After I left the tent with Fina, we quickly searched for a vantage point from which we could observe the entirety of the battlefield. It didn't take long to find one, as it was literally before us. A tall cliff was there, standing over a hundred meters high.

With my enhanced physical abilities, it wasn't hard to jump up a few times from the cliff's face and reach the top. Fina had an easier time as she just flew straight up using her black feathery wings.

After reaching the top, I quickly lay prone near the edge and looked over the scope of the gun. After scanning around for a bit, I quickly found Ember's group of four charging through swathes of demons.

Fang was using her claws, clad in thin black shadows, to turn any demon that crossed her into thin slices of meat. Igni was literally mowing everything down before her with her fire breath. Ember was running behind the two, accompanied by Namia, who was still restrained by the slime suit while deploying the floating throne behind her.

The throne, upgraded from what it was previously, now had the full attachment of a railgun. Ember used it and sent blocks of iron flying faster than the speed of sound toward the dense areas where the enemy gathered.

Although her attack speed wasn't as fast as the other two, each shot she gave off was enough to take hundreds of demons' lives. Namia was just silently watching as the three displayed their powers, which were nonstandard and way above the average that they should be able to display for their rank.

I looked ahead with the scope and saw them approaching the first swarm of 9th-stage demons. The tamers who were fighting them quickly retreated as Ember shouted out commands.

"Let me clear some demons first before they meet."

I muttered as I quickly loaded a special clip. It was filled with bullets intentionally made weaker, with only about 50% of the usual capacity. This amount would mean that the recoil would be much more bearable compared to before. Although I was more sturdy now that I unlocked more functions of the taming system, I didn't want to gamble with using a full-capacity clip when half-capacity was more than enough to handle the situation.

Without wasting time to aim, I quickly pulled the trigger. The rifle kicked my shoulder as usual, and although I felt a dull pain, it wasn't enough to induce a worrisome injury.

I watched as the bullet flew, landing on the head of a giant skeleton and crushing its skull into pieces upon contact. The bullet, still alive after piercing through, managed to take another 9th-stage demon's arm; it was a demon that looked like a bulky red ogre standing five meters tall.

After seeing two casualties, I quickly loaded the next bullet and pulled the trigger. This time, a ghost-like demon was damaged. Although it didn't have a physical body, the curse on the bullet's shell was enough to disturb its body, partially dispersing it.

"Amazing, Will!"

Fina muttered from behind, watching how the powerful 9th-stage demons fell down like autumn leaves. I just smiled a little as I pulled the trigger a few more times, reducing the number of 9th-stage monsters a little more. In the end, as their groups met, there were only a little over a dozen 9th-stage demons left intact, with a few injured to varying degrees.

Ember seemed to frown a little as she glanced in our direction, probably thinking that I provided too much support for them. I just shrugged my shoulders and continued to shoot at the other 9th-stage demons that tried to approach.

*Bang!* *Bang!* *Bang!*

A few more demons fell helpless against the powerful bullets. As I cleared the rest, Ember and the others were already engaging against the previous group of 9th-stage demons.

Fang was fighting against two demons; both were skeletons wearing full-plate armor and an eastern sword. If my memory serves me right, it should be called a death knight. I frowned after seeing that a fully armored enemy was a poor match against Fang, who mainly used physical attacks.

However, my fears were unfounded.

Fang dove into the shadows, and although I could only see traces of her energy as she ran around, I saw her reappear inside the armor of the death knight, grabbing the essence crystal, the core of the demon, and crushing it. As soon as she did, the death knight stood still before rapidly turning to dust together with the armor it wore.

On the other side, Igni was facing two beast-like demons. One looked like a majestic werewolf with silver fur, while the other was something like a hellhound covered in black hair with burning red eyes. Although they sound simple, their sizes are no joke. Both were large enough to swallow a bus whole, making Igni look like a pebble before the two.

Igni wasn't intimidated, though, and quickly used her signature skill [Flame Clad: Battle Mode] that covered her entire body with armor carved out of flames. However, unlike before, the skin exposure was a lot less, probably because she was at the 6th stage now, giving her more control over the skill. It was now less of an eye candy, but her power was multiplied hundreds of times from before.

The sword that appeared on her hand was also larger now, about twice its size compared to before. The heat it exuded was enough to roast the ground and melt it down to magma without the sword even touching it.

Igni didn't wait for the enemy to move and took the first attack. She swung her sword horizontally, sending a powerful heat wave toward the two. The werewolf was forced to cover its face with its arms while the hellhound squinted. Igni took advantage of the opening and moved, as if teleporting, high up in the air, right in front of the werewolf's nose.

She raised her sword and swung it down. The werewolf saw the incoming attack and roared as it crossed its steel-like nails to block it.

The sword simply cut through, like a hot knife through butter, and bisected the gigantic werewolf. Its two halves fell to the side, causing the earth to shake.
