Chapter 1153: The Sixth Product(7)

The Silver Swan had all-around abilities, including all its attacking, defensive, and supporting skills. But what added most to it were its characteristics [Master of Knowledge].

Simran didn't know anything about the Silver Swan before today. But if she knew, she would know that Silver and Gold Swan were beasts with high knowledge of the Multiverse.

Gold Swan was a Primordial creature, while Silver Swan was a beast of the Sacred Dimension.

Silver Swan no longer existed as the last of it had ascended to the Primordial Dimension and evolved into Gold Swan countless years ago.

Silver Swans were born with vast knowledge of the Multiverse, but unfortunately for them, they didn't remember everything.

The characteristics [Master of Knowledge] was a vital ability that allowed them to remember the forgotten knowledge, as its detail stated. The characteristic was extremely rare in Silver and Gold Swans, making it an even more extraordinary skill.

"Store owner, initiate the taming battle," Simran requested to Aakesh, passing over the Silver Swan's beast card to him.

Aakesh took the card from her hands and quickly glanced at the beast. Aakesh then tapped twice at the storefront pattern on the back of the card.

***

Simran found herself in a different environment as soon as she took the card from Aakesh's hands.

She found her cultivation dropping to peak Divine Lord. She already knew about it from Aakesh, so she didn't find the situation surprising.

At that moment, she stood in a vast grassland with small ponds randomly spread across the entire area.

Simran couldn't help but take a deep breath, looking at the breathtaking surroundings. She was only looking around when suddenly there was a movement in one of the ponds not very far from her.

The next moment, a stunning creature jumped out of the water and appeared high in the sky, looking down on Simran. It was none other than the Silver Swan, her opponent and the beast she wanted to tame.

It was a magnificent creature, standing tall and proud with a regal bearing. Its feathers were a shimmering silver-white color, with hints of blue and purple as the sun shined on them. Its wings were expansive, allowing it to stand gracefully in the air, and its long, slender neck was adorned with a delicate, thin silver chain that sparkled in the sunlight. Its eyes were a bright, piercing blue, and its beak was sharp and hooked, ready to defend itself if needed.

The delicate silver chain around its neck was an item that could cause wars across races and was only found on the Silver Swans with the characteristics [Master of Knowledge].

The number of joints in the chain was equal to the quality of the knowledge it could remember using the characteristics.

The Silver Swan was a proud creature, and disdain could be seen in its piercing blue eyes as it looked down on Simran.

Simran didn't like the look in those eyes, so there was another motive for her to defeat the swan other than taming it.

Ding!

Out of nowhere, a bell suddenly rang in the area, announcing the start of the battle.

The Silver Swan immediately swooped down, its beak ready to pierce through Simran.

In response to that, Simran raised her hands, and the next moment, white dots started to gather around them.

The Silver Swan swooping down seemed to be attracted by the light even though it wanted to change its direction.

The next moment, the Silver Swan found its beak being tightened by the plethora of white lights. It tried to move away from Simran, but its attempts were futile.

Simran returned to the store after defeating the Silver Swan in the battle and becoming its master.

The battle wasn't that difficult for Simran since she was extremely talented when it came to combat. The Silver Swan was powerful, but with the same level of cultivation as Simran, it stood no chance against her.

"You need to pay nine hundred forty-nine thousand nine hundred forty-nine supreme, and one hundred ten lesser Sacred stones," Aakesh informed Simran.

Simran nodded and took one ultimate Sacred stone out. Seeing that, Aakesh introduced the three store cards to Simran.

After listening to all the details, Simran chose to buy the Ultimate Store Card. Before the card, she needed to find a place for her to stay since traveling to and fro from the store wasn't possible every day. The teleportation ability of the card helped her with that.

"The beast is yours from now on," Aakesh informed Simran after the alert from the system.

"Thank you, store owner," Simran thanked Aakesh with a beautiful smile spread across her face.

"Store owner, I want to enter the Gods & Demons level training area for higher grade spear," Simran requested, not caring about an indifferent response to her thanks from the store owner.

"You need to pay one higher Sacred stone," Aakesh told Simran and then explained to her the way to enter the training area.

Simran paid for the training area with her store card. She then thanked Aakesh and proceeded toward the weapons room.

After Simran left, Aakesh looked around, and when he saw that there were no customers approaching him either from the rooms inside the store or new customers outside the store, Aakesh closed his eyes and returned to another of his relaxation sessions.

***

Tap! Tap! Tap!

Aakesh was relaxing in his chair when he heard the sound of footsteps coming from outside the store. He opened his eyes and turned in that direction.

It was an unfamiliar face entering the store, but the man stopped before the building.

"What is this feeling?" The man mumbled as he looked at the building in front of him.

The gates were open, but he couldn't see or hear anything going on inside the store. Since it wasn't the first time he had seen the sense-blocking array, he didn't feel surprised about it.

When his eyes fell on the gigantic front board, the man couldn't help but take a step back as a powerful yet invisible energy erupted, aiming at him.

The man's back had turned wet from sweat, his face had lost all blood, his lips had turned dry, and his legs were slightly trembling when he looked at the building again.
