Shui Xisi flew into a rage when she had realized that Ji Yuan was missing from the Blue Phoenix Sacred Sect and that he was not drinking with Guo Taiming.
She angrily said to Fairy Ye Chengxi and Shangguan Yan in front of the other maidens of Ji Yuan, "So the two of you already known that Ji Yuan would be looking for the Great Demon God himself and you did not tell us?!"
Shangguan Yan was in tears as she could not withstand Shui Xisi's rage.
Even Shui Qingqing got ranted by her and she was bleary eyed.
Ling Feiyue, Xue Qianxue and Feng Minyue were both trying to restraint Shui Xisi.

The Smiling Divine Maiden, the Lovely Empress and Zhi Jiugong were all shouting, "Mistress, let's us go with you as well."
Yun Chi turned to say to them and to the other maidens, "The rest of you are too weak. We are going to fight against the Great Demon God and you are useless there. The two of us will go and bring Ji Yuan back instead."
Great Divine Consort Xu Yifei interrupted gently, "I may be of some help. Please let me come with you. My profound arrays may be able to help you to reach Ji Yuan."
Yun Chi nodded, "Alright then. Come with us then."
She had heard what Xu Yifei was able to do from the other maidens and she may be of some help.
Even Shui Xisi was nodding as she said, "Let Xu Yifei and Yun Chi come with me. The rest of you please stay behind. I don't want the rest of you to take any risks."
With that, she had hopped on top of the phoenix god beast, followed by Yun Chi and Xu Yifei as they had taken flight together on the phoenix god beast.
When they were far and had disappeared from the horizon, the rest of the maidens tried to comfort Shangguan Yan and Fairy Ye Chengxi.
Ling Feiyue smiled, "She isn't like this all the kind. Don't mind her. She is just concerned about Ji Yuan, that's all."
Shangguan Yan tried to dry her tears as she nodded, "I know. Don't worry about this. I'll be fine shortly."

Right now, they were just hoping for Shui Xisi, Yun Chi and Xu Yifei to bring back Ji Yuan safe and sound.
Of all Ji Yuan's maidens, only Hua Wuwu and Hua Baiyue were both not around as they were searching elsewhere in the Blue Phoenix Sacred Sect and the nearby vicinity for Ji Yuan.
As for Ling Tianshui and Sword Saintess Yuluo, they had a quarrel with Shui Xisi over this matter as they felt that wasn't the fault of Fairy Ye Chengxi and Shangguan Yan.
Ling Tianshui had said to Shui Xisi, "I don't care if they are your sister's protégés but they are Ji Yuan's official first and second consort. So, you got to give them a little respect and you ought to stop scolding them."
Even Sword Saintess Jian Yuluo had stepped in to say, "If I were them, I'd have done the same thing too. Or you want to scold me as well?"
Sword Saintess Jian Yuluo was actually Ji Yuan's second love, after he got bumped by his junior sister who had left with Jin Yilong. Also, she was the mother consort of Ji Hao as well.
Although her cultivation was not as powerful as Shui Xisi but she had commanded a great deal of respect from the other maidens due to her close relationship with Ji Yuan.
Ling Feiyue and Xue Qianxue had even remembered a time when Ji Yuan was so grieved when Sword Saintess Yuluo had 'died' in front of him. At that time, Ji Yuan had thrown out Bai Qianfeng's body out of her icy coffin and put Saintess Yuluo inside.

Naturally Sword Saintess Yuluo and Ling Tianshui were not really upset with Shui Xisi despite their quarrels. But they were just trying to reason with her that it was not the blame of Fairy Ye Chengxi and Shangguan Yan.
But Shui Xisi had continued to blame them for allowing Ji Yuan to fight alone.
Sword Saintess Yuluo tried to reason with her that they were not as strong as her and because of this, she was not able to see from Ji Yuan's point of view.
But Shui Xisi had continued to rebuke Fairy Ye Chengxi and Shangguan Yan instead.
