Chapter 300: 300

When Lewis was turning around to leave, Aakesh suddenly remembered something.

"Do the stores in the town here sell space items?" Aakesh asked, making Lewis stop in his steps.

From the golden key, he had earned around 375 million, to be exact 376,500,660 low soul stones, and 280 million from the egg, after paying twenty percent share to Lewis. In total, he had earned around 600 million low soul stones, which was an outrageous amount, and Aakesh had no item to carry these many stones.

His pouch wouldn't be able to store more than a few million low soul stones, so he needed a space item to carry the stones.

Aakesh could make an item with an infinite space like the badge he had given to Brinda, but for that, he would need to get items that could be only found in high-level areas, and the system wouldn't help him in getting the items in Panagea, so he had no choice but to ask Lewis.

"If you want it for only carrying soul stones, then the town has what you need," Lewis answered right away.

A single store, which was the branch of a store from the city, sold pouches that could carry low soul stones. But since the town was a low-level area, soul stones, there was no space pouch that could carry stones exceeding low level or any other item.

Since Aakesh had won around the entire amount of six hundred million in low-level soul stones, the pouch will work for him.

Lewis then began explaining the features of the pouch to Aakesh, while John, with a hurried face, waited for Lewis to come out and give him the egg.

"How much does such a pouch cost?" Aakesh asked, hearing the details of the pouch. The pouch was not up to his mark, but it was all he could get here, and if he didn't want to carry a large bag on his shoulder, it was also the best option for him right now.

"It has a fixed price of five million low soul stones," Lewis respectfully responded while pointing at the pouch on his waist.

"Okay, get me one pouch," Aakesh said.

Lewis nodded and then left the room.

The frustration on John's face disappeared, seeing Lewis coming out of the VIP room with the egg, half the size of him, in his hands.

He, who was walking all across the room for the past several seconds in frustration, finally stopped and waited for Lewis to come here.

Lewis, before finalizing the deal with John, called one of the soldiers guarding the battle arena and ordered him to buy the space pouch from the only store that sold it. For the payment to the store, Lewis handed the pouch on his waist to the soldier since it had around ten million low soul stones stored in it.

After doing that, he finally went toward VIP room number three, where John was waiting for him.

"Why not do some more things before you give me the egg?" John mocked Lewis after he finally entered the room.

Lewis didn't say anything in response and simply put the giant egg on the table.

"Clear the due," Lewis expressionlessly told John.

John, who was frustrated with Lewis a moment earlier, forgot everything when he saw him putting the egg on the table.

"Here, take it," John threw a pouch at Lewis right away and rushed to the egg.

It was the same pouch Lewis had told Aakesh about a few moments earlier. He caught it and began checking whether the amount was correct or not. John had already forgotten him as he was completely focused on the egg.

While looking at the egg, he suddenly thought that he had no idea about how to hatch it.

John looked at Lewis, who had just stopped counting the number of soul stones in the pouch.

"How do I hatch it?" John asked Lewis. John's tone contained a hint of impatience and enmity.

"No idea," Lewis nonchalantly responded.

John couldn't help but get angry as he thought that Lewis wasn't telling him the way. But Lewis truly didn't know as Aakesh still hadn't told him anything about it.

"Look-"

"You can ask the adventurer about it." John wanted to say something, but Lewis cut him off in between and told him to ask Aakesh.

Before John could respond, Lewis had already left the room. "Damn it!" John cursed under his breath, seeing Lewis leaving.

Lewis, after leaving the room, went to room number one. Aakesh was already waiting for him, so after entering, Lewis respectfully handed him the pouch he had just gotten from John.

Time flew by, and several minutes passed.

Lewis, who had left the room, after handing the pouch to Aakesh, returned to the room with a new space pouch, carrying the earnings of the golden key, in his hands.

"Here, adventurer," Lewis respectfully handed him the space pouch.

Aakesh expressionlessly nodded and took the pouch from him.

He then took out 275 million low soul stones from the first pouch and handed the pouch to Lewis.

Time flew by.

"Bring the new Townhead and the owner of the egg to me," Aakesh expressionlessly told Lewis, after tying the pouch, carrying more than 600 million low soul stones, to his waist.

Lewis didn't ask any questions and left the room to call both David and John. He, who had been the army chief, was now acting as the errand boy of Aakesh. If he had a choice, he would've never done that, but since Lewis didn't want to test Aakesh's morality, he didn't dare refuse anything Aakesh told him to.

A few moments later, Lewis returned to the VIP room with confused David and John by his side.

"Hello, adventurer!"

Both of them greeted Aakesh right after entering the room. John currently hated no one more than Aakesh, but his face remained respectful when he greeted Aakesh.

Aakesh only nodded in response to their greetings.
