Chapter 414 The Egg Hatches

Igni, like Ember, was showing a flat face, but her tail was flexed as straight as it could get. Finally, there's Fina, who was the same as me, only looking ahead with worry in her eyes.

We are too close to the egg right now. If whatever was inside it came out, we would end up being within its attack range. I turned to look at Azrael, then at the girls, and let my brain process everything as quickly as I could.
"... Let's retreat."
In the end, that's the only option I could take.
