Chapter 29: Quest, Dungeon Call!
"Wait, what if those black orbs spawn out something bad?" Ronty questioned with a frown.
"Ronty, don't be pessimistic. Since they were a reward for killing that monster, it ought to benefit us," Serina said as she looked at the orbs. "There are three black orbs, so it's more like a new type of reward."
"Ronty?" Rin was stunned as she remembered the names of the other four bodyguards and uttered, "Monty, Ponty, Gonty, Jonty, and Ronty… What's going on? You five also don't look like brothers."
The bodyguards wryly smiled while Serina let out a chuckle. "All ten bodyguards were named like that after they joined us."
"Haha, we are fine with that. Our name doesn't mean much," Monty said with a laugh.
All those bodyguards had no family. They had relatives in the past but no parents or kids anymore since Toshin only recruited such people as his bodyguards.
"Alright, I am opening one," Rin said as she rubbed her palms and touched a black orb.

"So, the black orbs give special items? That's nice," Rin said before she touched the second black orb.

Rin went to touch the third black orb, but it also gave nothing and burst like a bubble.
"Alright, you handle this mirror, Mrs. Lena," Rin said as she gave the mirror to Lena.

Afterward, everyone entered the Jeep.
Rin sat in the driver's seat to drive, and Erix sat beside her.
Lena, Serina, and Toshin sat in the middle seats while the five bodyguards sat at the back on the bed floor seats of the Jeep. There was enough space, so everyone was comfortable.
As for Isabella, she was on top of the Bloodwood Eagle with her sleeping son.
"T-This is fast," Serina uttered in surprise at the Jeep's speed and power. It broke the vine border easily!
The Jeep then moved onto the main road and showed its power!
"This Jeep is awesome," Rin said with a laugh as she pressed the paddle and increased speed. All zombies and everything in their way were thrown away with no hiccups!
Moreover, the Jeep didn't even get a single dent on it.
The Eagle flew in the sky at the same speed as the Jeep as they moved toward military headquarters.
While the Jeep was moving, Toshin was deep in thought.
After a few minutes, he suddenly said, "Let's not go to the military base."
Everyone was surprised. It was Toshin who wanted to go to the military base in the first place.
"What changed your mind?" Erix asked.
"This jeep is awesome," Toshin said with a wry smile.
"Indeed," Erix nodded with a smile behind his mask. He also understood why Toshin didn't want to go there.
"They will take it from us?" Serina asked, raising her eyebrows.
"We are only this many, while there are many people in the military base," Erix said as he licked his lips. "But I am not afraid. Mr. Toshin, it seems that you've realized that the influence and power you have is not usable anymore."
