After Ye Yuwei rejected him, she looked at Gu Juexi who was leaning against the headboard and reading a book. “What are you thinking of?”
Gu Juexi looked up at Ye Yuwei and then continued to flip through his book. “You should see what kind of daughter-in-law your son has found for you. You haven’t dealt with your son’s marriage yet. Why do you meddle in others’?”

Ye Yuwei and Ye Xicheng exchanged glances. Ye Xicheng decisively threw down his phone and crawled into bed. He just wanted to sleep right now. It was as simple as that—he refused to deal with his parents who forgot that he was still a child.

Ye Yuwei choked at Gu Juexi’s words. “If you —”

This means that from now on, you can forget about living a peaceful life,” Gu Juexi explained as he took Ye Yuwei’s hand and pulled her to sit down on the bed.
Who was Gu Juexi? Everyone had their eyes on Gu Juexi. If he kept up his good work in his business, everyone would be happy. If he helped Mo Fei, the balance in that circle would be affected.
