Chapter 780: A New Day in the Store(2)

After Jonnah had hurriedly left for the portal room after getting Aakesh’s permission, Aakesh became the only living soul present in the store’s hall.

Since he was also free from any store work for the moment, Aakesh decided to check the progress of the quest he had been doing for several centuries now.

The next moment, a blue screen containing the details of the quest appeared in front of him, and not long after, a smaller blue window popped above the previous one, showing the mission’s progress.

Immortal-grade: 682,848/1,000,000.]

Aakesh nodded as he looked at the progress he had made in the past several centuries.

Almost every requirement was close to fulfilling the condition, except for one.

The Immortal-grade cultivation art was the slowest in terms of progress. Aakesh could do nothing to improve it.

There were already more than millions of Immortals in the store as customers, and yet, the store had only sold around seven hundred thousand Immortal-grade cultivation art in more than nine centuries.

Aakesh’s progress was quick when considering the quest’s deadline since there were still a few hundred weeks left before the store reached the time of half the deadline.

There were only a minority of the Immortals who were willing to discard their own cultivation arts and select a new one at this phase. The store sold cultivation arts piqued their curiosity, but the consequences that came with their decision made them change their minds.

At the same time, the cultivation art wasn’t restricted by the store to one person. What the system forbade was the sale of the cultivation arts to earn profits outside the store. But the system had no issue when the owner of the cultivation arts shared them with their family members and friends.

Due to it, if any person in the family had bought an Immortal-grade cultivation art, no one else in the family would buy another one.

The cost of the cultivation art didn’t give much space to the cultivators to go for buying several of them.

It was resulting in the sale of Immortal-grade cultivation arts increasing at a snail’s pace in Aakesh’s eyes.

“A few centuries at most,” Aakesh mumbled as he looked at the progress screen.

Despite the slow progress in the sale of Immortal-grade cultivation arts, Aakesh believed that it would take around two centuries before Aakesh achieved the condition.

Aakesh then waved his hands away. The next moment, both screens disappeared, waiting for Aakesh to call them back once again.

There was another quest going on for the store, and it was related to Panagea.

As Aakesh summoned the quest, not long after, a new blue screen containing the details of the mission appeared in front of him.

After seeing that the streak of selling one trillion and five hundred billion Panagea hours every day for thousand years straight was active, Aakesh thought of its disappearing.

After Aakesh had checked both the quest’s screens, he had nothing left to do since there were no customers currently approaching the store.

Since things were like this, Aakesh closed his eyes and began his relaxation session.

Time flew by, and in the blink of an eye, several minutes had passed.

As Aakesh was relaxing, he suddenly heard the sound of footsteps approaching him.

He opened his eyes to see a couple approaching him. The couple was regular customers of the store for the past several centuries.

“Store owner, we are returning back,” The man respectfully told Aakesh.

The couple was William and Elle. William was a member of the Sun Elves and had run from his family due to a promise asked by one of his sisters.

Elle was the sister asking for the promise. There were different situations then, and Elle also came to the Primal dimension.

Since it had been several centuries since the event happened, Elle and William became close in the Primal dimension. Due to it, they started growing close, and finally, their relationship began with a battle in Panagea. They were now madly in love with each other.

The rules for the Asquith family stated that only the next ruler or already installed ruler could have a relationship with his siblings. Since William was already announced to be the next ruler, there were going to be no issues in their family with their relationship.

The only prohibition was that only after marriage, consummation was possible. Neither William nor Elle dared to break the rule since William had already become aware of how his descent into the Primal dimension had disturbed even Asquith, the primogenitor of the Sun Elves.

A/N: I know the chapter was small, but I had to update the quest and its progress.

We would see it one more time, just before its completion, and then we would leave the Primal dimension.

Sorry for the short chapter! Thanks for supporting the book!
