As she spoke, the middle-aged woman closed the door behind her and carried the little girl to the bathroom. However, before she took two steps, the door of the living room, which had just closed, was knocked on again.
“Auntie? Auntie?”
Through the door, the little girl’s eyes lit up when she heard the voice from outside. “Mommy...”
Then, she twisted her body and slipped from the middle-aged woman’s arms to the ground. She then ran to the door.
She was short and tried her best to stand on Tiptoe. She tried several times but failed to reach the doorknob. In the end, the middle-aged woman who rushed over helped open the door.
