Dick was taken aback hearing the amount spoken by Alex, No one can be this crazy to spend this much amount of money on a losing business, But Alex did.
This pissed him so much that, The rational part of Dick's brain stopped working. Now all he wants is to win the deal no matter what. He was ready to go by any means necessary just to get this mall.

Just as Dick spoke 90 Billion without a delay he spoke and increased a bid by 10 billion more but just to be safe he also said making it look like by mistake in arrogance that he only has this much.
After all, He can't stretch him too much. God forbid if this man's brain comes online, He will lose the opportunity to face-slap him.

Dick heard Alex's words and was excited that he did not have any more money, So he in the excitement offered his own obviously stupid deal, And taunted Alex.

Alex wanted facepalm here hearing the offer of Dick, He clearly heard him saying he did not have more than 100 Billion but Dick still other than just paying an extra million to win the deal spoke in flow and offered an extra 10 billion.

When Alex was gone, Roger quickly handed over just changed documents in Isabella's hand, Which she handed over to Dick giving him a pen to sign and make this deal official.
Even Isabella was shocked by how stupid Dick is. Before she used to think this guy has the potential to stand and fight with her in the business field but now she changed her mind.
It does not matter how talented Dick is, If he can't control his emotions to maintain his sanity, He is nothing but a liability, A 110 Billion UC costing liability for the Wilson family.

So she did not waste any time. After seeing Dick sign the papers, Which means this deal is not fixed, and He can't go back, She decides to leave in the direction Alex left.
She did not even wait for Dick to Reply back, She rushed out of the store.
"Don't mind out Madam, Mr Dick, As you can understand her schedule is very busy."
Roger said to Dick as he saw the frown on Dick's safe, Obviously not liking the way Isabella left him there just like that.
"It's fine, I know a woman like her should be busy. Let's finish this. Tell me on which account I should deposit the money."
Dick was dissatisfied because of Isabella's action, Not because she did not show him respect but because she did not give him any special attention.
From childhood to now, There was not even one woman who did not try to court him. Women saw him almost turn into a dog and start wagging their tails around him, Which he always used to be disgusted by.

Roger though still thinks Dick was angry did not bother to cater to him, The thing he wanted to happen, Now he cares less about what Dick thinks or feels.
He just wants to guide him in the simple process of sending money to their official account before he can go to the accountant to receive a commission for this deal.

Dick pulls out her official smartphone as he sends money to said accounts. He did not need to get their account numbers as each famous big company and family account details are saved in that smartphone.
After doing that, He sat on the sofa near the store trying to search for Sandra but could not find her, So he gave up thinking she should be busy doing work.

Isabella rushed after Alex in a hurry. She was both fearful and excited to meet with him, She at first was angry with him hanging out with other women while ignoring her calls and texts.
But after she saw him with Liza, That anger was gone, replaced with a fear, Fear of losing him to that woman.
So she was in a hurry. She just wanted to know where he went. Her mind was going through things where he could be, It was not that long since he left, Which means he should not have gone too far.

As she looked around searching for that figure, someone suddenly grabbed her hand and dragged her into the empty store. As there are many empty stores, She was not lying when she said this mall is going out of business.
Isabella pushed onto the wall, While her mouth was blocked by a soft but wide hand, She wanted to resist, counterattack using her B-Rank warrior strength but stopped dead in her tracks, All her power was gone in an instant.
She saw the face of a man, She was searching for this desperately, Standing in front of her with his beauty.
She even had an illusion that he would become even more beautiful, A proper perfect art made by the almighty himself, But she rejected that idea, After all, how can an already perfect thing be perfect anymore?

Alex slowly let go of his hand on her mouth as he reached near her ear and whispered into her ear, His warm lips grazed on her pink earlobe.

His warm hot breath hit her body making her shudder, Isabella's leg became soft as her body started to become hot, As a blush spared over her face.

Isabella gulped as he tremblingly asked him with desire and expectation in her voice.
