Chapter 427: Surprise!

“A mighty figure behind the store owner,” Oxen mumbled. For even a moment, he didn’t believe that it was all done by the store owner and there wasn’t some mighty figure from higher dimensions behind the store.

The Void beasts were the protector of the Primal dimension and were invincible unless a God personally intervened. Even then, they had enough strength to win against the lowest-level Gods.

But first, the arrow that gave Oxen the feeling of absolute terror. He knew he had zero chance to survive that. So considering this, the Void beasts knew that there was a high-level God behind the scene. But now, after reaching the store, the level of the figure raised to a mighty figure.

(A/N: A mighty figure is a person either standing on top of the Sacred dimension or beings from the third dimension.)

He raised the level of the figure as they weren’t without a lack of knowledge about the Sacred dimension. No one except the twenty-two Void beasts and the creator Deva knew that all twenty-two of them had linked minds.

Even though they lived in two different dimensions, they still could contact each other and similarly share their knowledge. So the Void beasts in the Primal dimension were aware of most of the things related to the Sacred dimension.

“More dangerous than expected,” Oxen muttered and increased the danger level of Aakesh in his heart. The hiding effect of the store wasn’t a big deal, but the counterattack was, and the warning soon followed.

His face couldn’t help but turn grave since the mighty figure behind the store owner would undoubtedly intervene if the Void beasts chose to eliminate Aakesh or if Aakesh initiated the attack.

‘There is no need to panic. We still have the last option left, even if the store owner turned against us and the mighty figure intervened,’ Oxen thought. He then took a deep breath and calmed down.

After he calmed down, he finally decided to take a step forward and enter the store.

The door of the store was big enough to accommodate him, so he didn’t have to change his height.

Oxen didn’t know that even if the door turned out to be smaller than the size of the creature, they could still enter the door without any issue.

Right after he entered, his eyes fell on the hardwood floor he walked on. Even a creature with no material needs like other races felt jealous of the store for having such a large amount of Ashamba’s barks. As far as he could see, the floor made of bark didn’t seem to end as if it was endless.

The surprise of seeing such a large quantity of Ashamba didn’t stay for long since there was already a mighty figure behind the store, and Ashamba’s bark was nothing in comparison to that.

The surprise had only disappeared when Oxen saw the most shocking thing of his life. His eyes almost popped out, seeing Aakesh expressionlessly staring at him.

Ashamba’s barks may be great for figures of the Primal dimension and the Sacred dimension. But for mighty beings coming from the third dimension, it was nothing. Even one tiny dead bark dropped from the Primordial Ashamba was larger than a big planet, and the figures had no lack of it.

Oxen couldn’t believe what he saw. Yesterday when he had met Aakesh, Aakesh was only equivalent to Tao Palace, but today, his cultivation had seen an enormous leap.

Since Void beasts were creatures that originated from a drop of blood of a figure like Vritrasur, no disguise skills worked on them.

Oxen could see that Aakesh’s cultivation had reached the peak of the Primal dimension(A pseudo Divine physique).

‘Dangerous level maximum,’ Oxen thought in his heart, seeing the changes in Aakesh.

He raised the dangerous level of Aakesh to maximum straight away. He did so because Oxen felt that even without the arrow, Aakesh could now fight the Void beasts on an equal level unless Void beasts decided to use their awakened forms.

Oxen then finally stopped thinking about Aakesh as Aakesh had been expressionlessly looking at him since he entered the store.

“Chomp!”

“Chomp!”

Oxen then stepped forward and proceeded in the direction of the chair and Aakesh while his steps made heavy sounds.

“Hey, strange creature,” Oxen commented as he reached Aakesh.

His tone and words to refer to Aakesh stayed the same as yesterday since he didn’t want to make Aakesh learn that he was here to research him or show respect as he feared the mighty figure behind the store, not the store owner.

Aakesh didn’t respond but expressionlessly nodded toward the Void beast.

“So, what kind of store is this?” Oxen asked as he could see a pill counter, two open rooms, and more than two thousand people meditating in the store.

Aakesh, in response, began introducing the store products the store currently sold.

Oxen patiently listened without interrupting Aakesh. The more he heard, the more sure he became of a mighty figure from the third dimension being behind the store.

The Gods u0026 Demons training area was the last straw that made Oxen 100% confident of the mighty figure behind the store originating from the third dimension. He became so convinced because there was no technology in the Sacred dimension that allowed creatures to freely choose between any race, starting at the weakest since the power gap was enormous between even the top five races and the remaining ones.

“How did you arrive here?” Oxen suddenly asked.

“I don’t know,” Aakesh honestly answered.

Aakesh knew that most people thought him to be from a higher dimension, and Aakesh had no issues with it. Since the level of products his store sold was unheard of, and he was also completely safe inside the store in the Primal dimension, there was no point in hiding it.

Oxen couldn’t guess whether Aakesh was speaking the truth or not from his expressionless face, but he took Aakesh’s answer as the truth. Even if it were a lie, it wouldn’t make any difference.

***

Time flew by, and minutes had passed.

“What’s the charge for Gods u0026 Demons level training area for the Immortal level?” Oxen asked after asking all the questions he had on his mind for today. After learning about the training area, he wanted to try it to see the difference between him and high-level races of the Sacred dimension.
