"You almost killed me, but somehow, I can harness your darkness," Long Tian declared, a wide grin spreading across his face.
Li Yue'er, her expression now tinged with disbelief, appeared to be in pain.

Long Tian nodded, but his curiosity grew stronger. "If you're so powerful, your cultivation base must be very high. It must be above Transcendent, right?" he asked inquisitively.
"Yes, far above Transcendent," Shen Yulan nodded. "And I won't reveal the realm beyond that. It will remain a secret until you are worthy of knowing," she added, grinning.
Long Tian pouted immediatelly; he had planned to inquire about that, but regrettably, Shen Yulan declined before he could even ask.
On the other hand, Shen Yulan was quite pleased with Long Tian's pouting expression. It was quite rare to see him make such a face.
Long Tian shook his head and then picked up Li Yue'er, carrying her to a secluded spot in the forest.
