The news that the Nefarious Blood Kingdom had lost at the Nightfall Heights stunned the rest of the abyssal denizens in the Nefarious Blood Kingdom and rippled throughout the other abyssal kingdoms as well.

Almost overnight, the Nefarious Blood Kingdom was gone and its royal city the Royal Nefarious City was racked and looted by the various powers.
And the Nefarious Blood Kingdom was soon splintered into 4 minor kingdoms and the total size of these 4 minor kingdoms were not even half the size of the original Nefarious Blood Kingdom.
There had not been an abyssal emperor for a very long time and it seemed extremely unlikely from now onward.
The Ancient Old Ones of the Ancient Race become reverenced once again by the abyssal kingdoms and the Nightfall Heights has become a sacred mountain for the abyssal races once again for falling the almighty Nefarious Blood Kingdom.
It has been a really long time ever since the Ancient Race has ever felt so prestigious once again as they quickly restored their domains around the Nightfall Heights and to establish it as their sacred border.
And the almost desolate monasteries of the Ancient Race throughout the abyssal kingdoms were once again brimming with offerings.
Dozens of abyssal kingdoms had also sent their envoys to re-established a friendly relationship with the Nightfall Heights and to declare the Cardinal Priestess as their Holy Priestess.
The defeat of the Nefarious Blood Kingdom had a far more deeper repercussions than anyone had expected in the immortal realms.

The Chaos Empress Sovereign Destiny was actually brooding in her profound palace ship as she was being surrounded by a larger abyssal immortal fleet.
She had actually heard from her scouts that the Immortal Abyssal Gong Diablo may be returning to the Immortal Great Abyssal Realm anytime soon and he would join forces with the True Abyssal God Cthulhu.
If so, then she may not be able to cope with fighting 2 of the major True Gods of the Immortal Great Abyssal Realm at the same time as the other minor True Gods of the Immortal Great Abyssal Realm were already causing plenty of headache for her and her chaos sovereigns.
Actually, she did not want to attack the Immortal Great Abyssal Realm in the first place but attacking an enemy's territory would cause them to be on the defensive and to buy peace in their own immortal realm.
All of a sudden there was a sign in the heavens and red star had supernova.
She quickly did a quick divination and was delighted that a mighty true god of the Great Abyssal Realm seemed to have fallen.
As to who it was, she had no idea.
But she soon received a long range transmission from a scout report and she was told that Gong Diablo, 1 of the 3 major True God was killed in the lower realm and the immortal abyssals were all stunned by this news.
One must know that the Gong Diablo had sacrificed vast amounts cultivation resources of the Great abyssal Realm in order to descend and just like this, tens of thousands of years of cultivation resources were wiped out and nothing was accomplished in the lower realm.
By descending to the lower realm, it was naturally to fulfill something really diabolic or else immortals of the 9th realm cultivator and above would not dare to descend so easily.
And for a true god like the Gong Diablo, the price was extremely heavy and he could have sacrificed at least a few true divinity profound treasures as well.
The goal of the Gong Diablo was to established his own lineage as the true master of the Middle Dark Abyssal Realm and in the future when his descendants and other abyssals ascended to the immortal realm, he would have more immortals under his control.
There were once 13 major strong True Gods of the Immortal Abyssal Race but 10 were killed and Gong Diablo was one of the survivors.
It is not to say that there are only 13 true gods that are in the Immortal Great Abyssal Realm; there are also quite a number of the minor True Gods that are considered to be too weak to show their faces.
