It was an old man and as soon as he descended in the guest courtyard, he took a deep look at Novan with a loving look on his face.

The old man nodded his head to the elders and others and then, he looked at Novan and said, "I want to take him as my third personal disciple."

Without thinking much, the old man asked Novan whether he was willing to become his personal disciple.

However, Novan didn't reply as he looked at Leo, making the old man frown as he glanced at Leo.
"Sect Leader, Novan is a child that was yet to be recruited into the sect. He is a disciple nurtured by one of our subsidiary Grade 9 sects…."
Seeing that, the First Elder hurriedly rushed forward and explained about Novan's situation.
