BOOM!

A great showed of sand and stones rained down as an explosion shook the earth. Several magic airships unleashed their prodigious firepower at a well defended fort that was built at the edge of a cliff. Many magic spells and superb construction abilities had ensured that even in the face of an apocalypse, the cliff would not collapse. Hence, the fortress built there was unshakable.

A young, white haired man sat at the highest point of the Blood Breaker that had been sent to target this fortress. As the first and one of the most powerful magic airships under the control of the rebels, the Blood Breaker held a great symbolic meaning. Thus, it had been dispatched to take care of one of the most difficult forts to bring down.

The white haired man's bright purple eyes glowed as he stared at the magic shield that protected the fortress that was named Black Iron Fort.

'The Elves are indeed ahead of the rest of the world. Even under this intense firepower, their shields are still standing strong.' The young white haired man hummed under his breath. He stood up from where he was seating and the mana within his body boiled as he activated a teleportation spell. He felt a heavy resistance emanate from within the fortress, as that was his destination, but with just a little effort, he broke through the resistance and teleported.

The surroundings flashed with bright light for a moment, and when he recovered, he found himself surrounded by a dozen A rank powerhouses.

"Ha! Think you can teleport into our fortress however you want?" One of the A rank Elves said with a triumphant expression. However, his expression changed when he caught the smirk on the other party's face.

In the next moment, he felt his body that was usually light and brimming with energy become weak and sluggish. Then an unimaginable gravitational force slammed into his body, pressing him down to the ground.

"Is that all you have? A mere Mid A rank daring to speak like he own the place." The white haired man scoffed and turned around. His eyes glowed with a mystic light that shrouded the entire space he had appeared in with a purple glow. It was none other than a curse ability, and gravity magic!

This was enough to debilitate most of the people in the room!

There was no other person able to do this so easily other than Leon!

That's right!

The white haired man was actually Leon in a disguise! He had changed his appearance to hide his identity and participate in the attacks!

He did not use any of his signature abilities. While the combination of his Mystic Eyes and Gravity magic might give him out, it was much harder to figure out his identity when those were the only abilities he had used so far. Plus, he only planned to use his less used skills, like wind and water magic from now on. He just could not resist the temptation to take out all these powerhouses in one fell swoop like that.

"Ugh!!!" One of the stronger Elves was able to fight back against the gravitational force to an extent but one look from Leon was enough to render all his efforts null. Leon gazed at him and the Elf felt an invisible force wrap around him and lift him into the air. He floated before Leon and stopped.

"Do you want to surrender?" Leon asked, his purple eyes carrying his piercing gaze.

"Never! Rivera will never fall to you half breed slaves!" The Elf said in a high and mighty tone. It was worth noting that Leon had disguised himself as an Elf, and since he was fighting for the rebels, it was only normal for them to mistake him as a half breed.

"I see. Then you don't need to live in a world where the Elves are not separated by blood purity." Leon tilted his head with a smile.

The A rank Elf suddenly had a bad feeling before the force around him increased.

CRACK!

"ARGH!" Blood was coughed up as the Elf's body was slowly crushed under the intense gravitational force. He struggled, but he was not able to do anything. In front of Leon, a mere Mid A rank was nothing.

Naturally, broken bones was far from enough to kill an A rank. However, that was not the only thing Leon was doing. The air in the lungs of the Elf was sucked out, leaving him with a panicked and pained expression, while the blood in his veins was boiling. The pure blood that he was proud of was nothing in the eyes of Leon.

Slowly, the expression of the Elf froze and his body became dry, while steam escaped from his pores.

"How does it feel to have that sacred pure blood of yours purged out of your veins?" Leon asked with a smile as the light faded from the Elf's eyes. However, he discretely snatched the soul of the Elf. It would make a good addition to his army.

"Now, which one of you is next?" Leon asked as he turned to the other Elves. "I will give you a chance, surrender or die." He let the gravitational force disappear, freeing the Elves, but he let the effects of his Mystic Eyes linger.

"I will serve the Empire till I draw my last breath!!!" One Elf exclaimed and drew his weapon before fearlessly dashing forward. Several more followed behind him while others hesitated. They only paused for a moment before lunging forward as well, eager to die for their beliefs.

At the same time, several powerful auras locked onto Leon. The more powerful A ranks that were in this fort had finally noticed that their side was being attacked from within.

As they rushed at him, the ones around him also dashed forward. Leon opened his arms with with a manic grin on his face.

"Come at me!"
