Chapter 31: A lesson for Mo Yuegang
The aura of Long Shan could be felt by the elders, and especially Mo Yuegang. He was slightly taken aback, the person standing before him was a golden core.
But there was no fear on his face. "The Heavenly Demon Sect is not something you can provoke. It doesn't matter if you are from an ancient family or whatever!" He spoke fearlessly, his aura erupting, matching Long Shan's.
The clashing auras made the atmosphere grow heavier, the air becoming more difficult to breathe. Long Shan and Mo Yuegang were both golden cores, their power capable of leveling the palace.
"So, you choose war, Mo Yuegang?" Long Shan asked coolly, disregarding Mo Yuegang's status.
"With this precious item in my hand, I would do anything," Mo Yuegang answered, holding the ox horn tightly.
"Very well, you have declared war against the Long family," Long Shan responded coldly.
"Is that so?" Mo Yuegang smirked with a mysterious grin.
His pupils glowed with clear malicious intent, and the next moment, a black shadow dashed towards Long Tian. A man dressed in a black robe appeared in front of him.
But the man's eyes widened, his expression filled with disbelief. He couldn't move at all.
Meanwhile, Ling Han was slowly advancing towards him, his expression a mix of anger and coldness.
Suddenly, Ling Han seized his throat.
"Kuurgh!" The man groaned in pain, Ling Han's grip so powerful he felt his neck might break at any moment.
Mo Yuegang's face was contorted, he intended to kidnap Long Tian and threaten Long Shan, but unexpectedly the middle-aged man beside Long Tian had discovered his subordinate. Furthermore, he seemed very strong.
Ling Han's gaze turned to Mo Yuegang, "You dared to lay a hand on young master Long. You are courting death!" His voice was as cold as ice, accompanied by the "crack!" sound from the robed man's neck.
Then, he threw the robed man's corpse in the direction of Mo Yuegang.
Bam!
The throw hit the throne, causing it to shatter.
Mo Yuegang's face was filled with rage, he had never been so humiliated.
"I, Mo Yuegang, the leader of the heavenly demon sect, am not a man you can threaten! It doesn't matter if you are from the Long family!" He retorted fiercely, his face fearless.
"Is that so?" Ling Han sneered, and then he gripped the very air.
The next moment, Mo Yuegang vanished and appeared in front of Ling Han, his neck in Ling Han's grip!
"W-what!" Mo Yuegang exclaimed in disbelief.
The elders were shocked by what was happening.
"Release the sect leader, or you will bear our wrath!" One elder, a white-bearded old man, shouted.
And without waiting for anything else, he moved towards Ling Han. But suddenly, Long Shan arrived with his fist.
Bam!
Long Shan's punch landed on his face, causing him to crash back into his seat.
The seven elders stood there, witnessing the scene.
But Long Shan's expression was cruel. "If you move an inch more, I will kill you all!" He threatened.
The elders' expressions darkened, and so was Mo Yuegang's. He did not expect Ling Han to be so strong. At this moment, he could not even exert his strength, as if his power was being suppressed by Ling Han.
"Your plan was clever, intending to threaten us by kidnapping young master Long, but unfortunately it all failed. As long as I am here, nothing will happen to the young master," Ling Han stated coldly.
Mo Yuegang did not answer, Ling Han's grip was too strong for him to make a sound, he could only clutch at Ling Han's arm, hoping for him to release his grip.
Qin Chen and Ning Yuan, on the other hand, did not expect to witness such a scene. Mo Yuegang, infamous for his ruthlessness, was now bowing down to Ling Han.
Qin Chen could feel a vast power from Ling Han, he was just a member of the Long family, there was still Long Shan and possibly other strong men in the Long family.
His heart raced, in order to avenge his family, he would have to face a giant like the Long family, clearly not an easy task, but he wouldn't lose hope.

Long Tian looked at Mo Yuegang with a disdainful gaze. "So, you intended to claim that horn? This is what you get, Master Mo. Or did you really want your sect to be destroyed?" He asked provocatively.
Ling Han loosened his grip, allowing Mo Yuegang to speak.
"Young Master Long, I didn't expect it to turn out like this. Bringing two elders here, huh? Your father seems to really care for you," Mo Yuegang said.
"Elders? What do you mean? The man gripping your throat is my bodyguard, and the man who blocked your elders is the head of the family's security," Long Tian said, smirking.
"What?" Mo Yuegang was shocked upon hearing this.
He looked at Ling Han's unfazed face and didn't deny it. If that was true then the Long family's power was far above his expectations.
He sighed, "It seems I have provoked the wrong enemy. Young Master Long, I hope you won't take further actions against my sect. As a sign of our peace, I agree to let you enter the demon's abyss," he said.
Long Tian smirked, "I also want 100 high-grade spiritual stones," he said.
"What? Young Master Long, don't joke around. Your demand is too unreasonable!" Mo Yuegang immediately refused.
Just one spiritual stone was very precious to a cultivator. If a body tempering cultivator cultivated with it, they could reach the 3rd level.
100 high-grade spiritual stones... He felt like he was being robbed.
But suddenly, he felt Ling Han's grip getting stronger.
"If you refuse, I can ensure the heavenly demon sect will be erased from history," Ling Han said coldly.
Mo Yuegang gritted his teeth, even though he could give 100 high-grade spiritual stones to Long Tian, it would obviously have a detrimental impact on the sect's resources.
But at this point, he really could not refuse.
"Alright, I agree," he finally said.
