Insights proficiency was always lacking, so any increase was welcomed.
Quacks effect of increasing healing was amazing, but the fact that it could be used as identification was the best part.
After all, there are times when being an adventurer isnt enough.
For instance, it wasn't ideal when you needed to interact with individuals of high social status, and it was equally unfavorable when you had to enter a town previously ravaged by bandits posing as adventurers.
In those scenarios, being identified as something else was much better.
Even if it was as a quack doctor, being able to tell people that he was a doctor was a great option to have.
