Chapter 1440: Increased Authority(15)

"What do you want from me?" Porson coldly asked.

The hooded figure didn't respond with words and snapped his fingers. The next moment, light particles began to gather and soon formed the projection screen.

At first, the screen was dark, but it lit up, and scenes began to flow. Porson looked horrified since what was playing on the screen was his own life, not missing anything.

Whatever calmness he had in his heart disappeared when he saw the scene of the inheritance orb. Those who knew about the store and the store owner believed that Aakesh wasn't native to the Primal Dimension but had descended down for fun, and Aakesh's feat further helped the spread of his legend.

"Who are you?" Porson asked. He had now become sure that the enemy was here for the store and that he was only a casualty.

The hooded figure still didn't speak anything and kept looking at the screen, enjoying the scenes.

Snap!

The hooded figure snapped his finger, and the screen disappeared. He then looked at Porson.

Porson felt a chill crawling down his spine, sensing the enemy's stare. He wanted to run, but at the same time, he also wanted to know the identity of the figure. The protection provided by the store had some effect on him, forcing him not to use it and run.

"Shall we join together and attack the store?"

Porson heard a rumble in his head, listening to what the figure said. He didn't waste a moment, and he immediately activated the card.

The next moment, he disappeared from the tower and appeared at his residence. A smile spread across the figure's face behind his hood from the strong reaction from Porson.

***

Porson took repeated deep breaths to calm down his pounding heart. The moment he had heard the figure's horrifying statement in the tower, a feeling of death had engulfed him.

The strong reaction wasn't caused by the figure's words but by that sensation. Even the hooded figure seemed rubbish in comparison to that.

Porson didn't waste a moment and tried to communicate with the store owner's voice. It wasn't difficult, so he immediately got connected. He then shared everything with the voice and also added his opinion.

"You have done good." Aakesh's voice rang in Porson's head.

At the same time, Aakesh, who was conversing with a customer, heard an alert from the system regarding the same. Aakesh rarely used multitasking in the store, and that moment was one of them.

While conversing with the system, he also talked with the system.

Aakesh believed the suspect behind the scenes to be Hartol since he had been trying to cause trouble in the store from time to time.

"Create a quest for Porson, asking him to solve the trouble," Aakesh asked the system.

If it were before the completion of the second store upgrade quest, the system would have refused Aakesh's request. After the increase in his authority, Aakesh could now create quests related to the store in the Primal Dimension.

The missions couldn't be related to the main line of products but random quests like the one suggested by Aakesh.

[Yes, Host!]

The system's voice rang in Aakesh's ears, and he stopped delving into the topic. Aakesh wasn't very worried about the attack on Porson and the plans to attack the store. Unless top figures of the Primordial Dimension physically arrived, the store was fully protected.

Time flew by, and hours passed in the blink of an eye.

"... these are the products currently available in the store," Aakesh concluded with the basic introduction of all six products to Mina.

Mina had a surprised expression spread across her face since she never expected to come across a store like that. Her cultivation was peak Sacred King, and her coming here was more of a coincidence.

Mina's sense of direction was terrible, to say the least. When she had left for her journey, there was another destination in her mind, but as fate and her sense of direction combined, she found herself on planet Curiel.

Mina belonged to the race Drutisap, a race in the spirit group with a Sacred Monarch at its helm. Like every spirit race, Drutisap also had an above average appearance. Mina didn't have any luck in that department, so she had a somewhat average appearance, ranging between ugly and acceptable.

But her talent in cultivation was second to none in the entire race, with her being the hope of the race to become the first Drutisap to reach the Sacred Creator level.

***

"I want to enter Panagea," Mina asked with a calm tone.

The next moment, Mina frowned upon receiving rejection from the store owner. She didn't try to run wild since her intuition warned against it.

***

Mina entered the beast room with steady steps. Her face didn't look happy since she had a wild personality and liked to tame others in front of her.

Before her talent bloomed, she was bullied in her race for her appearance, and after her talent bloomed, she received adoration. Receiving two extreme situations turned her personality wild, but inside the store, her intuition was warning her against going wild.

If not for that, she would have knocked Aakesh from his chair for refusing to let her enter Panagea. But since she wasn't a fool who would let her emotions control her, she kept the anger deep in her heart.

Mina was at the Sacred King level, and the highest cultivation of the beast was peak Supreme God, so it was a low level for her. But since she couldn't leave the store without buying anything, or she would go crazy, she chose to buy a beast.

After walking inside the room, the numerous murals painted across the wall caught her eye. She looked around and soon moved her eyes away, not having much interest in looking at beasts.

Mina had no interest in low-level beasts, so she immediately walked in the direction of the second device. There was a line of customers waiting ahead of her.

Mina controlled her urge to throw the ones ahead of her and do the summoning and stood there waiting for her turn. While waiting, she kept tapping her feet to pass the time.
