Chapter 631
Valkyrie walked into the room without anyone stopping her. The first thing she saw inside was the Hulk and Thor squabbling about something she didn’t care about. Valkyrie swore and took a seat while clutching her head in her hands.
She didn’t know whether Thor or Hulk noticed her presence, but they kept squabbling like a bunch of 7 years old. The room was already a mess, so to make sure that she wouldn’t get any headache from dealing with these two lunatics, she immediately opened a bottle of booze and gulped it down. She then searched for more liquors inside the room to no avail as everything had been destroyed by Thor or Hulk. Either way, she didn’t really care.
Finally, after a while, Hulk smashed Thor to the wall and failed to stand up again, ending the scuffle right there.
“Ha! See? Hulk wins! Thor is a weakling!” Hulk shouted excitedly. Thor felt annoyed, but he couldn’t use his divine power right now. Although the room was very big, it was still too small for Hulk and Thor’s brawl! Thor couldn’t exert his power inside this room, while Hulk could just use his punch and kick all he wanted.
“Hey, big man!” Valkyrie shouted and threw an empty liquor bottle in her hands towards the Hulk! It landed on Hulk’s head and instantly sent him charging towards Valkyrie while laughing. Instead of attacking Valkyrie like his enemy, Hulk lifted Valkyrie and hugged her instead.
Valkyrie was the one who found the Hulk stranded on Sakaar and sold him to the Grandmaster, but instead of having a hard feeling towards Valkyrie, the Hulk became her friend instead!
After Thor picked himself up, he took a seat beside Hulk and felt depressed. Asgard was in danger, but there was nothing he could do! But as he looked at the woman that seemed to be the Hulk’s friend, he noticed a familiar tattoo on the woman’s hand.
“That tattoo! You are a Valkyrie!” Thor said with a surprise in his voice. Valkyrie that was startled that her identity was revealed, immediately walked towards Thor and looked at him in contempt. “You know, I always wanted to be one of the Valkyries until I realise that you only accept women on your ranks!” Thor said excitedly.
“But hey, I don’t know how I got here, but Asgard is in danger! Hela is back, and I need you to help me get out of here and stop her from bringing the Ragnarok to Asgard!” Thor said excitedly.
“That guy’s word has to be true!” Valkyrie muttered to herself while sighing.
“What guy? What did he say?” Thor asked confusedly.
“No, it’s nothing! Someone asked me to say something to you!” Valkyrie said before conveying what Dio had said to her earlier to Thor. After that, Valkyrie left the room as she couldn’t stand the mess any longer. But Thor was excited beyond belief! Not only did he meet one or maybe even the last remaining Valkyrie, but he also found hope of returning to Asgard!
It was Dio! Although he didn’t understand how Dio found him in this place and even got to know Valkyrie, it was obviously something that Dio could do! He also recalled that he had Heimdall on his side! He had to contact him to grasp the situation on Asgard now.
So, without wasting any more time, Dio chanted Heimdal’s name in his heart.

On the other hand, The Grandmaster that already sent Scrapper 142 to make sure that his two champions didn’t destroy the whole building was sitting in the opposite direction of Dio.
“I didn’t realise that you would finish your problem so quickly!” Dio said with a smile on his face.
“It’s just a bunch of squabbling kids, nothing to worry about!” The Grandmaster said while smiling back at Dio. “That aside, I am more interested in the game that we are about to play!” The Grandmaster said excitedly.
“Do you really want to play?” Dio asked.
“I have to play!” The Grandmaster said confidently.
“Since you have to play, then I will explain the rule of the game first!” Dio said helplessly. He took out 2 ordinary dolls and [Reaper’s Gaze] on the table. “The game is quite simple! We will mark the doll with a number from 1 to 7. The mark would be placed on the head, heart, stomach, and limbs. We will take turns guessing each other’s number, and if you fail to guess the number, then you will have to give the weapon back to the next person!” Dio said indifferently.
“So, what are we gambling on right now?” The Grandmaster asked excitedly.
Dio then explained what the games would entail, which was the opponent could cut one limb from the loser! Then the Grandmaster started frowning. “This is a great game! But it’s such a pity that the loser would lose a limb!” the Grandmaster said with a frown on his face.
“What are you implying?” Dio asked curiously.
“This knife won’t do!” The Grandmaster said as he picked up the [Reaper’s Gaze] and slashed it down towards his hand. The Grandmaster’s action was clearly out of Dio’s expectation, but the next thing he saw was even more surprising! The [Reaper’s Gaze] didn’t leave any marks on the Grandmaster’s hand! Dio was surprised as he knew that the [Reaper’s Gaze] was the perfect weapon that he forged himself! He started to wonder whether the Grandmaster used some kind of illusion or simply weakened his swing earlier.
“I am sorry, but any physical attack wouldn’t work on me! So, I am afraid this little game we have is useless!” The Grandmaster said disappointedly. Dio frowned almost immediately as he heard the Grandmaster’s word. He wanted to research the Grandmaster’s power, and that was why he recommended such a game! But seeing the Grandmaster’s Energy Projection earlier, and now, resistance against physical attack, he realized that The Grandmaster was really a tricky character!
At the same time, scrapper 142 returned after she calmed both Thor and Hulk. The Grandmaster noticed her presence and suddenly smirked excitedly. “Since this game is so exciting, we have to play it no matter what! How about we choose a representative to play out this little game? It would be fun to watch them play!” The Grandmaster said excitedly.
Valkyrie didn’t know it, but she just stepped into hell!
