Chapter 815: Training and Panagea(End)

As the beast lost its life once again, Aakesh won another battle. Not feeling anything over his win because of the low strength of the beast, Aakesh tapped to proceed ahead on the routine blue screen.

The next moment, Aakesh found himself in the battle arena, new as ever, with the beast looking at him with nothing but hatred.

If the eyes could kill, Aakesh would have already died. The beast was angry after losing battles but didn't hate Aakesh. But the last battle was something that disgusted the beast.

When the beast died with a single strike after the sudden change, it understood that Aakesh was playing with it. While it thought, it was finally able to give some challenge to the opponent.

Aakesh didn't care about the beast's hatred as he got ready for the battle.

Ding!

Soon, the announcing bell rang again and announced the start of the eightieth-round battle.

Time flew by, and another fifteen minutes passed in the blink of an eye.

The spear moved with random motions, but every time it was close to injuring the beast, a claw would come and deflect or stop the spear's momentum.

Aakesh face was devoid of any emotion but killing as he pressed further and further on the beast to increase his momentum.

Even though the beast was able to get out of harm's way, it was unable to land an attack on its opponent.

Aakesh continuously attacked while the beast defended. This situation continued for a while, but it had to stop since the beast couldn't maintain this rate of defensive movement for long when the battle was such high intensity.

As Aakesh felt the beast's movement slowing down, he saw his chance and poured even more strength into his attacks.

The beast couldn't contain attacks coming at it with such intensity as its defenses finally began to crack. Veins began to burst wherever the spear landed a hit due to its unimaginable weight.

In no time, the situation turned dire for the beast.

After seeing it coming to a dead-end, the beast decided to give its everything in the next attack.

Suddenly, the scarlet iris began to expand, and in no time, the entire pupil turned scarlet red.

The scarlet fur spread around the beast began to burn as a flame of similar color emerged. In no time, the fire engulfed the beast.

The black sclera turned scarlet as only this color remained in existence at that point.

Aakesh's eyes turned cold as the spear in his hands began shaking while the space around it began to crack as if it was nothing more than glass.

A roar came from the space crack as a blurry projection emerged from the spear.

At that moment, only the projection remained in the entire battle arena. The beast engulfed in flame let out a cry of dread as the flame it was accumulating to create an explosion forcefully began to return back to its body.

The beast wanted the process to stop, but no matter what it tried, the flames continued to return back.

Aakesh, on the other hand, left the spear as it flew toward the beast.

Puchi!

Thud!

Before the beast could even make a squeak, the spear pierced through its heart. After the attack, it returned back to Aakesh's hands, while the beast still burning crashed to the ground, creating a gigantic pit filled with flame.

The skill used by Aakesh belonged to the element of Time, and it was the first time he had used it in the battle. It was the third-ranked skill in his arsenal for today's battle.

Time flew by, and a few more minutes passed.

The silence in the selection area suddenly broke as a space portal emerged, and soon Aakesh stepped out of it.

Due to his increased strength, Aakesh was easily able to surpass his previous number of battles. Aakesh even breached the mark of hundred wins, but the one hundred and the seventh battle seemed too difficult for the current Aakesh to win as he lost and returned to the selection area.

Since it was only the first battle after the ascension, Aakesh didn't worry about the result. It would be necessary for him to fight some more fights in order to assess his strength carefully.

Since Lily wasn't here and it wouldn't be long before she returned, Aakesh decided to call an end to today's training session and requested the system for his chair.

Time flew by.

Keeping up with their tradition of conversation over the past thousand years, Aakesh and Lily discussed their day after the end of today's training.

Since there was nothing left to share, the duo disappeared from the selection area and appeared in the store's hall.

Lily then went to her virtual portal as she summoned the door to Aakesh's room.

After Lily left, Aakesh proceeded toward the portal room. As his habit was, he first looked toward the leaderboard.

The next moment, a smile appeared on his face as he only saw an empty wall there.

For the leaderboard to appear, the store needed at least a hundred Panagea customers, which were still some time away. Aakesh then returned his sight back to the three virtual portals.

Aakesh then touched the nearest virtual portal to him with just the tip of his fingers, and the next moment, a suction force stronger than his fighting capability appeared and sucked him inside.

Aakesh felt the intensity of the suction force had increased, but since he already knew the reason, he didn't think much of it.

The next moment, Aakesh found himself in the same spot where he had exited Pangea the last time.

Aakesh had only been focusing on his class for the past century, so his level had stopped growing at the same rate it usually did.

Due to Aakesh's efforts over these years, Aakesh could sense the upgrade of the class level very close. If Aakesh had to think of a time limit, he believed his class would become Mythical in around a week.

Due to the class, Aakesh had been in this city for the past several years.

Time flew by, and in the blink of an eye, several hours passed by as the system alerted Aakesh about the sunrise.
