Chapter 382 Eyes in the Sky
"Amazing...! To think the President is also skilled in crafting!"
She clapped her hands energetically as I finished facetting another pink diamond. Honestly, it wasn't that hard with proper knowledge and skills.
"If we can procure more of that tool, then for sure, even normal artisans could show passable enough articles!"
Millinda must be exaggerating here. Passable? I, who have little to no experience in crafting and only have basic knowledge, could create such masterpieces. What about an actual expert? I'm not sure, but it'll definitely be greater than what I made.
"Then, gather your most trusted artisan and bring him to me. I'll be transferring the knowledge about gem faceting to him. And for the tool, I'll ask Ember to create a few more."
"That's great! Then I'll immediately bring in my top artisan! Please excuse me for a while, President Will."
Millinda turned around, opened a portal for herself, and vanished in under a second. She seemed to be in such a hurry that she forgot about her lackeys. The poor guys stood awkwardly in the back of the room, not sure what to do.

There, when I opened the door and entered, Ember was standing by the side of my table, standing prim and proper, with her left side facing me. I warned her before pressing my forehead against hers. She was pretty small, though, so I had to bend down just for our foreheads to touch. As soon as I was done, I let go of her, who then tumbled down powerlessly. Her eyes were spinning as she muttered incorrigible words. I guess I sent a little too much information at once, causing her to get confused. Well, she should recover soon enough.

After sending a glance at them, I quickly turned to the main object of attention for the day.

It wasn't that large, with its body being a long cylinder about 5 meters in diameter and just about fifty meters across in its compact state. From the design, however, this satellite could expand to about 10 times its original size, unfolding like origami.

"Master, here's your suit."
As I was staring in excitement at the satellite, Ember passed me my suit. Of course, it had the same design as the rest, being pure white and almost skintight. Furthermore, I could simply wear it over my clothes, so it was easy to change into!
In under a minute, I was already fully clad in the space suit and finally ready for the main event.
"Let's launch this thing!"
