Normally it should be so, but Cui Xie didn't seem much bothered by this fact. It would have been indeed troublesome normally, but he had something that the Cui Family would never be able to imagine.
He had Willa, Eric's tamed whale, and a separate dimension that would immediately block all the signal, no matter how powerful it was.
For that reason, Cui Xie's plan of acquisition was extremely simple, he had actually asked for the Elders of the Cui Family to pack the resources and throw them in the middle of the ocean.
It was at his given coordinates, and it was a really deep location. Normal humans, and even evolvers below Realm 4 wouldn't be able to stand the pressure at the bottom of that part of the ocean.
The Cui Family Elders were certainly surprised and shocked by the request, but they did as they were told to, while trying their best to hide their tricks as much as they could.
The next day, each of the winning Elders sent the resources through their own ways, in order to be as discreet as they could from the rest.
Fortunately in less than a day all the winning prices were delivered successfully at the designated locations, as they were now awaiting response from Cui Xie about the recipes.
Just as they were waiting for the text message anxiously, they suddenly heard a 'terrifying' news from their tracking experts!
"We have lost all traces of objects!"
While it was expected that there wouldn't be much of a signal once the packed resources entered great depths of the ocean, it should still have been possible to keep track of them.
After all, the Cui Family Elders had even spent large sums of money to entice people from the intelligence department, and especially the outer space intelligence.
They were using god-damn satellites to keep track of the signal, and yet they had lost the signal. Wasn't this a big joke!?
"Are you kidding Mayor!? Didn't you assure me that it's impossible for those guys to find and remove the tracking devices!?"
"I…I don't know how this is possible! Normally…"

It was clear that the Cui Family Head was extremely angry at the turn of events, and especially at the waste of money and resources.
He had kept his cool and calm until now because he thought that he would not only get his hands on the formulae and recipes, but also find and kill Cui Xie.
After all, for as long as Cui Xie was alive the value of the recipes on his hands would dwindle! A sly bastard would think that the whole world were sly bastards.
Since he would sell the recipes and formulae to whomever he could if he were on Cui Xie's spot, then he clearly and logically thought that Cui Xie would do the same.
"Master do you want us to take action!?"
The Mayor could only suck up his anger and displeasure, while suddenly a hoarse and murky voice sounded throughout the whole room.
No one knew who this voice belonged to, but they could tell that whoever it was, was nothing good. There was a thick and heavy killing intent suffused on the voice, enough to make everyone shiver for a moment.
"Sigh~! No, wait! We haven't receive the recipes and formulae yet, we can't act yet!"
"What if he doesn't hand over them Master!? What if he is just playing with us!?"
"That wont happen! No matter how fierce and detached that guy acts, he is still a goody two shoes, just like his father was.
He will definitely send us the recipes and formulae!"
The voice didn't spoke any longer as silence returned to the room, making everyone wait for the text message anxiously once again.
'bzzzt…, bzzzt…, bzzztt~!'
Exactly 15 minutes after that moment, the smartphone of Master Cui vibrated, and he immediately took a look at the contents, while his face revealed an evil and dangerous smile.
"Act now!"
He didn't even take the bother to check whether the recipes were right or not, as he immediately gave the order.
He probably wasn't the only one who did so, as the next moment more than a few hundred presences appeared over the ocean in a net shape and jumped below.
It didn't seem like they were bothered by the presence of the other groups around them, as they all knew their first priority was to find the tracs of the resources.

To be more accurate, it wasn't like there was nothing they could trace and track, but that there was no trace or track of the resources, because there seemed to be quite some stuff drowning in the ocean.
Right of the bat, more than 26 plastic bombs exploded almost at the same time, creating a small water tornado at the location.
No one knew from where did these bombs appear, or who put them there, and how they got activated, the only thing they knew was that more than half of their forces were turned into mincemeat.
The leaders of the groups couldn't believe their eyes and senses, they hadn't entered the ocean with the intention to keep a check on the other, but this just ended up increasing the casualties on their sides.

But these field leaders were not the ones who felt the most pained about what just happened, the true sufferers were Master Cui and the other Elders.
They had just lost quite a few of their secretly trained troops. Experts that they had only been able to bring up through countless expenditure.
They were gone just like that!
But that wasn't all, not even a few seconds after the bombs explosion, their phones vibrated and new messages arrived.
"Since you don't honour your part of the deal, then so will I!
Starting from next week, the recipes and formulae will be sold to the whole world!
The rotten Cui Family seems to never fail in showing their stupidity and lack of honour!"

"You damn little bastard! Who the fu*ck do you think you are!? You better not appear in front of me ever again, or I will personally make you suffer and wish you were never born! Arrrggggg~! Houwl~!"
In anger, Master Cui threw his smartphone to the wall, which ended up cracking and breaking apart, as he even screamed and howled in anger.
No one dared to make a sound in such a situation…
