Chapter 311: Training

Since the sun had set and all the customers had left, it was time for Aakesh to close the store.

After Aakesh closed the door of the store, only he and Lily remained inside the empty store.

The next moment, they both disappeared from the store and appeared in the selection area since it was now time for their training.

Lily selected her usual training environment and disappeared, while Aakesh didn't choose any environment right away. He instead called out his status screen.

The next moment, a dark blue opaque screen appeared in front of Aakesh. Golden fonts then started appearing on it.

Personal Status:

Name: Aakesh,

Title: Myrioglot (Think to expand),

Race: *****,

Profession: Store-owner(Level 1)+,

Level: Level 6(initial),

Physical attributes,

Strength: 8,769,974 (+900),

Agility: 8,786,841 (+990),

Intelligence: -0-,

Stamina: -0-,

No. of quests completed: 10,

Skills: Energy Overseer, Detail-eye, Watcher, Chameleon-level, Counter Shield, Ability-Learning….

Pet Status:

Number of Pets: 1,

Current status: Young.

His strength and agility both had seen growth in the last few days, and since he had infinite intelligence and stamina, there was no need for growth in the two attributes.

Aakesh noticed that the number of skills in his skill section had grown. He didn't have to think about the source as these were the skills he had gained after gaining the class Watcher.

He also noticed that next to his profession, there was a symbol of addition. Aakesh then tapped on it, and the next moment, the store upgrading quest appeared in front of him.

"I'll complete you after I complete the organization quest," Aakesh commented as he thought of the quest screen disappearing.

He was currently too weak for the completion of the store upgrading quest. But after he successfully completed the mission of exterminating the organization Nielle, the situation wouldn't stay the same.

He would gain an increase of a level as the reward and would become equivalent to initial level Immortals in power level. But for someone like him, who gained complete knowledge of elements right after his breakthrough, even killing Void beasts wouldn't be a challenge at that time.

Since there was nothing more to see on the status screen, Aakesh waved his hands, and the next moment, it faded into nothingness.

He then went to the weapon section and picked out the bow.

He then selected his training area, and the next moment, he appeared in a familiar arena amid cheers.

He had been only getting a draw as the result of the last few battles, but Aakesh still decided to fight. Especially after yesterday's battle when he had killed the opponent in the second stage for the first time. Even though he also died in the end, it still was a gain from earlier when he wasn't able to kill the opponent.

The next moment, a familiar blue screen appeared in front of him. He right away chose the second stage, and soon his opponent appeared in the battle arena.

Aakesh noticed the change in his opponent as since he had cleared the first stage, the opponent stopped smiling and always had a cold face, despite the situation in the battle, unlike the first stage, where he even took the initiative of conversation with Aakesh.

Today, the opponent had a smile spread across his face as he stepped into the arena.

"You surprised me in the last battle," The opponent commented with a smile on his goat head.

"I can say the same," Aakesh responded since the opponent's move of surrounding him by sword slashes had surprised him.

"Ding!"

The next moment, both the combatants stopped talking as the bell rang in the arena and announced the start of the battle.

Aakesh took the first initiative and shot multiple arrows right away, aiming at different parts of the opponent's body.

The opponent didn't wait for the arrows to come. He instead took a step forward and clashed with them. Each swing of his sword cut the arrow into several pieces.

In his first-ever battle with Aakesh, the opponent had split his arrows into two, thinking it would destroy them. Even after splitting, the two pieces of arrows flew at the opponent to pierce him. From that point forward, the opponent began breaking Aakesh's arrows into several pieces not to face such a situation.

Time flew by, and around a minute had passed.

The battle arena had already turned into ruins, as deep pits could be seen every few meters.

In the last minute of the battle, Aakesh had numerous injuries across his body, including a loss of his left hand. While the opponent also had numerous arrows pierced to his body, which included several vital shots.

Despite both the combatants being injured to such an extent, the battle still continued.

Even though Aakesh had lost his left hand, he was still able to shoot arrows using his left leg to release the bowstring, but his speed has decreased by several folds. If he shot a thousand arrows earlier, now his shooting rate has come down to a few hundred.

More time flew by, and seven seconds had passed.

Both the combatants suddenly came to a stop as the opponent's sword was on Aakesh's throat, while Aakesh's arrow was aimed at the heart of the opponent.

If Aakesh hadn't lost his left hand, he would have won the battle since his shooting rate had surpassed the speed at which the opponent swung his sword.

The opponent also couldn't take the advantage of one-handed Aakesh as he was also injured severely, so even if he cut the head of Aakesh, Aakesh would be able to pierce his heart, making the battle another draw.

Since the result was death for both the combatants, they decided to stop today's battle here.

Aakesh then quit the battle, and the next moment, the ruined arena returned to its previous undamaged environment, while both Aakesh and the opponent got healed.

Aakesh then looked at the crowd, who hadn't stopped cheering for even a moment since the battle began.

"See you, losers!" Aakesh mocked the crowd and left the battle arena without waiting for their reaction.

If he didn't have left, he would've gotten surprised by the crowd's reaction, as today, instead of booing, they began laughing after Aakesh's mocking.

The next moment, he appeared in the selection area.

Not even a second had passed when Aakesh disappeared from the selection area and appeared in his next training environment, conquering the fort.
