The exchange that the First Elder was talking about is the exchange of Ingredients for the pill refinements, pill and contribution points.
"I prefer monthly; however, won't it be troublesome to exchange every month?"
Since the distance between his sect and the Lunar Sect is huge, Leo thought it would be troublesome for the sect.

The First Elder had already made calculations as he gave the exact number of pills that Leo had to submit every month.

Before Leo could finish his words, the first elder informed Leo about the payment details and Leo would be fully paid in the contribution points that could be redeemed only in the sect.

The First Elder didn't bother to wait for Leo's response as he continued, "Since you are already in the sect, you can get the first batch of ingredients from the sect. Of course, I will ask a disciple to bring those ingredients to you soon."

Leo didn't go overboard as he already got enough things from the sect and he also successfully settled Novan in the sect as the Sect Leader's Disciple.
So, he said that he didn't have any doubts; however, he still had something to ask, "However, I have a request to ask, First Elder."

Hearing that, the First Elder frowned as he asked, "What is it?"
"I was raising some beasts in my sect. Can I take a look at the Beast Garden of the sect so that I can modify at least some things in my Beast Ranch?"
The real reason why Leo wanted to enter the Beast Garden was to get the fourth system fragment and after returning to the Twilight Moon Sect, Leo planned to break through to the Golden Core Realm and then enter the Dark Moon Forest to get the fifth system fragment.
