When Zayn heard someone coming to a halt next to him, he opened his eyes and looked at the old woman with a faint smile.

Even though he didn't feel 'good', per se, his condition had improved gradually.

"You took your time, didn't you?" He asked the older woman. She just stared at him, observing his ragged appearance and his messed-up body.

"You better visit a good Healer before you leave. I heard that the Saintess of the Nature Goddess stays in Zerek these days. If you have enough money, try to hire her. She should be able to heal you better than these average Medics in the Colosseum," The older woman said.

She continued to look at him for a few seconds and added, "You should leave Zerek after you meet the Saintess, otherwise, you will probably die much sooner than you can imagine. You shouldn't jump from one deadly situation to another."

At this moment, the maternal instincts of the older woman overwhelmed her prejudice against Normies. Zayn might be a powerful Normie, someone who was willing to risk sustaining severe injuries, but he was still a teenager at the core.

That was the only thing the older woman could see right now, no matter how serious and mature Zayn may be acting.

"I will be fine. I am currently sleeping in the Adventurer Hall for the time being. I will make a commission for a bunch of Healers to come and heal me. That way, I can stay safe and get healed."

"Bu-" The older woman started, just to quiet down seeing that Zayn began to glare at her.

"Just give me the Spatial Bracelet, and we're done!"

Zayn didn't feel like wasting too much time in front of the Colosseum. The moment Manager Tilan would find out that he was here, he would send people after him. That was not something Zayn wanted to encounter. Thus, he would rather avoid wasting time talking about nonsense and hurry back to the Adventurer Hall.

He could already feel his power being drained.

The older woman noticed that Zayn was stubborn, and she understood that now was not the time to quarrel. It was not her business what the young Normie would do next, either. She just felt like helping. That was it.

Removing the silver bracelet from her arm, she handed it over to Zayn.

"The Silvermoon Bracelet can only be bound to one Soul Origin. Nobody can seal or access the spatial space of the bracelet except you. In order to use it properly, you will have to advance to the Soul Knight rank. Before that, the potency of your soul particles won't be high enough to access the Silvermoon Bracelet."

Zayn accepted the Silvermoon Bracelet, put it on, and used some of his soul particles to engrave his Soul Origin into the God's Era Artifact.

He couldn't access the Bracelet's storage yet but that would soon change. It was only a matter of days, at most, a week before his second Soulring would be filled to the brim and completed.

The Soul Wisp of the Chimera had enough ownerless soul particles as well.

"Bye, and thanks for your worries," Zayn said before he left hurriedly. He disappeared into a side-alley and rushed through a small part of the city until he reached the familiar building of the Adventurer Hall.

He barged inside, attracted lots of attention, and looked over at Merlin, his heart pounding wildly and the adrenaline inside his body dispersing at once.

It was finally over.

"I did it…" He mumbled, "Now get me the best healer, Silas…please…"

While Zayn was still speaking, his legs gave in. His kneecaps smashed onto the wooden floor in the Adventure Hall, just for him to smile before his upper body smashed onto the ground like a full bag of potatoes.

Silas Levian, several other staff of the Adventurer Hall, and more than a dozen Adventurers stared at Zayn's ragged clothes, his purple and blue right arm, his skin that seemed to have been corroded by acid before it was burned, and his fingers that were azure-blue beneath their glacier-like Skin that could be peeled.

"Fuck…" Silas cursed out loud. Everyone turned in the young receptionist's direction for a moment, just to see that Silas rushed over to the collapsed Normie. "...how the hell did you end up in such a ragged state, Zayn?!"

'I did it'

Zayn's words rang through Silas' head and his heart began to pound wildly.

'He did it?' Silas thought, a bright smile forming on his face. He was about to exclaim in joy when he realized that Zayn was hardly moving.

"Call the beast healers over. The resident of the Adventurer Suite needs emergency treatment!"

*[Three days later]*

Zayn was not sure how much time had passed but he felt great. He was comfortably lying in the king-sized bed in the Adventurer Suite and nobody bothered him.

He was not too sure how he reached the Adventurer Suite, or who had healed him, but he clearly recalled that someone had carried him to the bed and that a young woman had cast some incarnations while holding a staff above him.

At least, that was what Zayn presumed to have happened. It might have been an illusion. Either way, he was feeling great, refreshed and there was no pain.

In fact, it felt like nothing was wrong.

That was just too great.

Getting up from the bed, he chose to take a look outside the Adventurer Suite. But before that, he took a glance at the Chimera's Soul Wisp to make sure that it had enough ownerless soul particles left to finish the second Soulring.

Afterward, he released the Spirits from the Grimoire of the Ancient to make sure that they would absorb the soul particles in the surrounding.

"Don't touch the Soul Wisp's ownerless soul particles, or I will feed y'all to Glutton!" He ordered before making his way down to the reception of the Adventurer Hall.

He had to figure out what happened while he was unconscious.
