Entering the hole between the huge boulders, Prof. K felt his body turns cold for a second.
It was then his eyes could only see nothing but black, yet his skin can feel the change in the surrounding, the regular night air turned colder by the second. A second later, he finds himself standing in a similar place as last time.
Scanning around the place, he could still recognize that he was still in Emham Forest.
Although that was the case, it was darker here compared to earlier, and there was no sound entering his ears. It feels odd and uncomfortable, the forest is not making any sound, only the sound of his breathing can be heard.
"Come, Ugrok will show K the Energy Crystal" Ugrok said and strides to a hut.
Not intending to idle around, Prof. K followed right behind and entered the hut which should be where Ugrok and Dyrmir lived. Just as Ugrok pushed away the animal skin that was hung on the entrance of the hut, a bright blue light seeped out.
Prof. K was intrigued when he saw this, the inner researcher in him was piqued.
Going inside the hut his eyes then find the bright blue Energy Crystal at the center of the hut, the surface of the crystal is sizzling with lightning energy, fueling the entire place with the abundance of lightning mana.
"K go feed the Energy Crystal with elemental stones" Ugrok stepped to the side.
Nodding his head, Prof. K takes the pouch before he summons a pile of elemental stones that are glistening with a magical hue. It was dense, the elemental stones inside the pouch that Rex gave turned out to not be normal.
It was evident that the quality is that of a higher tier, superior to the high grade ones.
Just as he summoned the pile of elemental stones, the Energy Crystal glowed and sucked those elemental stones. Almost like a living being, the crystal sensed the pile and ate it like a hungry beast.
"What are we doing here, exactly?" Prof. K asked, wanting to satiate his curiosity.
Upon hearing this, Ugrok then explained to the best of his ability, "Rex is connected to the Energy Crystal, K feed the Energy Crystal will strengthen the connection. If the Energy Crystal started to vibrate and spins, then Rex can connect the Cluster Domain to any portal that Rex wants"
"Oh, is that so? Since when did Rex have this?" Prof. K asked again.
Even though he was asking these questions, he still focus on feeding the Energy Crystal.
Pondering for a moment while holding his chin, Ugrok then replied, "Ugrok remember that it's during the Dark Moon, Ugrok bullied Rex's friend, and Rex beat Ugrok and take the Cluster Domain because of Ugrok's mistake"
Listening to Ugrok that is saying this dejectedly, Prof. K could only smile wryly.
'It's something that Rex would do, alright...'
About five minutes later, Prof. K was surprised at how many elemental stones were inside the pouch. Any Awakened with a brain would definitely be greedy and would steal this pouch, this many elemental stones are simply too tempting.
Reaching the eighth-rank realm with this is probably possible.
But knowing that it belongs to Rex, maybe the fear would devour the greed.
Just like Ugrok predicted earlier when Prof. K withdraws yet another pile of elemental stones from the pouch, the Energy Crystal started to respond by glowing even brighter. Soon enough, it started shooting off bolts of lightning and hovers higher into the air as it starts to spin.
Only took a brief second before a bluish shockwave exploded, subtly pushing them back.
"It's done..." Ugrok said with a nod.
Now that the Energy Crystal is already spinning rapidly and glowing brighter, it definitely already acknowledged Rex as its absolute owner. Prof. K also could feel that the lightning mana around the place has reached a terrifying degree.
More abundant than when under a heavy storm by a huge gap.
Glancing at Ugrok, Prof. K then asked curiously, "Now, what are we going to do?"
"Ugrok and K need only to wait, Rex will create another portal inside the Cluster Domain"

Meanwhile, back to Dargena City.
Gelmar was surprised when he saw two figures flying in the sky and passing through the barrier without any restraint. But his eyes widened finding that it was Rex, severely injured and carried by Caldiora.
In an instant, Gelmar ran to notify the others about his arrival.
Upon landing on the street gently, Calidora then glanced toward him and whispered, "Rex, we're here. Aunty Shanaela and the other Elves are here, you should stand straight or you'll look bad in front of them"
After about half an hour of flying, Calidora finds Rex was knocked out completely.
Due to the grievous injuries he suffered that are fueled by the violent energy from the Supernatural Elders, he was completely out, and Calidora didn't wake him up and kept silent. She knows that Rex is in an alert sleep, he would be awake instantly if she said anything.
Even until the two landed on the street, Rex hasn't woken up yet.
But now they are already here, he needs to wake up as there are things he needs to face.
Although he was asleep, Rex could hear Calidora's soothing voice in his ears. It was then he opened his eyes. Shifting his eyes over to look at Calidora's glistening violet eyes, he pauses for a second as his eyes widened slightly.
Nobody knows what he was thinking right now.
Rex's eyes were glued on Calidora in that brief moment, he seems to be stunned.
Smiling briefly, Calidora then glanced to her front, sensing other people are approaching. Deciding not to linger around, Calidora walks away when she noticed Adhara and Evelyn are nearing.
"Rex!"
In a union, Adhara and Evelyn exclaimed and quickly rushes over to him.
Looking at his current state pained the two, he's so strong yet he was injured very badly. Adhara and Evelyn would never be accustomed to seeing him like this, Rex being injured is always a foreign sight.
As a Werewolf and also as a strong entity, he shouldn't be in this state ever.
Completely disregarding Calidora who is walking away, Adhara hugs Rex before starting to inspect his body. "Did the Supernatural Elders accept your offer? Or is your state a sign of them refusing to cooperate?" she asked.
"Who do you take me for? Of course they accepted" Rex replied with a light smile.
Upon hearing this Adhara also smiled, sharing the momentary triumph Rex gained from this. But then her eyes landed on Rex's hands, "Your fingers! Look! Are they that strong to put you in this kind of state?"
Rex was confused, but when he looked at his hands, he was baffled.
Due to directly trying to protect himself from the Storm Prince's attack earlier, he didn't realize that half of his fingers were completely gone. It got vaporized by the Strom Prince's kingly energy.
"Strong, but manageable. For now at least..." Rex replied, clenching his hand into a fist.
While the two were talking, Evelyn stopped mid-track.
Turning her body sideways to look at Calidora whose heels are tapping on the street as she walks away nonchalantly, Evelyn then called out to her, "Why did you go there when Rex specifically told us not to go and help him?"

Calidora also stopped in her tracks, glancing over her shoulders with her violet eyes.
"Worried, I guess" She replied with a light smirk.
But this makes Evelyn's expression darkens, she glares at Calidora grimly, "I've sensed that the battle ended hours ago, yet you came back right when the sun is up. It takes awfully long for you to bring him back"
Upon hearing this, Calidora smiled wider, "Ah, yes... you guys are connected, I forgot"
As he said that, Calidora turns around to face Evelyn while shrugging her shoulders teasingly, "What can I say? He was injured and is sleeping soundly, so I'm forced to stop under the storm moon and let him sleep beside me. I reckon this place and the people in it aren't quite able to give him peace..."
"Maybe it's only a hunch of mine, don't take it to heart" she added, a tint of mock in her voice.
Flipping her hair arrogantly, Calidora chuckled and walks away.
Evelyn clenched both of her fists hard, she confirms it now that Calidora is up to something.
Turning over to his back, Evelyn was surprised to find Rex was looking at Calidora's back going further away. It makes her feel more troubled when Rex quickly averted his gaze away when he finds out that he was caught looking at her.
'Ah... damn it' Rex thought, frowning at himself.

Earlier when Rex was flying with the help of Calidora.

"I'm surprised that you are strong enough to fight them" Calidora said dubiously.
Rex waved his hand as he doesn't agree with that statement at all, "Not strong enough, I won only because of the Storm Moon and also it's mainly a physical fight. Most of them haven't shown their full power yet"
"True, yet still, they would need to look at you with caution now" Calidora replied.
Now that the Supernatural Elders knew that the Royal Black Prince is not a pushover, they were forced to be cautious of him. It's good that Rex could evoke caution from them, he will get more time if they are cautious of him.
But it seems the Supernatural Elders will really not hinder his fight with the Executor.
'I couldn't be sure yet, but the answer will be obvious soon enough' Rex thought with a nod.

Just then, his nose suddenly caught a fragrance coming from the side. Rex then realizes that it came from Calidora, the pleasant odor gives him a sense of enticement yet knowing the person the odor changed and tantalize him.
'I've never realized it, but does she always smell this good?' Rex thought.
Sensing that Rex is looking at her, Calidora raised her eyebrow and asked, "What's wrong?"
"I have a very strong sense of smell, but this is the first time I really smelled your scent. Why is it so fragrant? You're a Vampire" Rex asked, he was confused as well as intrigued at the same time.
Calidora chuckled in hubris, "Maybe instead of always killing us, you should learn about us"
"Since you're creating a nation where Supernatural and Human can co-exist, you need to do that" Pausing for a second, she smiled lightly and explain clearly, "Vampires can exclude a fragrant that can entice and provoke other beings that possess blood, this is the innate ability that helps us search for prey. This ability is crucial for weaker Vampires and will grow more potent the stronger the Vampire gets"
But then, she suddenly pulls back her hair and exposes her exquisite, flawless neck.
"You want to smell it more?" she asked.
Although he was hesitant, he decided to take a closer smell.
Rex was caught off guard when the fragrant smell got stronger to the point of burning his entire body, his mind went dizzy from the pleasant smell. It was similar to a very strong aphrodisiac, awakening the primal within him.
While he was taking a smell, Calidora then continues.
"On top of that, the fourth-generation Vampires also adopted a human look that makes what the Vampires look like now. It's due to the millennia of slavery, and Vampires were forced to be humanly beautiful in every human standard to survive"
Even though she said that Rex didn't quite hear her as he was enthralled by the scent.

Upon hearing this, Rex snapped out of his daze and quickly pulled away from the fragrant that is holding him in a tight grip. Averting his eyes away, he then replied, "You're the Vampire Princess, of course, you're going to be beautiful"
"I'm not talking about that, I'm asking if you think I'm beautiful" Calidora intervenes.
Seeing that Rex turned his head away, Calidora smiled lightly.
It seems he was not going to answer, but his reaction alone is enough answer for her. Calidora then chuckled before she said, "Talking like this is quite fun, right? I was always inside the castle, cramped from the outside world. So this... this kind of thing is nice"
"I guess..." Rex replied while still looking to the other side.

Clenching her fists tightly, Evelyn's eyes burn with anger.
Noticing what Rex was doing made her body erupt like an inferno, "This has to stop..."
