Chapter 255: Unknown Enemies!

Aakesh left the man lying on the floor and returned to his chair.

All the customers waiting in the store, including Gordon, heaved a sigh of relief, seeing the store owner returning to his chair.

Even though the suffocating pressure had disappeared right after it had appeared, still seeing beings crashing down on the floor one after another and then scattering like sand created another pressure on their chest.

When Aakesh had warned the customers, those who had even a little bit of interest in attempting to steal the products or harm the store felt chilled down to their core even when Aakesh didn't look at them.

Gordon, on the other hand, heaved a sigh of relief since he had believed that he was the reason for the store owner's anger. He wanted to approach Aakesh for the purpose he had come here, but seeing the body of the man lying in the way discouraged him from even taking a step.

As if the system could understand what was going through Gordon's head, a breeze appeared out of nowhere and threw the body of the man out of the store. Since the man wasn't dead yet and was facing the worst of mental tortures, his body didn't scatter into the sand like the others.

Instead of getting relieved, Gordon's fear for the store grew. The man was of the same level as him, and the store actions didn't seem to even care for his cultivation.

He stood still for a few seconds without knowing what to do. Only after his heart had calmed down did he take a step forward and approached the store owner.

"Give me one hour of training in Gods & Demons level training area for Overlord-grade weapon," Gordon asked, seeing Aakesh expressionlessly looking at him.

After that, he began taking the required number of supreme Primal stones from his space ring. He felt as if someone was cutting his heart, as a large portion of his life savings appeared in the form of a mountain.

Those who were new in the store acted as if an unimaginable scene was occurring in front of their eyes, while those who regularly came to the store didn't even care to look.

Aakesh then waved his hands, and the supreme primal stones disappeared from the store. After getting the alert from the system that the amount was correct, he told Gordon to enter the weapons room.

Gordon nodded and then left for the weapons room. His face had a hint of gloom since he had just spent an amount he could only dream to spend at once.

Somewhere in the Primal dimension,

"They're dead!"

A voice rang in the area right after the intruders died while trying to enter the store.

"All of them!" An exclaim rang in the area in response to the information.

All the beings who tried to break through the restriction of the store were at least intermediate Heavenly Monarch, and he had sent sixteen of them.

For the organization he belonged to, even sixteen hundred peak Immortals dying wouldn't matter much, let alone sixteen Immortals of different levels. He still felt a pang in his heart since they were still Immortals and their organization had spent resources on them.

"Should… we stop?" The man asked with a pause.

"No, send another batch. This time send one hundred Peak Heavenly Monarch," The voice responded right away with a hint of anger.

"Just what do you want from that store?" The man asked, but no response came from the other side. After shaking his head in disappointment, the man did what the voice had instructed him to do.

If other beings belonging to their organization were to see the identity of the man hearing someone else's order, they would never believe it. The man was none other than the founder of the organization, a peak Heavenly Monarch with a pseudo divine physique and could ascend anytime to the Sacred dimension.

Despite being one of the strongest of the Primal dimension, the man had no choice but to agree with whatever the owner of the voice ordered him.

He then looked in the direction of the voice, muttered something incomprehensible while a glint passed through his eyes. The next moment, his body dispersed into light particles.

Aakesh was unaware that another batch of Immortals was coming for his store. Even if he did, he wouldn't worry since even Gods can't bypass the restriction of the system, let alone Immortals. It wouldn't matter how many came; they would all face the same result, death.

After Gordon left, Aakesh was also thinking about the intruders and the unknown organization behind them. He couldn't understand why someone would force their way into the store when the doors were open for them. If they wanted to go on a rampage and destroy the store, only a stupid would enter after breaking the wall when the main gate is open for the enemy.

He then stopped thinking about it since the system had already generated a quest. The system would surely give a hint of the purpose of the organization in the quest, so he didn't need to worry.

If the system gave no purpose, then Aakesh would need to waste his time searching for the enemy. After what the organization did today, Aakesh has already decided their result, so he wouldn't stop until he achieved it.

As for the man, the system had thrown outside Aakesh didn't find anything worthwhile from his memory.

He only found that even the stealing was his own doing instead of the organization. He had believed that the sixteen Immortals would be able to successfully break into the store, so he wanted to steal as many weapons as possible before that happened. Unfortunately for him, the moment he tried to put one of the swords in his space ring, the system judged him as the thief and told Aakesh about it.

Time flew by, and an hour passed.

Gordon's training was complete, so the system pulled his consciousness out from the training area. The next moment, he appeared in an isolated space, and only after his energy had calmed down did the system bring him back to the store.

"Failed again," Gordon muttered after returning to the store since he didn't get a breakthrough.

But despite that, his voice didn't contain disappointment. But instead, there was a hint of excitement even though he had failed to attain the breakthrough.

In the training area, he found out the mistake he had made in his understanding, and he also finally knew the reason for stopping at this level for thousands of years.

His understanding of the sword Tao had always been wrong, but still, he was able to reach this level. It was only due to his talent, or even achieving Tao Palace would've been a luxury for him.

If there were someone other than him, they would've felt disappointed, learning that their understanding of Tao had always been wrong, but for someone like Gordon, who has failed countless times, attempting a breakthrough, this piece of information came as a hope and the last straw.

Since Gordon had already found his way to the Tao, he left the weapons room. He thanked Aakesh and left the store right away.

For him, even the waste of a second was unforgivable in this case.

Aakesh didn't care much, so he returned to relaxing after Gordon left.

Time flew by, and finally, the six hours of stay for the second group in Panagea was over.

The system forced all the adventures out, and Aakesh ordered the third group to enter the portals.

Xator and his family members also came out of the portal at the same time. They then began sharing the details of their stay in Panagea.

Xator's face turned ugly the more he learned about his wife and children's quests.

When Xayaati saw the face of her husband, she couldn't help but get curious. She also noticed the change of aura around him.

Seeing the change and ugly face, Xayaati understood, Xator had gone through some tough times in Panagea. She didn't want to make fun of her husband, but their youngest son, Xayito, didn't feel like her, so he asked, "Papa, why does your face look ugly?"

Xator's face turned even uglier, seeing the smirk on his son's face.

Xayaati glared at her son, seeing him making fun of his father. Xayito, in response, moved his eyes away.

Xator didn't answer and instead looked at Aakesh. He blamed Aakesh for all of this since he was the only one that faced such a thing.

Since he couldn't do anything to either Aakesh or his son, he activated his supreme card and disappeared from the store.
