Quickly, unneeded personnel were ordered to go back to their assigned jobs and stop being nosy on the current matters.
While it was crucial for everyone to be aware of the situation and understand why Wesley was present in the Dream Village, it would be more prudent to share the information once all uncertainties have been resolved, so as to avoid unnecessary confusion and turmoil.

In the next moment, Wesley started swearing his allegiance to Kayn once again.
As soon as that was done, everyone was finally relieved that Kayn hasn't fallen victim to Wesley's charm yet. Instead, it was Wesley who is serving Kayn right now.
"By the way, shouldn't Maria have accompanied you too?" Jericho can't help asking. According to the report he received from Randy, Kayn has supposedly succeded in charming Maria, Wesley, and Christopher.
"We had to make her stay so that she can be of assistance once we start the attack on the rear of the Assembly of Freedom," Kayn explains.
"Is that part of the change of plans you've mentioned just now?" Jude wonders.
