Chapter 1412 No Easy Way!

Chapter 1412: No Easy Way!

Tirly walked into the weapons and training room after paying for the skills and their experience cost. Her face had a glow that she didn't have when she entered the store.

When Tirly entered the store, she only had her father's safety on her mind, but as Tirly experienced the grandness inside the store, she saw a tremendous future waiting for her if she was willing to work for it.

Nothing was more disheartening than not seeing a remarkable future despite working hard for it.

Tirly not only wanted to save her father and achieve her revenge, but she also wanted to reach higher in the cultivation world so that she would never have to worry about her and her father's safety.

As she walked into the room, numerous murals painted across the wall greeted her sight. Tirly had lived her life in poverty, and since there was no weapon easier to make than a sword, she was also a sword user. Unfortunately for her, she had no talent in swordsmanship.

Now that she had money to spare, she wanted what was best for her. There was an easy way to find whether she had talent in the weapon.

Anytime a customer would pull out a weapon, they would sense a restriction on them. That restriction made it impossible for them to leave the store without paying, but at the same time, it also worked to share the compatibility of the customer.

If someone who had talent in spear but pulled out a sword, unaware of their poor talent, the restriction they would feel on them would be heavier than what they would feel when touching the spear.

The restriction wasn't something heavy since it was up to the customer to what they wanted to buy for themselves, so it took time and concentration to feel the difference in restriction.

The restriction didn't work for the weapons of the same type, so as not to make it completely obvious for the customers what sword out of all the ones on the counter was best for them. For one type, the restriction was the same, irrespective of the quality and level of the weapon.

To find what weapon Tirly was best of the lot at, she needed to pull out a weapon from every counter and feel the restriction difference. But there was another easy way to find the most suitable weapon and that was the murals painted across the wall.

Only those who had talent would be able to feel an extraordinary sensation from the murals, so Tirly focused on the murals.

Time flew by, and a few minutes passed in the blink of an eye.

Tirly was left with disappointment as she was unable to feel anything from the murals on the wall. Even though there were numerous murals left for Tirly to check, she gave up since it wasn't a possible situation.

Even though the walls of the room and the mural's size were fixed, the term countless wasn't attributed to a high number, but it was true. No matter how long a customer looked at the murals, they would never end.

Since the easy way didn't work, it was time for Tirly to put in work and find a suitable weapon doing the hard way.

Tirly had also thought of the situation where she was unable to find a suitable weapon since there were still many types of weapons left for the store to sell. In that situation, she would buy the one with which she felt the smallest restriction.

Time flew by, and Tirly finally found her weapon. The worst situation in her mind didn't arise, and she found a suitable weapon. It was a spear. As soon as she pulled one out, she felt the smallest restriction, and her intuition also told her that it was the weapon.

Since Tirly had found her weapon, it was time to find one that would provide the most benefit to her.

Since her cultivation was at the peak of Divine Transformation, and she could step into the Divine Being level anytime soon, she would need to buy a new weapon for her. However since Tirly had no weapon to use, she was unable to enter the training area for the training. At the same time, any random spear wouldn't work. She had the money, so she was willing to splurge on things that would provide the most benefit to her and would help her grow stronger.

After searching for some time, Tirly finally found a suitable spear. A wide smile was plastered across her face as she walked in the direction of the pillar.

Since she had the card, she didn't need to go to the store owner and complete the purchase before entering the training area.

Aakesh had already informed her of the process to enter so once she reached the pillar, she pricked the tip of her right index finger. The next moment, an unbearable pain hit her, but it immediately disappeared.

Following that, her eyes turned blank while a golden transparent barrier engulfed her.

The training level chosen by Tirly was the first difficulty since she had no experience or talent when it came to one-on-one battles.

The next moment, Tirly found herself in the blue space with a list of races to choose her opponents from. Since her first enemy was the matriarch of her family, she selected Vurrons as her opponent.

She chose the hard landscape for the battle environment since her matriarch lived in the same surroundings. The next moment, she appeared on the scene, tightly holding the newly bought spear.

Not long after, her opponent also appeared. She looked the same as her, holding the same spear as her.

Ding!

The bell suddenly rang and announced the start of the battle.

The two opponents charged at each other, with neither of them having refined movements. Out of the two, the opponent was clearly better.

Despite having the same movement speed, the opponent struck first, causing an injury.

Tirly groaned in pain and tried to fight back, but the opponent was better and struck another injury. After a grueling struggle lasting several seconds, the victor became apparent, and not long after, Tirly lost consciousness.

It was only the start since there was no limit of training hours at the lowest level of difficulty.

A/N: Taking a break seems easy, but regaining the rhythm after the break is tougher than continuing. Sorry, I have missed so many days.

I will try my best not to miss a single day for the next several months.
