“Why are you looking at me like that? Or should I introduce myself once more?” The Grandmaster said as he waved the Infinity Gauntlet like it was just a toy.

“Why are you here, Grandmaster!” Thor said as he held the Stormbreaker tightly in his hand. Obviously, Thor was in a state of blaming himself for Dio’s fatal injury. Hadn’t he wasted time hesitating, Dio wouldn’t have to die with Thanos, and everything would be fine. So, when the Grandmaster appeared suddenly and snatched all the Infinity Stones, Thor was in a thin line of going on a rampage.

“My reason to be here is another long story, but I didn’t expect Thanos to die at your hands.” The Grandmaster said as he put on the Infinity Gauntlet. A powerful momentum immediately rose in the surrounding area.

“This Gauntlet seems a little big for me.” The Grandmaster frowned and immediately used the Reality Stone to adjust the Infinity Gauntlet size to match his hand size.

“What do you want to do with that? Hand it over now!” Thor shouted as he pointed his Stormbreaker towards the Grandmaster.

“What a headache! Let me think for a second. Do you have any good suggestions here?” The Grandmaster said to the ghost-looking person behind him. While everyone’s attention was solely focused on the Grandmaster, Steve was the only one didn’t avert his gaze from the ghost-looking person in the black robe.

Steve immediately learned the reason why he couldn’t keep his eyes off the black-robed man as he immediately knew the identity of that man! “Red Skull!” Steve said with a frown on his face.

“Your acquaintance?” The Grandmaster whispered to Red Skull.

The Red Skull nodded calmly before turning his attention towards Steve. “It’s been a long time, Steve. You are still looking the same as back then.” Red Skull said calmly.

“You haven’t changed as well. To be honest, I thought you were dead!” Steve said calmly.

“That makes the two of us, but unfortunately, I was transported to another place by the Cube and survived the challenge! Now I am just another sympathizer of the Grandmaster!” Red Skull said calmly.

Steve frown even more as not only did he not expect the Red Skull to be alive, but Red Skull was also the henchmen of the old man that was now holding the Infinity Gauntlet with all its Infinity Stones! The situation wasn’t looking great right now!

“Sparkplug, don’t be so hasty! I know that your new toy is wonderful, but don’t confuse me with Thanos. It wouldn’t kill me! Are you sure you want to test your limit?” the Grandmaster said as he saw Thor lifting his axe with the intention to attack the Grandmaster.

“How would I know that if I don’t try!” Thor said as he immediately rushed towards the Grandmaster.

The Grandmaster sighed, and the Space Stone on his hand immediately glowed brightly. A wormhole suddenly appeared and pulled Thor inside, transporting him somewhere that nobody knew where!

“Thor!” Steve and the others immediately shouted as their heart sank. This old man was definitely worse than Thanos!

“Is that guy always that reckless?” The Grandmaster asked while shaking his head. But no one actually answered him back. “So, what is your suggestion?” The Grandmaster asked as he turned his attention back to the Red Skull.

“My suggestion? Well, since the Grandmaster likes to gamble, why not bet on the big one?” Red Skull calmly said as he looked at Thanos’ corpse.

The Grandmaster’s eyes immediately lit up with excitement. “Hey, do you guys want to gamble?” The Grandmaster shouted at the Avengers. Steve and the rest of the Avengers at the scene were confused as they didn’t understand what the Grandmaster had in mind.

“What do you want to bet on?” Tony asked as he stepped forward.

“It’s simple! It is whether I would die as soon as I snap my fingers! Isn’t it exciting!?” The Grandmaster said excitedly.

“What? What are you talking about?” Tony said confusedly at the madman in front of him.

“You don’t understand? Well, I will snap my fingers that wear the Infinity Gauntlet, and if I survive, I win! But if I die like half of the universe, then I lose! Now, as long as some of you survive the snap, you can use the Infinity Gauntlet to resurrect everyone. Now, isn’t that exciting? Come on, who wants to play with me?” The Grandmaster said excitedly.

“This guy is a lunatic!” Scott said as he felt a chill down his spine.

“It’s a 50-50 chance! This is the thrill of gambling! If you don’t say anything, I will take that as a yes!” The Grandmaster said with a big smile on his face.

“Wait a minute! How do we know that you won’t cheat and exclude yourself from the equation?” Tony shouted worriedly.

“Did you think I would cheat on gambling?” The Grandmaster said as he was a little offended by Tony’s question, but suddenly a colourful beam of light appeared once again. Thor returned as he had the ability to summon the Bifrost to travel across space!

“Do it if you dare!” Thor said coldly. Steve and the other Avengers tried to drag their exhausted body closer toward The Grandmaster. However, the Grandmaster suddenly vanished and reappeared right in front of Captain America!

Thor was already throwing his axe toward the Grandmaster, but because the Grandmaster teleported himself away, Thor’s axe hit nothing but thin air. At the same time, the ground suddenly shook, and countless tentacles dragged everyone down to the ground until their head was the only thing that was still above the ground!

“Of course you will attack me again! But look carefully. If you do that again, your companion here will suffer!” The Grandmaster said with a frown on his face. He squished Steve and the others that were stuck underground a little bit just to prove a point as Steve and the others began to scream.

Thor finally put his axe down as he couldn’t let the Avengers die! In truth, The Grandmaster was a little bit jealous of Thor’s new weapon as it had so much destructive power!

“What the hell do you want now!” Thor said coldly.

“I just want to see if the goddess of fortune is still on my side, that is all!” The Grandmaster said with a smile on his face. The Grandmaster recited the rules of his gambles once more and waited for any sort of response.

After all, he needed an opponent to gamble. Otherwise, it would be too boring!

“Are you gambling just for the sake of it while threatening half of the life in the entire universe!” Thor said furiously! The Mad Titan was one thing, but now a mentally unstable old man wanted to bet on half of life in the universe! It simply didn’t make any sense!
