Chapter 786 Two Nebulae
It was time for Nebula and Rhodey to return to their own time, leaving 2014 Morag behind.
But, on Thanos’ battleship, Gamora and Nebula, who had just destroyed a planet, were summoned by Thanos because the Power Stone had been located.
“Where is it?” Gamora asked indifferently.
“It’s on a planet called Morag!” Thanos said indifferently.
“Father’s plan finally begins.” Nebula said with a prideful look in her eyes.
Gamora just shook her head as she knew that nothing would change Nebula’s mind as she was obsessed over earning Thanos’ approval. But suddenly, their conversation was interrupted by an alarm sound.
“It seems Ronan has found the Power Stone. I will send you to his spaceship; bring it to me.” Thanos said as he looked at Gamora.
“I am not sure he would hand it over so easily,” Gamora said as she took a step back worriedly.
“Then kill him!” Thanos said as he wiped his twin blade. He didn’t seem to care about Ronan’s existence.
“Ronan’s obsession over power will blind him!” Nebula said as she stepped forwards and kneeled in front of Thanos. “We will succeed, we will not disappoint you, father!” She said confidently.
“Yes, I do believe that you will not let me down!” Thanos said indifferently.
“I swear I will make you proud!” Nebula said with excitement in her eyes. But suddenly, Nebula kneeled on the ground while writhing in pain. Her eyes suddenly projected a holographic image and voice of her future self that came to the past in Morag!
“What is happening!” Nebula said as she closed her eyes, turning off the holographic image that she projected.
“Who is that?” Gamora asked anxiously as the whole situation seemed eerie.
“I don’t know!” Nebula said with a horror-stricken look on her face.
“Her sensory neurons might have been damaged in the previous mission!” Gamora said as she helped Nebula stand. But it seemed her little explanation didn’t mean much to Thanos. He walked slowly towards Nebula and put the Twin Blade close to Nebula’s neck.
Nebula immediately panicked as well as scared for her life! Her body trembled like an earthquake as she felt that her end was near, but fortunately for her, it seemed Thanos wouldn’t end her life just yet!
“Bring her over!” Thanos said with a smirk on his face.

Ebony Maw was in the Interrogation Room with Nebula, who was being investigated! She was suspended in the air with many cables connected to her brain.
“Check all her memories, I want to see everything,” Thanos said expectantly.
“Master, there seems to be some error in her memories. Although it is about her, it doesn’t seem like it’s her memories! There seems to be another consciousness that shares her neural network.” Ebony Maw said with a surprised look on his face.
“That is intriguing,” Thanos said as he doubted the information himself.
“The time stamp on this other person is strange, it came from 7 years from now.” Ebony Maw said with a confused look on his face.
“So, where is this other person now?” Thanos asked curiously.
“They are on Morag, Master.” Ebony Maw answered.
“Can you access her memory? Search for Infinity Stones.” Thanos ordered.
“Alright, master!” Ebony Maw then immediately got to work. He then controlled Nebula through his telekinetic power and raised her head high. He activated Nebula’s holographic projection and began searching through her memories for everything that the future Nebula knew about the Infinity Stones.
“There are two Nebulas?” Thanos asked confusedly.
“No, master. It’s just one Nebula, but the other comes from a different time.” Ebony Maw said respectfully.
“Intriguing! Keep scanning her, I want to know everything, and we must head for Morag at full speed!” Thanos ordered excitedly.
“Right away, master!” Ebony Maw said as he immediately did what Thanos just asked.

Everyone was shocked by the memories that they saw from the future Nebula, especially knowing that an Earthling who had the power to cut Thanos’ head existed! As soon as the scene where Thanos lost his head was projected, Gamora and Ebony Maw immediately lowered their head in fear.
“I didn’t expect this incompetent race to actually have the power to do something like this.” Thanos said excitedly. He didn’t expect that his plan would end in success, and thus he didn’t really care about his death at all. But he didn’t like the fact that the one who carried out his plan was a boring old man. Thanos even began to think that he should kill the Grandmaster first to ensure his victory by himself!
“So, they are trying to reverse everything that happened?” Thanos said as he began to understand the goal of the ones that came from the future. “This is my future, I will not let anybody rewrite it for me!” Thanos said coldly.
At the same time, Thanos finally arrived at Morag’s vicinity. Nebula was finally freed from her frozen state, and she knew what had just happened. She knew Thanos had sniffed her out, and now, she wouldn’t be able to escape!
Nebula tried to use her suit again to return to the future, but suddenly she was punched in the face! She fell to the ground as she failed to activate her suit before turning her head to find out who attacked her, but it turned out to be herself!
“How dare you betray our father!” The present Nebula said coldly.
“I am you, I know what he had done to us!” Nebula from the future said coldly.
Nebula then kept punching her future self before dismantling the Time Travel Navigator on the Future Nebula’s wrist and took out the Pym Particle inside. She was so angry that she pulled out her dagger and pointed it at the Future Nebula’s throat.
“That’s enough!” Gamora shouted from the side. “Father is waiting for us! Take her back and listen to what Father has to say.” Gamora said worriedly.
“You will never be me, because I will never betray my father!” Nebula shouted towards Gamora, but when she lowered her guard, the Future Nebula immediately seized that chance to stole Nebula’s dagger!
