Amidst the whole pandemonium, there was not to be forgotten the enmity between two of the big families, like the Cao and Ling Families.
As a matter of fact, their enmity was the freshest, and most hurtful, as they had been at each other heads not long ago.
Not only that, but their enmity was one of blood, anger, rage, and substantial losses. So, the whole world expected for them to be the first ones who publicly broke accord.
Of course, for the big families, and those that understood the current situation it looked like that was nothing more than fat chances because both families understood the situation they were in.
While cooperating was out of the question considering their relationship, the least they could do was not to aggravate the situation further.
It was out of their best interests for more conflict, blood, and experts to be lost on either side. At least that was what it should have been.
Sometimes things don't act out as they should, and people get influenced by ideas they think are great and forget all about the consequences of their actions.
Just two days after the S-day, the Ling Family was faced with an all-out attack from the Cao Family.
Things were so serious that even the Cao Family Head and the Ancestors of the Cao Family were involved in the matter.
It was clear that the Cao Family seemed to have thrown all sense, caution, and reason to the wind, as they had fully surrounded the Ling Family Mansion.

"Have the Cao Family gone crazy!? What the fu*ck are those stupid sons of bi*tches even thinking at this point!?
Don't they understand that if we go down the drain they will follow us right after!? Have they lost their last grains of brain!?"
In the main hall of the Ling Family Mansion, Ling Family Head was screaming in full rage at his people. His anger wasn't directed at them, but they were the nearest source he could release it.

None of them dared to answer, they all understood that this was just their Family Head releasing stress, and even if they did, what could they actually say!?
To all of them, this was nothing short of crazy as well. None of them had ever thought that the Cao Family would take such an action at this time.
Weren't they afraid of being turned into the target of all the big families!? Had they grown strong enough to actually not care about the power structure any longer?
Even if they had 10 times the guts the Ling Family wouldn't dare to make such movements at the moment, so what was actually wrong with Cao Family?
They had no answer to all these questions, the only thing they knew was that their Ling Family place was surrounded completely.
To make matters worse, it looked like the Cao Family had taken some sort of steroids because their forces were much more than it was known.
Of course, every family had forces in hiding, that were known only from the upper echelons, but those guys were extremely selected and hidden, and most importantly not in such numbers.
It was just crazy! It looked like the Cao Family had reared their forces just like ants in summer. No matter where one looked there would always be people of the Cao Family.

Meanwhile outside the situation was much more different from that of the inside. Cao Family Head had a laugh covering all his face, he looked just like some sort of fool who would laugh even in his sleep.
Who could blame him after all!?
Not only was he about to wipe out one of his biggest and most hateful enemies but he was also going to achieve something that not even his ancestors had been able to.
He had just been enlightened with a great idea of how to become the leader of the whole country. Wiping out the Ling Family from existence was just the first step.
His great idea was to actually abandon his old alliance and seek to create a new one, this time with his Cao Family at the center and with the insurgents to help him out.
With these ideas in mind, he immediately gathered the insurgents that gained the most recognition in a short time for their skills, and abilities, and called for a conference to create what he called the United Front!
All the 'working ants' that had accompanied his Cao Family to this place in order to wipe out the Ling Family were actually insurgents, or recently turned experts that wanted to partake in the United Front.
"Leaders the army is ready, we are only awaiting your orders!"
Just as Cao's Family Head was thinking of his bright future, he heard the report coming from one of the Generals of the newly formed 'Liberating Army'.
"Great, perfect! It's just that I can't take over the honor of giving this order, as it belongs to my brother and co-Leader Ming!
Brother go ahead and give the order that will change the history for eternity!"
Even in that drunk situation Cao's Family Head knew how to act his part and put his partner on the job.
While this order might seem like a great honor, the truth was that it was accompanied by a lot of burdens and complications, which the speaker didn't think about as he said,
"Heheheheheh~! This marks the change in history and the future! Attack!"
"Yes, Leader!"
The general received the order and immediately ran outside to carry on his work while keeping to himself a look of pure envy as the Leader was actually holding and kissing a great beauty in his arms.
This beauty was none other than the third daughter of the Cao Family Head, one of the few beauties recognized throughout the country. Yet she had ended up in the arms of such a guy.
No matter whether he felt anger, rage, or envy the general could only continue with his work. Sometimes fate worked in mysterious and surprising ways.
Surprisingly Cao's Family Head was looking at this scene with a face full of smiles, he seemed just like a good father who was enjoying the happiness of his daughter.

A resounding scream from a crowd full of excited people that wanted to have blood on their hands and increase their standing in society.
