Meanwhile, Somewhere near Faraday University.
"Arghh!", a boy shouted in pain as he got thrown in front of Paul.
The one that throws the boy is Edward that is fulfilling his part of the deal, he has a stoic look on his face, "I've done my part, now you're going to help me find my family"
"How do you find Igor so fast?", Paul asks with a frown.
It just takes a day for Edward to get Paul from Rex's hand, and this pace of work makes Paul a bit skeptical as it's too smooth for Edward to retrieve Igor back.
While shaking his head, Edward then replied, "You forgot, I know Rex way longer and his only friend"
Hearing this, Paul scoffs as he picks Igor to bring him back to safety.
But before Paul can go anywhere, Edward grabbed his arm, "Your part of the deal, I won't let you leave this place if you don't fulfill your part of the deal"
"Don't worry, Sir Wesley is a man of his word", Paul replied with a smirk.
Edward then added stopping Paul again, "If that is the case, I have one request"
"What is it?", Paul asks nonchalantly.
After a bit of deliberation, Edward then finally said, "I want to meet Wesley, go sent him the message that he will need me to take down Rex. and I demand that we meet in person"
This makes Paul put Igor down and turns to face Edward again,
"Why would sir Wesley want to meet you?", Paul asks mockingly.
Edward squint his eyes as he then replied, "Without me, you all will have zero chance of luring Rex out of the university much less take him down. I have information, so think again. I'm not here to play around"
The confident and serious look on Edward's expression makes Paul frown,
He started to think again and finds that having Edward as an inside informant will really help them, but then he asks, "Why do you need to meet sir Wesley?"
"Assurance...", Edward mutters lightly.
Paul tilted his head in confusion before Edward added, "If for whatever reason Rex knows that I'm cooperating with you, I want the Atkins Family's protection for my family and me"
"Rex is vicious and he will not forgive me even if I'm a friend, he will definitely kill me. Also, cooperation between two parties will not work if we don't have trust"
After deliberating Edward's request for a moment, Paul finally nodded his head, "I'll relay your request to sir Wesley, you will hear from me"

With that, Paul left while carrying Igor.
Later that night,
"Haaah!!", Kyran jolted awake and find himself on his bed.
His body is covered in sweat as he looks around trying to remember what just happened, 'It seems I got knocked unconcious', Kyran thought.
The beat down he received is so bad that he just woke up,
After inspecting his body, Kyran finds that most of his injuries are already healed but the pain in his head is still there as it seems the red force from Rex still messes up his head.
With a bit of struggle, Kyran sat on the edge of the bed.
Then out of nowhere, Kyran looks towards the door as he heard someone entering the room.
Just from the voices and the scent, Kyran realizes that it was Edward,
Kyran slowly walks out of his room, he then walks along the hallway and finds Edward sitting on the sofa while lighting up a cigarette.
Upon seeing Kyran popped out from the hallway,
Edward's eyes went wide for a second before they went back to normal, he then said, "Kyran, come sit in front of me"
Hearing this, Kyran sat down while holding his pained head.
"What happened to you? Who is the one that dares to attack you in this university", Edward asks as he saw Kyran seems to be hurting although the injuries are healed.
Kyran leans back on the sofa and replied weakly, "It's Rex"
"Of course it's Rex", Edward said while shaking his head.
In the entirety of the university, there will be no one that would dare mess with Kyran as long as Rex is still around, so knowing that it was Rex that beat Kyran makes a really good sense.
With a glance, Edward then asks, "Did you tell him?"
"Tell him what?", Kyran asks in confusion.
But seeing the confused look on Kyran's face makes Edward who is smoking stopped, he squints his eyes thinking something before he finally realized, "Then how did Rex get angry?"
"I lied to him and did something, but wait a minute... What do you mean by telling him?", Kyran asks.
Just from what Edward said alone Kyran realize that Edward know something,
The sudden shift of vibe around them as Kyran realized that Edward knows something about him is evident, it makes Kyran's heart thump faster and his hands sweaty.
Seeing Kyran's tensed look, Edward sighed.
"I know what you did, you're searching for an affinity orb similar to Rex's for Lisa aren't you?", Edward finally said.
Hearing this, the color on Kyran's face got drained as what he fears is true.
Edward then added, "You're the thief everybody is talking about, breaking into the markets just what the hell are you thinking. This all started because you told Lisa how you got your powers from Rex didn't you?"
The sudden shift of conversation makes Kyran looks down in fear,
Just not too long ago he made Rex mad by lying and also beating the normal woman, Rex told him to not do something similar that he dislikes again.
But now Edward finds out that he's the one that has been searching around for an affinity orb.
Lisa asked for it so Kyran tries to find one to help,
Looking at Kyran's pale expression, Edward then also realized, "So the thing you talked about with Duncan, it must be about the affinity orb isn't it?"

"Please! Keep this a secret from Rex, he'll take away my powers if he knows about this!", Kyran pleaded, he fears that the power that he now possesses will be taken away by Rex.
He really believed that since Rex demote him into an Omega rank,
The demotion not only robs him of his strength but also makes his dark element feeble which leads to Kyran believing that if Rex wanted to then his power will be taken back.
Upon seeing Kyran like this, Edward massages his forehead,
Kyran is on the brink of a breakdown and telling Rex about this will only make matters worst, especially with everything going on around them.
"I won't tell Rex about this as long as you promised you won't do this again", Edward said.
Hearing this, Kyran's eyes lit up as he nodded repeatedly.

The relief Kyran is feeling right now fades not long after when Edward suddenly said, "Although I won't tell Rex about this, you now need to make a choice"

"Just before I tell you, I need to make sure. Did you tell Lisa what Rex truly is?", Edward asks.
Out of all the problems Kyran might have caused, the worst problem that he might cause is by telling Lisa that Rex and the others are actually a Werewolf.
Although Edward thought Kyran wouldn't be that stupid, he still have to ask.
The sudden silence makes Edward knit his eyebrows and started to glare at Kyran, but seeing this Kyran immediately added, "I didn't! I didn't tell her about that, I will be dooming myself if I did that"
"But wait, What does this have to do with telling Lisa?", Kyran asks in confusion.
Edward touch his own chest in relief after hearing what Kyran said, just for a second there he thought Kyran would be that stupid to tell Lisa about his true self.
After calming himself down, Edward then finally replied, "Lisa is an informant sent by Ari..."

The sudden news that came from Edward's mouth made Kyran's eyes widen as he stares at Edward in disbelief, it shook his mind upon hearing what Edward said.
"No way! She would never do that to me, ever!", Kyran refute.
But Edward ignores him and continues, "She deliberately gets closer to you again in order to find out how Rex helps you and Adhara stronger, it's their motives. They probably find you as the easiest target and contacted Lisa, with a bit of reward Lisa takes the offer"
Kyran stands up on his feet as he points at Edward angrily, "You're lying!!"
"I won't hear it! S-She loved me... We even just started dating! She's MY Girlfriend!", he added with tears rolling down his cheek still trying to deny what Edward said.
Seeing this, Edward sighs, "I saw and hear them talking Kyran, it's true..."
Edward's statement makes Kyran silent as he looks down remembering the brief but what he thought was an honest relationship, turns out all of it was a big fat lie.
A lie that was fabricated by Lisa and her greed for the rewards from Ari,
The bright smile, the dangerous yet exciting backstreet relationship, and even the intimate moment they had flashed on Kyran's mind as he fall onto his knees.

Edward felt some changes in the air as he opened his eyes, he then widen his eyes when he saw Kyran's body start to emit white steam as his hands turns into claws.

A low baritone growl escapes Kyran's mouth as he raises his gaze to Edward,

"Control it... don't let the anger consume you, it'll be another problem for Rex if Stuart, the maids, or even his parents know that you're not a human", Edward whispers.
Just like a switch has been turned,
Upon hearing this, Kyran grits his teeth as he flexed his muscle desperately trying to suppress the inner Werewolf that is knocking on his conscious door.
Edward's eyes lit up as he saw Kyran's claws slowly shorten,
Even his fangs are making boney sounds as they also shorten but it will take time for Kyran to fully turned back, the fangs, blue eyes, and claws are a dead hint that he's a Werewolf if seen.
But then suddenly, Edward heard footsteps.
Edward immediately stands up from the back of the sofa and finds Stuart is already at the end of the hall looking at him, "Sir Edward? What are you doing back there?"
"I dropped my phone, what is that for?", he asks pointing at the tray Stuart is holding.
Hearing this, Stuart looks at the tray full of food before he said, "It's for sir Kyran, Rex told me to take care of Kyran since he seems to be injured. By the way, have you seen sir Kyran?"
"Kyran?", Edward mutters.
"Sir Kyran has been unconscious all day, but he's not in bed right now. Since you're here, I thought you might see him leaving", Stuart added.
This makes Edward smile lightly trying to look natural,
But the cold sweat on his forehead makes Stuart squint his eyes in confusion, it's weird for Edward to sweat in a room that can be considered cool and comforting.
Out of nowhere, a bone-cracking sound can be heard breaking the silence between them.
Crack!
"What's that sound?", Stuart said warily.
Edward stands by the sofa with an oblivious look, "I think it might've come from the ceiling, is there a rat or something up there?"
"The ceiling is cleaned daily, so that's not possible", Stuart denied.
With steady steps, Stuart puts down the tray of food he's holding on the table before he approaches Edward suspiciously.
He then said, "I think it came from behind you"
"I don't think so... Wait don't come any closer", Edward said halting Stuart's steps, but this in turn makes Stuart even more suspicious.
Stuart then looks at Edward dead in the eye, "Are you hiding something, sir Edward?"
The tension between them kept rising,
But when Stuart was about to step closer to Edward, the door suddenly opened attracting both of their gazes as Rex and Adhara arrives back.
"Edward?", Rex said in surprise.
