Sarah felt a little bit conflicted.

She knew that her actions troubled her father and that they put her beloved ones in a tight spot.

However, she didn't really think that she did something wrong by accepting Zayn into the Silverflame Camp. There were more than enough reasons that justified her action. That being said, Sarah felt that everything would be alright once she explained the situation.

"The kid you liked because he was so mature, the Spiritmancer, who caused trouble in the Adventurer Inn, I encountered him!" Sarah thus said, not too sure if her father could connect the dots if she were to say 'Zayn is the young Normie I've invited.'.

Alexander Fall looked at her daughter through the holographic screen, and a rare expression of confusion blossomed on his face.

"Aren't you currently in the Silverflame Camp? How could you encounter him? I didn't see his name on the list of participants either," He pointed out before adding another point, "He was only a Soul Novice a year ago. That kid might be cunning and all, but he shouldn't be a participant in the Silverflame Camp. What are you trying to tell me, Sarah? How is that related to…wait…"

The Commander of the Silverheart Legion stared at his daughter as his voice trailed off. The dots were slowly being pulled together.

"I am in the camp, and that boy is there as well. He changed quite a bit. Apparently, he saved a few of my cadets earlier. Interestingly enough, he is a Mid-level Soul Knight, and in possession of the Silvermoon Bracelet, "Sarah pointed out while the corners of her lips uptilted, "He is in possession of a few other rare Artifacts as well. Looks like he was faring quite well over the last year."

"The Silvermoon Bracelet? Are you talking about the God's Era Artifact that had been exhibited in the Museum in Zerek? Wasn't the Silvermoon Bracelet gambled and lost by that idiotic, greedy, and useless man, Tilan, or whatever his name was?" Alexander asked in a voice full of contempt.

He shook his head and sighed deeply. God's Era Artifacts were extremely rare. Most of them were quite powerful, which was why many wanted to possess them. However, God's Era Artifacts had also quite high restrictions on the user. Either one had to be in possession of highly compressed soul particles, or in possession of certain traits.

Some even demanded that one wasn't in possession of any Blessings, meaning one had to be a Normie.

Other God's Era Artifacts had certain flaws that would slowly damage the wielder. That was why most God's Era Artifacts had been stored away and exhibited as remnants of the past. It would be a great loss if the artifacts of the past were to disappear, yet, that fool Tilan actually used his special right to bet the Silvermoon Bracelet and he lost it!

After that, he just disappeared, leaving everything behind, though that was nothing more but debts and a bad image.

"Exactly that Silvermoon Bracelet. I never expected Zayn to have been the challenger in Zerek's Colosseum. Looks like things are getting more interesting on my side!" Sarah began to laugh lightly.

She was a little nervous to see how her father would react, and it was not long after that she saw him frown deeply. But even when he frowned, he didn't say anything for a while and merely looked at his daughter, or rather blankly behind her.

When he regained his senses, Alexander Fall sighed deeply. He lifted his eyes and looked at Sarah with a serious expression.

"I don't know how his strength increased so rapidly, but that might actually be dangerous. What do you think about him? Do you think he is dangerous, maybe even connected to the Normie Union? What is your plan, little one?" He asked sternly.

This time it was Sarah who fell silent. She looked at her father and ended up smiling lightly after a few seconds.

"Zayn is definitely dangerous. According to the cadets he saved before, Zayn was able to kill Trolls that were on the verge of becoming Soul Lords, with a series of attacks. He advanced much faster than expected as well. However, I cannot say for sure whether he is dangerous for our enemies, or us…that I don't know." She revealed in all honesty.

"As long as nobody attacks him, he wouldn't kill other humans, I believe. At least, I doubt that from what I've seen until now. As for the Normie Union…I didn't hear much about them during the last few months. I don't think they reached out to Zayn yet."

"In that case, why did you invite him? Did you plan on paying more attention to him in order to eliminate him once he walks down the wrong path, or do you have something else in mind? After all, your invitation does not only annoy these old creeps but also the cadets. Not that it matters much now that it already happened, but your action could be seen as favoritism since the Cavern Tower of the Casilian will open soon. Their families might stir some trouble if Zayn were to get hold of all treasures in the Cavern Tower of the Casilian.

I just want to know if you thought it through before acting. That way, I can support you unconditionally." Alexander Fall said in a worried tone, not as Commander of the Silverheart Legion, but as the father of a lovely daughter.

His position as Commander of the Silverheart Legion might be important, but it was not as important as the well-being of his daughter. He didn't want anything to happen to her, but it felt like she started to invite trouble.

"I carefully considered the pros and cons of my actions before inviting him. Don't worry, dad!" Sarah said, pulling out a white lie to make sure that her father wouldn't say anything.

At the end of the day, she invited Zayn to the Silverflame Camp because her instincts told her that it would be more interesting with Zayn nearby.

She didn't really think much about her action, and only realized today that the situation may be a little bit more confusing than initially expected.

However, that was not what she could tell her father, not anymore.

Hah.

"If you say that it's fine. I am also a little curious about this young lad. He is still young but already that strong. As long as he stays on the right path, it might even be possible to expand our influence in the Forbidden Zones. That kid is probably a small Army all by himself and his Spirits.

I really hope that you did the right thing, not just for your well-being, but also for the sake of the human race….it's about time that we shake our enemies a little!"

Alexander Fall sighed deeply. It had been way too long since mankind actively ventured out of their territory to expand it. They struggled a lot, and there may be a few individuals that ventured into the Forbidden Zones outside the human territory, but that was already it.

The Adventurers venturing into the Forbidden Zones never went there with the intention to create a new shelter. Their focus was mostly to complete System Missions to increase their strength, and gain the favor of their Gods rather than the interest of their race.

Their Gods never really requested them to lead missions to expand their territory, either. Most missions were either related to something inside the human territory or with other Blessed and Normies. It was truly a shame because most Blessed were simply too focused on their system missions.

System missions would allow them to become stronger and wealthier in a short amount of time. The Forbidden Zone, meanwhile, was only a place that brought forth death, horror, and chaos.

Most Blessed Adventurers didn't really see the need of leaving the human territory. Thus, it had been quite a while since the last expedition team ventured outside.

Alexander hoped that this would change soon, but he was not too sure how likely it was for things to change. He shook his head and smiled through the holographic screen to take a good look at his daughter.

As long as she was fine, everything would be alright, no matter what would happen to him.

With that thought in mind, Alexander Fall continued to speak with his dear daughter. Sarah was glad that her father found time to spend with him talking, not only about serious things but also about mundane topics.

It had been quite a while since they returned to the Silverheart Legion, and her parents had been way too busy for her liking. Of course, Sarah never complained. She didn't feel as if she was obliged to ask them to spend more time with her. After all, it was her fault that they left the Silverheart Legion for four years.

Meanwhile, as Sarah and Alexander spent some quality time with each other, talking about all kinds of things, Zayn and the others went out for a hunt with their new equipment.
