Chapter 1426 A New Day for the Store(1)

Chapter 1426: A New Day for the Store(1)

[Host, it's time for your meditation!]

Aakesh was about to walk toward the nearest platform when the system's mechanical alert rang in his head.

Aakesh stopped, deciding whether to clear the dungeon or leave Panagea. There was no time limit for the dungeon, so he decided against continuing in Panagea.

The next moment, he disappeared from the icy plains and appeared in the portal room.

He then exited the room, and the meditation mat was waiting there for him. Beside it, the remaining purer, ordinary Sacred stone was there.

Aakesh sat down in the meditative position and put the Sacred stone an inch in front of between his eyebrows.

When he closed his eyes, the stone began to release energy, and his body absorbed every bit of it.

Time flew by, and several hours passed in a flash.

[Host, the sun is about to rise in Thorr City. Please be prepared to open the store.]

The system's autonomous, emotionless voice rang in the store, waking Aakesh up from his meditation.

Aakesh stood up from his meditation, and the meditation mat and the remaining Sacred stone disappeared from the store.

More time flew by, and when the sun was only seconds away from rising, Aakesh exited his room and climbed down the stairs.

It was finally time for the sun to rise in Thorr and its nearby cities. With it, the store opened its doors for another day.

The customers on the street breathed a sigh of relief since the store opened its doors and did not go on another absence streak.

Aakesh didn't let the customers wait any longer and returned to his chair. The next moment, the overcrowded street outside the store turned empty, and all the customers entered the store like a raging tide.

Those who were in the first group had their bodies covered in a transparent, thin golden hue, while those in the second group had a silver hue around them.

Grosal was also in the group of customers entering the store at its opening time. He looked disappointed since he didn't have the golden hue around them, but since he was quick enough to be in the second group, his entry to Panagea was a surety.

Those who had store cards proceeded toward the portal room, while those who didn't own any cards formed a queue in front of Aakesh and left one after another after paying for their Panagea stay.

Time flew by, and two hours passed in the blink of an eye.

The system forced the customers out of Panagea one by one for those who had chosen the 1x stay, and in no time, the filled virtual portals turned from zero to several thousand.

The next moment, a golden hue appeared around several customers in the waiting corner. These were in the line to enter Panagea, and as Grosal's fortune would have it, he failed to get a spot in that. He would need to wait another two hours, at least, if he wanted to enter Panagea.

The familiar scenes of customers thronging a queue in front of Aakesh played out, and the customers paid for their Panagea stays, depending on their sequence of entering the portal room.

Time flew by, and a few more hours passed in a flash.

Aakesh had gotten a moment of reprieve from all the customers for the first time in the day, and even that ended shortly.

Tap! Tap! Tap!

Only two seconds had passed when Aakesh heard the sound of footsteps approaching the store. He opened his eyes and looked in that direction, finding a new face coming toward the store.

Once she reached the store, she stopped and looked above, staring at the front sign of the store. She nodded since it was the same as what she had heard, and she then climbed up the short stairs.

Once she reached the doorstep and entered the store, the sense restriction array stopped working on her, and the view in front of her changed.

The woman nodded with a wide smile as she looked around the inside. It was exactly what she had been told by her sister before coming here.

Once she looked around the store enough, her focus fell on the blue-skinned man sitting on the chair. The woman immediately recognized the man as the store owner since his appearance matched the handsome man described by her sister.

The smile on her face bloomed even further, and she walked to the store owner.

"Hello, store owner," The woman greeted Aakesh with a small bow.

Aakesh silently nodded in response to the woman's bow. He had recognized her since her aura was familiar to her with another customer.
