Chapter 1167 The Last Banquet
Ji Yuan was now having his first banquet with his maidens in the great hall of the Blue Phoenix Sacred Sect.
This was their very first banquet together and probably their very last too.
In a few short days' time, they would be fighting against the Great Demon God himself and his army.
So, this banquet was not a jovial banquet but a rather solemn one.
Ji Yuan toasted to all the maidens that were presented which included Shui Qingqing and Shui Xisi, "May we achieve our great victory against the Great Demon God and his Evil Cultivation Palace…"
Then with a short hesitation, he added. "Even though the Evil Cultivation God is no more but the Evil Cultivation Palace that is created by the Great Demon God still exists. So the battle against the Great Demon God is far from over. Also, we are all here to take vengeance for Jiajia too."
Shui Xisi nodded, "I must avenge the death of my Sister Feifei whom you all called Jiajia. My sister's death must be avenged and I shall make the Great Demon God pay with his life!"
Yun Chi smiled wryly, "Matriarch Shui Xisi, well said indeed…"
Actually by now, Shui Xisi was quite close to Yun Chi too and Yun Chi needed not address her title but she was only pretending to do so.
