These beasts could be contracted without the need to use the contract provided by the book of contracts. These types of beasts could also be given to someone close to you who you want to protect.
This also reminded Rishi that in the future he could face people with different backgrounds; they could have such things for protection. Rishi also wanted it because, as a Beast Cultivator, he needed to have his own garden of herbs and Elixirs if he had such a Beast to help. He would be able to work on his plan faster if he had this Beast with him.
