wang Gongzi, Zhang Feihong and Hu Butao ahead.

As for Ji Yuan, he was with Hua Yunzi, Xie Hongyu and Shui Xisi behind.

Once on the road, Ji Yuan turned his head to ask Shui Xisi. "So you can now tell me how do you know where the portal is?"

He said so without slowing down his pace.

Actually, Hua Yunzi and Xie Hongyu were curious as well.

Hua Yunzi said quietly, "Let me go ahead with Maiden Hongyu first since this may be inconvenient for Maiden Xisi to share it with us…"

"No need," Shui Xisi interrupted with a soft chuckle. "Actually, I can sense where the portal is with my Thousand Mile Divine Sense."

Ji Yuan frowned immediately as he returned a perplexed look at her, "I have never heard that you got a Thousand Mile Divine Sense."

"Well, you do now. It seems that you have a lot to learn about me." Shui Xisi chuckled softly.

Ji Yuan: …

"Why do I need to know so much about you? This isn't a cultivation test, right?" Ji Yuan bitterly said before adding, "I hope that you are not pulling our legs even though we have 3 days to complete this trial."

Shui Xisi smiled wryly as she explained, "Actually it isn't too hard. There are only two paths ahead of us. One to the northeast and one to the northwest. While it may seem to be going to two different directions, it will all lead to the same place eventually."

Ji Yuan asked her, "How can you be so certain about this?"

Shui Xisi said playfully, "Because we are early! What if we didn't make it on time? This is a trial so they can't really disqualify the champions recklessly or else there won't be a fifth trial. So, depending on our choices, it is only a matter of difficulty."

Ji Yuan nodded as he rubbed his chin, "Well, this makes sense. So you really don't have the Thousand Mile Divine Sense?"

Shui Xisi chuckled at his reply, "What do you think?"

"I guess not." Ji Yuan frowned.

Shui Xisi just smiled alluringly at him, refusing to confirm with him. The truth was, her divine sense was truly the Thousand Mile Divine Sense, the same as her Sister Feifei. So she was not lying to Ji Yuan when she had said that. Also, she could indeed sense where the final portal was.

Whether Ji Yuan would believe her or not, is not really important to her.

What is really important to her, is Ji Yuan's heart for her.

She has the intention to pester Ji Yuan endlessly after the trials of the Empyrean Warrior Labyrinth as she has already given her heart to him.

Hua Yunzi said quietly, "I feel that Maiden Shui Xisi is right. It doesn't matter which direction that we are choosing. It won't be easy so we should exercise some caution instead."

Xie Hongyu nodded, "I agree with Maiden Yunzi on this."

Ji Yuan grinned, "And I agree with the two of you too. Haha…"

Shui Xisi muttered, "Weird. This man doesn't trust me but can trust the other two maidens so readily. Isn't this weird or not?"

JI Yuan ignored her and continued walking fast.

Actually, it was not because he did not trust Sisi but she was just too mysterious for him to believe her sometimes.

4 hours later.

All of a sudden Tian Ao was shouting to the team, "Look!"

And he looked very excited and so did the others!

On a hill slope, there ware 3 Dao Fruits that were radiating rainbow hues!

And many of the cultivators were gasping now, "Dao Fruits!"

Ji Yuan was shocked too; it is because a Dao Fruit is one of the rarest spirit fruits in the entire Celestial Realm and it can increase the cultivation tremendously or is capable of giving a profound insight that may be helpful in the future. Also, it can even promise a 100% ascension to the immortal realm and even grant 3000 year extra years to the celestial as well!

And they had spotted 3 Dao Fruits!

Tian Ao immediately said, "There are 9 of us here and only 3 Dao Fruits. Should we draw lots to see who should get the Dao Fruits? This will avoid fighting among us."

All the cultivators, including Hua Yunzi and Xie Hongyu were all excited because they were all eager to have a chance to eat this Dao Fruit!

Only Shui Xisi and Ji Yuan did not look so excited.

In fact, Ji Yuan smiled nonchalantly after his initial shock, "I've enough of my lucky occurrences here. So I'll like to give up my lot to the rest."

When he had said that, all the cultivators were shocked.

"Are you sure?" Wang Gongzi asked Ji Yuan with a shocked look.

Beitang Hai was also shocked, "This is a most unbelievable rare find and the Dao Fruits are useless to most profound beasts too so there shouldn't be any powerful profound monsters guarding it."

Shui Xisi looked at Ji Yuan with a look of disbelief, "Maybe he doesn't know how valuable a Dao Fruit is. Hehe."

Ji Yuan frowned, "Of course I do know. But I follow my own Dao so I don't need a Dao Fruit."

Shui Xisi giggled, "The Dao of the Beard?"

Ji Yuan: …

The real reason why Ji Yuan had decided to give these Dao Fruits a miss was because he had a ominous feeling about these Dao Fruits that he could not finger; it was because these Dao Fruits were in plain sight of their route and it was all too strange for him.

Ji Yuan is a suspicious person by nature and he did not like free of charge things that drop from the heavens just like this even if its benefits are known to him.

Shui Xisi quickly turned to say to the rest, "I am giving up my chance for the lot as well. But that is only because these Dao Fruits are fakes. So believe it or not."

When she had said that, the rest of the cultivators were startled and were shocked.

The Dao Fruits are fake?!

This should not be, right?

The profound animus of these Dao Fruits is so profound and just placing their divine sense on them is enough to give him many possible small insights.

JI Yuan was also startled as he looked at Shui Xisi, "They are fakes?"

Shui Xisi answered nonchalantly, "Yeah. I think so."

Ji Yuan said bitterly, "You think so?"
