Chapter 1336: Second Store Upgrade Quest(4)

Sirish thanked Aakesh and walked toward the beast's room. When he walked in, the numerous murals painted across the wall welcomed his sight.

It had only been around a century since he ascended to the Sacred Dimension, so his knowledge regarding the Primordial Dimension wasn't very high.

Except for a few beasts on the murals, Sirish didn't recognize the majority.

There were two pillars in front of him. He didn't know anything, so an awkward expression spread across his face. He then turned around and walked out of the room.

His speed was quick, and before any other customer could approach Aakesh, Sirish reached him.

Aakesh had expected Sirish to immediately return, so he wasn't surprised when he saw Sirish approaching him.

His face had awkward expressions when he asked Aakesh about the two pillars he saw in the room.

Aakesh answered all his questions, explaining the Beast Summoner Device in detail.

"Thank you, senior!" Sirish thanked Aakesh. Since he didn't want to return to Aakesh again, he asked all the questions and got every minute detail about the product.

Sirish stood in line at the first pillar, waiting for his turn. He was an intermediate Sacred King level cultivator, so neither of the beasts from the two pillars was suitable for his partner at the time.

Even though Sirish wasn't as impressed with the store's products as he was in the past, it was still a store owned by Aakesh at the end of the day. Nothing could be an ordinary item in the store.

There was a long waiting line for the first pillar, and Sirish patiently waited.

Time flew by, and several minutes passed in a flash.

Sirish stood in front of the second beast pillar after getting an ultimate quality at the peak Divine Lord level beast from the first one.

He believed in his great fortune, so he wasn't too worried about the beast. He then pressed the button.

The next moment, the square light began to rotate and kept at it for five seconds.

When five seconds had passed, a beast appeared on the screen.

Sirish nodded since he recognized it. Not long after, a card formed out of nowhere and flew into his hand.

[Name: Black-Dotted Fossa

Type: Beast

Race: Fossa

Element: Shadow, Nature

Quality: Ultimate

Cultivation: Peak Supreme God

Characteristics: Eclipse Dominion

Details: The Black-Dotted Fossa's unparalleled affinity with shadows and nature grants it the ability to harness the power of eclipses, transcending the boundaries between light and darkness. In the ability's range, the beast and its allies are engulfed in dark light, protecting them from any type of attack and giving them a higher healing rate. The beast's ability grow threefold in the range.

Ability:

1.) Shadowstrike Fury: The Black-Dotted Fossa channels the essence of shadow into its claws, delivering a rapid flurry of strikes that pierce through enemies' defenses.

2.) Umbral Torrent: The Black-Dotted Fossa conjures a torrent of darkness that engulfs enemies, draining their life force and transferring it to itself to restore its health and strength.

3.) Shadow Veil of Protection: The Black-Dotted Fossa envelops allies in a protective cloak of shadows, granting them temporary invulnerability and immunity to the enemy's magical attacks.

4.) Ensnaring Vines: The Black-Dotted Fossa manipulates the plants around it to create thick and thorny vines that trap enemies, immobilizing them and dealing continuous damage over time.

...

20.) Verdant Wrath: The Black-Dotted Fossa taps into the primal rage of nature, causing plants in its vicinity to swell with power and lash out at enemies, dealing damage and growing stronger with their absorbed lifeforce.

21.) Eclipse Fury: The Black-Dotted Fossa summons the darkness of an eclipse, channeling its energy into a devastating strike that engulfs enemies in shadows and inflicts enormous damage.

Card Description: The Black-Dotted Fossa is a formidable, terrifying creature. Its attributes of shadow and nature make it a terrifying opponent in battle. This card can be used to summon a powerful monster onto the battlefield, capable of dealing massive damage to its opponent as well as supporting its allies. Use it wisely, and watch your opponents fall before the might of the Black-Dotted Fossa.

Price: Ninety-nine thousand ultimate, nine hundred ninety-nine thousand supreme Sacred stones.]

The upper half of the card contained an illustration of the beast. Its appearance was a harmonious blend of shadows and natural elements. Its sleek and agile form was suitable for its prowess as a predator, designed for stealthy movement and silent hunting.

Its fur was a velvety blend of dark brown and lighter shades of gray, creating a shading that imitated the relationship between light and darkness. Along its body, there were subtle patterns of black dots that resembled the constellations of stars in a moonless night sky. These markings allowed it to seamlessly merge with the shadows.

Its moonlit night eyes were piercing and intense, revealing its intelligence and keen awareness of its surroundings. Its claws were sharp and retractable, making them a lethal weapon for capturing prey and defending against threats. Its tail was long and twisted, swaying gracefully behind it.

Fossa was a race with few members in the beast group, and there were no more than three different species in the race.

Of the three species, the Black-Dotted Fossa was the only beast to have a Sacred Creator in the camp, making the Black-Dotted Fossas the leaders of the race.

Even though Black-Dotted Fossa had only one Sacred Creator, making it nowhere near the top five races in the beast group, there was a reason Sirish wasn't disappointed with summoning the beast.

The Black-Dotted Fossas were a race of fierce beasts, and very rarely was any other race able to match the brutality and strength they were capable of at the same level.

Sirish liked the beast even more when he read the characteristics section on the card. [Eclipse Dominion] was a rare skill available to only one Black-Dotted Fossa. It wasn't sure for even an ultimate quality beast of the Sacred Monarch level to step into the Sacred Creator level, so having the ability exclusive to the Sacred Creator didn't excite him.

Xonaris was a beast that majored in the elements of darkness and death, so [Eclipse Dominion] was an extremely suitable ability for him. If not for Xonaris being forced to live in isolation, the leader of the race would have made the Sacred Creator Black-Dotted Fossa his pet for the ability.

Since everything went in his favor, Sirish's decision was made immediately. He then left the pillar and walked toward the square device.

After waiting for several minutes, it was finally his turn. He had two beasts to tame, so he completed the process and initiated the taming battle with the peak Divine Lord beast.

The next moment, his consciousness returned to the store. Sirish had no emotional change in his eyes since defeating a peak Divine Lord beast at the same level, irrespective of their quality, wasn't something worth feeling pride over.

Only the prickling pain affected him, but as it disappeared quickly, Sirish returned to calmness.

The screen on the device had lit up, but Sirish didn't even look at it. He respected Aakesh too much to doubt anything related to the store.

Sirish then pulled out the first card and placed the second one in the compartment. The second battle excited him since his opponent was a brutal predator.

Soon after putting the card, he found himself in a different environment, with his cultivation dropping to peak Supreme God. There were different heights and sizes of trees around him.

It was already nighttime, so the darkness was even more intense inside the jungle. It didn't affect Sirish at all, but instead, he relished in it.

Xonaris were known for their high compatibility with the element of darkness, so the abundant dark particles in the environment danced around him to welcome him.

Growl!

Suddenly, a growl rang in the darkness of the jungle. Sirish immediately looked in that direction and found the beast.

Its eyes couldn't hide the brutal thoughts going on inside the beast's mind once it saw its prey.

Even though it was pitch black all around the jungle and there was no light to create shadows, Sirish could still see the beast's shadow behind it.

Ding!

The next moment, a bell that had no direction of origin rang and announced the start of the battle.

Instead of attacking its enemy head-on, the beast melted into its shadows and then into the forest's darkness, stealthily approaching him.

Sirish seemed to stand there blankly, but he suddenly turned to his left, and a blade made of darkness appeared in his hand.
