"I feel much better than I ever have in the last hundred years." Onyx muttered as he flexed his fingers. He had undergone the transformation that freed him of the binds of Leon's necromancy, allowing him to become his own independent being.

Now, he stood at roughly two meters in height, still tall for an average human, and had fair skin. His horns had vanished, giving way for long black and gold hair that reached the middle of his back.

Leon stood to the side and watched with folded arms. He turned back to the rest of his army and passed his gaze over them. Now that Onyx was no longer part of them, there were multiple figures that stood at the peak of strength in this new army.

He ordered the figures to step forward and ten High A rank summons stepped forward. Among them, Hydrax was one of the summons with the most noticeable aura. The tentacles on his face constantly twitched as he awaited Leon's orders. However, Leon did not want to send them to the battlefield immediately.

He turned to a familiar figure that had once tried to capture him. Garrix bowed his head when Leon's gaze turned to him. He could recall the last interaction he had with Leon in the past.

"Garrix, you will lead this army from now on." Leon told the summon. He had browsed through Garrix's status and had seen a few skills that were effective on an army. That put Garrix in a much better position to lead one. After all, before he died, he led his own small army that belonged to his former master.

Regarding Garrix's former master, Leon already planned to ask Garrix about him to know more about the person who originally owned the Infinity Cube. But that was something to do later. Now that he had handled this chore, it was time to return to the battlefield. When the war ended, he would return and finalize the gravity rune that he had been working on to turn his city into a floating city!

"I will be heading to the frontlines now." Leon turned to Michael and said.

"Already?" Michael raised an eyebrow.

"Yes, I'm tired of this war. I want to put a stop to it now that my strength has reached a new high. Even if a battle is not currently going on, I will personally cross over to the enemy's side and raze their camps." Leon replied with a stiff tone.

"There is a war going on?" Onyx asked, surprised.

"Yes, for a few months now." Dibella answered the question for him. "The Demons have been trying to invade the Central Continent, but we are putting up a staunch resistance."

"Oho?" Onyx held his chin in thought. "Have the Demons brought out all their top forces and trump cards?"

"No, they are still holding back, or else this war would have entered its climax long ago." Dizen shook his head.

"Which is exactly why we should wipe out their forces in the Desolate Lands immediately. If we can push them back to sea, the Ursula's forces can make sure they don't make landfall again." Leon finally cut in. His tone was very serious.

"We will come with you. If we gather all of our strength and strike at once, the enemy won't be able to hold on." Dizen stepped forward.

"I will leave you to your matters now." Michael stepped back and vanished in a curtain of silver light. He had matters to attend to in the Celestial Realm and had only come back when he saw that Leon had revived Onyx. Surely, he could have saved Leon the stress of turning Onyx into a summons, but it he had turned Onyx from a soul straight into a person, then he would have burnt up a significant amount of Divinity that was vital to his ascension to a Major God.

As they were left on their own, Leon absorbed the new additions to his undead army back into the Abyss of the Undead. Next, he wrapped everyone up in his mana before teleporting them back to Fort White. There, they all stepped onto a teleportation formation that sent them to the frontlines.

He also reached out to his elite summons and the other Obsidian Skeletons and ordered them to head to the frontlines, as everyone would be needed for the battle that was coming.

With a flash of light, Leon, Onyx, Dibella and Dizen arrived at the forward base of the defenders. Already small scale skirmishes had broken out across the wall as the demons sent another wave of demonic beasts to pressure the defenders. The nearly infinite amount of demonic beasts was a cause for confusion that Leon and the rest were still puzzled over. The best answer that they could come up with was that the Demons had found a way to breed and grow these demonic beasts in large numbers within a short period of time.

Leon and the others reached the main building and met several others within it. The number of A ranks on their side had gradually increased as many more nations had become involved in this fight.

What was worth noting was that even with so many kingdoms pitching in, the Demons were still able to match them!

This was because unlike the Central Continent that was divided into many kingdoms and empires, the Demon Continent was a sole nation that was controlled by only the Demon King. The most that could be considered divisions were the Duke and Counts of the Demon Continent. They were like the limbs of the Demon King and carried out his orders.

This allowed the Demon Continent to steadily put forth dozens of A ranks of varying powers to combat the defenders of the Central Continent.

"Leon." Leon turned and nodded at Yaika as she gestured for him to come to the planning room. There were already a few others in there, and they were making plans.
