Chapter 1100: Warrior Peacock!

Ryan found himself in an unfamiliar environment. He didn't act surprised since he had already learned about all the phases of buying a beast from the store.

Kee-ow! Kee-ow! Kee-ow!

The opponent's beast let out its distinctive cry, attracting Ryan's attention.

In front of Ryan stood a beast known for its beauty and ferocity. It was a beast known across not only the Primal Dimension but the Multiverse. The race gave birth to a cultivator that went on to achieve the title of God of War.

It was none other than the Warrior Peacock race, which once stood at the bottom rung in the beast group, but with the emergence of Kartikeya, it grew to have a powerful status across the Multiverse.

The Warrior Peacock was a magnificent and imposing creature with rainbowy, metallic feathers that shimmered in the light. Its body was a mix of fiery orange and deep, earthy browns, with accents of electric blue and vibrant green. Its head was adorned with a crown of golden feathers that curled gracefully over its head, and its eyes were a piercing yellow that seemed to glow like a burning fire.

(A/N: What do you guys think about the abilities? It took me a while to search for them and then give them to the Peacock as Ryan, and it would play a significant role in the future.)

Remembering the skills of the Warrior Peacock, Ryan knew that it was going to be a tough opponent if he allowed it to run free, but he had no such thoughts.

Ryan extended his hands, and an energy ball began to form as the fire element filled in the surroundings. The area was element rich, giving the ultimate environment for the peacock to unleash its full potential, but similarly, for Ryan, it was a good environment.

As the red energy ball reached the size of a tennis ball, Ryan released it.

KEE-AW!

The peacock let out a deafening roar, activating the skill [Thunderous Roar].

When Ryan heard the roar, his eyes turned unfocused for a moment, but he immediately retained his sanity and controlled the energy ball, stopping it from crashing on the ground.

Boom!

As Ryan controlled the energy ball to crash on the peacock, a loud explosion and an enormous dust cloud appeared.

The peacock was no newbie warrior. It activated [Wooden Barrier] to defend itself and then charged at Ryan, activating [Flame Strike], [Metallic Fury], and [Torrential Wave], one after another, covering Ryan in skills.

Ryan's eyes were calm as he raised his hands and activated [Primal Shield]. The next moment, an invisible barrier appeared around him and clashed with one skill after another.

The consecutive strikes of so many destructive spells one after another took a toll on him, but the shield succeeded in defending him.

When the shield finally crashed, Ryan was nowhere to be found.

The Warrior Peacock was preparing its ultimate skill [Blossoming Blade], but it suddenly sensed an extreme danger to its life.

It immediately looked up and saw Ryan descending atop it with a large red energy ball in his hand.

Whatever skills Ryan had were the gift of Aakesh, and Aakesh had prepared skills, taking inspiration from the ones he had learned in Panagea or received from the system. They weren't as powerful as the ones from the system, but they were still destructive enough to trump many attacking skills.

[Fire Blast] was the skill inspired by [Apocalyptic Blast], Aakesh's favorite and strongest skill, making it a top-notch destructive skill.

BOOM!

A loud explosion occurred as [Fire Blast] hit the Warrior Peacock. Unfortunately for Ryan, he wasn't immune to damage like Aakesh was from the [Apocalyptic Blast], so the shockwave burnt him as well.

The damage taken by the peacock was extremely high, but it succeeded in securing its vitals, so it could still fight. The Warrior in its name was for no reason; it was a mutation inspired by the legend of Kartikeya.

Time flew by, and the battle between the two continued, with Ryan finally trumping his opponent, forcing it to acknowledge him.
