Chapter 110 A True Ending

"We finally meet, Long Guan. I've been anticipating this moment for a long time," the figure declared, his grin stretching wide.

Long Guan's eyes widened in recognition. Before him stood Long Tian – there was no mistaking that face.

Equally surprised, Xia Qingyue observed from behind, confirming that it was indeed Long Tian.

A wave of relief washed over her, knowing Long Tian was present.

But anger surged within Long Guan.

"Do you dare to show your face in front of me?" he roared.

"What? Are you bored of seeing me? Don't worry, today I will ensure you won't be bored anymore, for you shall face the god of death," Long Tian retorted, his grin growing wider.

"Do you think you can defeat me? Naive!" Long Guan spat.

With that, he charged towards Long Tian, fists clenched. Long Tian swiftly retaliated with a punch of his own.

Bang!

Their fists collided, generating sparks that heated the atmosphere.

Despite Long Guan's efforts, Long Tian managed to overpower him, causing him to stagger backward.

Without missing a beat, Long Tian swiftly closed the distance and landed a punch on Long Guan's face.

Thump!

The impact left a prominent bruise.

Thump!

The second punch struck his temple, inflicting another injury.

Thump!

The third blow landed on his cheek.

Thump! Thump! Thump!

Long Tian relentlessly pummeled Long Guan, painting his face with bruises and blood.

In a desperate attempt, Long Guan countered with his dragon claws, managing to scratch Long Tian, albeit superficially.

Long Guan's expression twisted in shock. Yet, Long Tian retaliated, his fist crackling with lightning.

Bang!

Long Guan was sent flying, crashing into a large rock, shattering it into debris.

Long Tian calmly walked towards him. Amidst the settling dust, an object hurtled toward him, but he gracefully sidestepped it, letting the projectile sail past.

When the dust settled, Long Guan struggled to stand, his body adorned with various wounds, blood trickling down.

A storm of anger, frustration, and jealousy raged within him. Long Tian's very name stung him; he was defeated not only in love but also in power. His pride lay in tatters.

His eyes flicked sideways, towards the lake. Without a moment's hesitation, he leaped into its depths.

Long Tian remained silent, patiently awaiting Long Guan's return.

The water in the pond churned violently, then erupted into the air. Long Guan floated there, transformed into a half-dragon form: two horns adorned his head, sharp fangs and claws protruded, and his skin transformed into Dragon's scale. Most striking was the fin on his back, resembling that of a sea dragon.

Observing this transformation, Long Tian was somewhat surprised. The half-dragon form represented a mastery of martial spirit at the next level, a feat achieved by only a select few in his family.

"You'll pay for this, Long Tian," Long Guan declared, aiming his trident at his opponent with unyielding determination.

Long Tian appeared outwardly composed, yet his hand crackled with lightning.

Rumble!

The thunderous sound of lightning echoed in the sky. The next moment, it struck Long Guan!

Bang!

His body convulsed with the electric shock, sending waves of excruciating pain from his feet to his hair.

His face contorted with disbelief. In his half-dragon form, he should have been formidable, but Long Tian's simple lightning attack had rendered him immobile.

"Looks like you missed your science classes in school. Your water power only amplifies the effect of my lightning. Water always conducts electricity efficiently," Long Tian taunted, his grin laced with mockery.

Hearing this, Long Guan's eyes widened in realization. He had not considered the science behind it.

Yet, while suspended in the air, Long Tian swiftly closed the distance, gripping Long Guan's neck and dragging him into the lake.

Rumble!

The thunderous echoes of lightning reverberated once more in the sky. The next moment, hundreds of lightning bolts struck the lake incessantly, electrifying every inch of its surface.

Xia Qingyue stared in disbelief. Long Tian, who was two years her junior, possessed such astonishing power.

As time passed, the lightning ceased its onslaught, and Long Guan was expelled from the lake, crashing onto its surface. His body bore the marks of internal burns, his skin scorched.

In that fleeting moment, he reverted to his natural form, abandoning his martial spirit.

"I must escape!" was his only thought.

His expression contorted in sheer panic, the fear of imminent death evident as he fled desperately.

Yet, Long Tian emerged from the water, standing on its surface.

"You won't escape, rat!" he declared, his voice chillingly cold.

He surged forward, delivering a powerful punch.

Thump!

Long Guan managed to block it, but his hand instantly bruised under the force.

Long Tian allowed no respite, launching a barrage of deadly blows upon Long Guan.

Thump! Thump! Thump!

Long Guan was no longer fueled by anger but sheer terror, his body absorbing each punishing blow.

Thump!

A forceful kick from Long Tian sent him tumbling across the ground.

Approaching him, Long Tian witnessed Long Guan's gruesome state.

Amidst the pain, Long Guan somehow managed to rise, falling to his knees before Long Tian, tears streaming down his face.

"Please, don't kill me, Long Tian, I'll do anything for you!" Long Guan pleaded desperately.

In response, Long Tian kicked him again, sending him crashing into a rock.

Dragon claws materialized in Long Tian's hand, crackling with lightning.

Seeing this, Long Guan was consumed by true terror. Any trace of his earlier resolve to fight had vanished.

"Please, forgive m-" Before he could finish his sentence, Long Tian's foot collided with his face.

And in the next moment, Long Tian's claw tore through his body.

Claw!

"Aaaaaarkh!" Long Guan screamed in agony, his body bleeding from the deep wounds.

Yet, Long Tian showed no mercy; he continued to claw at Long Guan's body relentlessly.

Claw! Claw! Claw! Claw!

Long Guan's form became grotesque, his organs torn apart and scattered on the ground. Despite the horrific sight, his eyes remained open, staring vacantly, a glimmer of life still flickering.

"This will end your life," Long Tian declared ruthlessly.

In a cruel final act, he stepped on Long Guan's face.

Stomp!

Under his foot, Long Guan's head crushed, blood splattering everywhere.

With that merciless strike, Long Guan's life was extinguished.

Long Tian stood with a cold, unforgiving expression. To onlookers, it might appear inhumane, but to him, aware of the future, Long Guan's demise was entirely justified.

"I won't leave your body behind," he declared.

Stepping back, Long Tian summoned lightning, striking Long Guan's remains, reducing them to ashes without a trace.

Long Tian's gaze remained icy, devoid of any remorse.
