However, probably due to my increased mental capacity, I was able to stay awake. And funny enough, I don't feel any pain. I guess too much damage would turn off your pain receptors instead.

God Zeshion quickly knelt by my side and waved his hand. As soon as he did, my body recovered, like watching a movie in reverse. My entire body was regenerated, but my clothes didn't return.

Looking to the far end of the battlefield, the Succubus Lord flew slowly. Her face was already back to normal, but a trace of blue blood was still dripping down her nose.

For some reason, I had a dangerous feeling about the situation. The others were probably the same, as they had on an urgent expression while looking at the far-off figure of the Succubus Lord.
Without any warning, something approached us with blinding speed. It was a thick red fog, covering everything on the ground up to the horizon.
"Everyone, be careful!"
Goddess Blanc shouted as she made another golden barrier, but instead of a dome, she minimized the volume of a dome into a rectangular prism, just enough to cover everyone around.
The red fog, after getting into contact with the barrier, let off sizzling sounds. Everyone felt fear after seeing how the fog melted the barrier like acid, but Goddess Blanc kept on layering barriers to protect everyone.
As I was wondering what in the world the red fog was, I noticed something. The red fog didn't have the energy pattern of a skill, static and unchanging, but rather that of a living creature, with the energy circulating.
"Everyone! Attack the fog! It's a living creature!"
I didn't explain in detail, but the girls quickly did as I told them. I guess it was thanks to the contract, as every single one of them moved at the same time.
A wave of attacks swept around the barrier, clearing away a large part of the fog. However, it was quickly replaced by more fog coming from further away.
"Keep on clearing the fog!"
I ordered as I moved to the large artillery, which finally cooled down enough to be touchable and morphed its form back to the rifle. I grabbed a couple of magazines from the storage ring, each one possessing different ratios of energy. The first one I tried was the one with more fire energy inside.
I loaded it on the rifle, cocked the lever, and aimed at the ground about a kilometer away as I lay prone. The bullet flew and landed at the aimed location, releasing the excessive energy packed into the shell. A wild blaze spread, clearing a large area of the red fog.
