'Ugghh…, cough…, cough…'
In less than 20 seconds, the whole crowd saw Master Gao create a bit of distance with Madam Li, while he was using his right hand to hold someone on his rib area, with an expression of disbelief.
"Youuuu~!? How could you!?"
Not only that but he even coughed two times and vomited a bit of blood, as the look of disbelief on his face got stronger.
Madam Li just looked at the man with a hint of helplessness and mockery as she said in a low voice,
"How did you think that you were worthy of me!? Not only that, but you even went ahead and cheated on me with some sk*nks.
Truly having eyes but failing to see!"
With that said, she didn't wait any longer for the man to say anything, before she actually placed her Realm pressure on him, and started checking his inner pocket.
"Not here!"
That cry of surprise was followed by panic and startle before she started checking Master Gao all over his body like a maniac.
"Not here either~!
Bastard where did you hide the antidote, how dare you lie to me, you bastard!?"
"Heehheh~! I bet you didn't expect this, did you bi*tch!? Do you think that you are the only one who could play dramas!? Do you take me for a fool!?
This is your end, together with that bastard!
Jiang'er do it now~!"
"What!?"
"Old bastard, surrender your life!"
'bang…, bang…, bang…, bang…'
Before Madam Li could even understand what her ex-husband said, another cry was heard from the other side of the banquet, as Young Master Gao had appeared out of nowhere and actually fired a gun at Li Pimp.
He knew that he was no match for the old man through normal means and that it was suicide to try and attack him through conventional means, so he had decided to use the best weapon, wielding the best results.
It was a colt .45 holding 6 bullets in its chamber and having an explosive power that not many guns had. That complemented by the fact that he was only 2 meters away from the victim, it looked like it was a done deal.
Since everyone had been fully focused on what was going on in the middle of the venue, no one had noticed when Young Master Gao had appeared in that place and had even taken out his gun.
It was only when he fired that people finally noticed him and couldn't help but get startled and shocked.
To the invited guests, tonight it fell like a sort of television drama, where they were experiencing peak after peak, and climax after climax.
For sure, none of them had ever thought that this night would progress like this when they had dressed and appeared, but now they were implicated and couldn't leave even if they wanted.
In the meantime, they could feel the poison in their bodies act even more, as they were getting closer and closer to death, which made them even more reluctant to leave.
Just what the hell was going on today, for something like this to happen to them?
But no one cared about their thoughts, as their eyes were fully focused on Young Master Gao and the Li Pimp, as what happened next could be said to be shocking for some, and normal for others.
Caught in this mess unprepared, and in a weakened condition, where he couldn't use all of his abilities and energy, Li Pimp could only think of protecting his life.
Under those thoughts, he quickly activated a powerful outward pressure that would stop the bullets.
But a bit due to his carelessness, and a bit due to the gun not having the necessary power, the bullets not only were stopped but also thrown back at a higher power.
For that reason, instead of piercing through Li Pimp's body, the bullets that Young Master Gao fired from his gun were turned back and pierced through his body.
The poor Young Master Gao, even when he died, he still couldn't comprehend how it happened, and despite his unwillingness to die, he could only fall to the ground with one step on the grave.
"Nooooo~! Jiang'er~! Master save him please, quickly save him, he is your son, please~!"
The whole drama became even more intense as the whole crowd heard and experienced the latest climax. This time even Young Master Cao couldn't help but look at the scene dumbfounded.
What the fu*ck was going on here!?
"So, it's true!? It's really true!? Jiang'er is not my son!? You damned bi*tch made me grow another man's son as my own!?
You truly deserve to suffer in damnation, you and everyone else! I will fucking let you all die! Hahahahah~!
You are all going to die!
Hahahahahah~! There is no reason for me, or you to live anymore, you can all blame these bastards of the Li Family for this! Hahahhaha~!"
With that said, Young Master Gao who seemed to have fully lost it this time didn't tarry to take the knife stabbed at his ribs and cut his own throat.
This whole damned situation had truly destroyed him completely and he wasn't able to bear it. But at least he would take the whole Li Family and everyone else down with him.
Seeing this the whole venue was fully shocked startled and unable to believe, just what the hell was this!? Due to the happenings of this day, and due to that adulterous bi*tch, they were sentenced to death.
By this time, even Li Pimp seemed to have given up on trying to help Young Master Gao survive his fate and let him die there and then.
Madam Li immediately jumped and run in that direction, screaming about her son, while the whole crowd had yet to get out of their shock.
Whatever the hell had happened was just too much for them.
"Well, now that the poor and betrayed Master Gao has finally died thinking that his revenge is finished, how many of you guys are ready and prepared to pay for the antidote!?"
"Huh~!?"
It was just like someone had suddenly placed a magnet at the venue to attract the gazes of everyone there, looking at him in shock and surprise.
The moment they all did something like that, everyone was able to notice one of the stars of the night, Young Master Cui Xie, who had a slight grin on the corner of his mouth.
Since Cui Xie hadn't said a word or done even the slightest action, everyone had forgotten about him and his existence.
It was only now that he opened his mouth and said something like this, that everyone was reminded of his presence and existence.
"Cui Xie, what did you say!? Can you truly cure this poison in our bodies!?"
"Duh~! Do you think I would dare to say something like this if I couldn't!? I have no intention of being trampled to death!"
"Hahahahahaha~! Goood~! Great~! We are saved! Now hurry on, give us the antidote!"
Everyone's mood immediately experienced a 180-degree change once again, as they couldn't help but feel that lady luck was still standing in front of them.
They couldn't help but cheer and laugh as they heard Cui Xie's confirmation as they saw Young Master Ling extend his hand towards Cui Xie for the antidote.
Even in this situation, Young Master Ling was thinking of showing his abilities and dominance by taking the antidote from Cui Xie when suddenly Cui Xie said something that put a stop to the happiness,
"Did the poison make you dumb Young Master Ling!? I said that we are going to negotiate the price you are willing to pay first, and the antidote comes later!"
"What!? Cui Xie don't push it too far, are you intending to become an enemy of my Ling Family, and everyone else in this place!?"
"No, no, no! Of course not!"
"Then you better give me the antidote!"
"Here you go again with your rotten brain Young Master Ling! I have no intention of becoming everyone's enemy because just like I said, I am willing to give the antidote to whoever pays for it.
Furthermore, I have no relation whatsoever with what happened, and I am just a person who is trying to make a living out here. I don't think you intend of stealing the antidote from me, are you!?
Oh, and one more thing, stop trying to use your Ling Family to pressure me, I am not Master Gao. Unlike him, I have a Cui Family behind me, despite our differences we are still a family!"
How could Cui Xie lose ground in front of someone else, especially when he had the other guy's life and future in his own hands?
"Cui Xie as a talented and respected youngster of one of the big families like the Cui Family, you have the responsibility and duty to help the people of your country.
All the people in this room are important pieces of the country's forces, so you have an obligation to save them all.
As long as you hand over the antidote, then all of us will surely remember this favor and give you due respect in the future!"
"Huh!? What do I need your respect and favors for!? Furthermore, just a moment ago one of your Cao Family youngsters called me a useless trash, how come you changed direction this time!?"
