Chapter 839: YEET

On the platform in the Ruined Observatory...

Kou Chongxue’s clone slowly pulled the Hidden Frost Sword out from the platform.

Li Wuzi and Yi Jingxu felt as though they were about to face a terrifying enemy.

Under the mocking gaze of Kou Chongxue’s clone, the world origin that had been gathering beneath the sword erupted.

A mighty pillar of five colored light burst forth from the ground below. Kou Chongxue’s clone seemed to become one with the Hidden Frost Sword in the middle of the pillar of light and borrowing its power, he pierced through the void and tore through the Celestial Remains. He disappeared into the sea of stars...

Behind him, the pillar of light followed closely behind. Of course, the clone wasn’t the only one to disappear. The Lightning Bird on his shoulder went along with him.

“Spatial tunnel! It’s a spatial tunnel leading to another world!” Yi Jingxu understood what happened immediately. There was a trace of fanaticism in his voice and it made him seem a little crazy as he yelled, “Kou Chongxue found another world! There’s the Origin Holy Artifact too... Hahaha! I got it! He plotted against all of us and wanted to bring us all over! Hahaha! What a good plan...”

“Well, we can just shatter the spatial tunnel...” Lu Wuzi spoke, but before he could complete his sentence, he felt his body rising into the air.

He tried his best to escape the formless barrier that wrapped around him, but to no avail.

“It's too late!” Yi Jingxu was also rising into the air, but he didn’t struggle at all. He chuckled bitterly in response, “It’s no use. Kou Chongxue already used the Origin Holy Artifact to send the entirety of the Celestial Remains into the spatial tunnel. It’s a pity we realized too late!”

“What’s the point of doing something like that?!” Lu Wuzi also stopped struggling. His instincts told him that continuing to struggle would place him in a dangerous situation.

“Yeah... That’s what I wanna know too...” Yi Jingxu muttered.

By then, he discovered that the world origin that was pouring out from the platform under them had already formed a massive vortex.

Lu Wuzi, who was beside him, along with the members of the Northern Sea Mystic Sect, Heavenly Star Palace, and Changbai Holy Land, were spinning around the vortex as they slid into the center.

Even though the vortex didn’t seem like it was expanding, there was no doubt about it. It was swallowing the space contained in the Celestial Remains.

...

When the hill Chu Jia was on crumbled, so did everything in its surroundings. The space that surrounded it was no longer stable, and chaotic streams would appear from time to time.

Han Mo trapped Liu Qinglan earlier as he wanted to use her life to threaten Dou Zhong to hand the bronze book over.

Helpless, Dou Zhong could only make Han Mo swear that he would release Liu Qinglan before handing it over.

Realizing that he could control the entire situation, Han Mo decided to release the suppression around Liu Qinglan. [1]

After Liu Qinglan regrouped with Dou Zhong, Chu Jia, and the others, Dou Zhong tossed the book towards Han Mo. He also indicated to everyone else that the moment the other party showed signs of going back on his word, they were to use Shang Xia’s Five Element Evasion Talisman to escape.

The second he tossed the book, a giant space vortex appeared around them.

It sucked away the book the moment it appeared, towards the center of the vortex.

With a cold snort, Han Mo raced for the book that was flying away from him. However, his expression changed the next second. He no longer cared about the book that he was close enough to touch, and he released his fate dippers in an attempt to run from the vortex.

Unfortunately, he soon discovered something that nearly caused him to break down and cry. He was trying to fly away from the vortex, but the space around him was being pulled back continuously. He was unable to control his body as he was dragged back into it.

The 6 Martial Extermination Realm experts from the Tongyou Institution had been dragged over way before him, along with the bronze book.

...

The spatial vortex that formed could be seen by everyone in the Celestial Remains. No matter where it was, everyone felt the space around them being swallowed up before a region of chaos remained.

In the platform in the forbidden region containing the Stellar Cauldron, the vortex grew larger with the continuous infusion of world origin.

Pang Jingyun, Jiu Qi, and the others had long since been dragged in as well. That included other experts who merely came over to investigate what was happening. Not a single one of them could escape!

Perhaps it was due to their overwhelming strength, but Huang Jinghan and the others weren’t completely swallowed by the spatial vortex. However, they were unable to fully escape from its attraction and they merely spun around the Stellar Cauldron.

“Kou Chongxue, where the hell are you sending us?!”

“Brother Kou, since we can’t fight back anymore, why don’t you come out and meet us anyway? All of us are filled with doubts we would like to discuss with you!”

“Kou Chongxue, are you working with those from the foreign world?! Are you planning to betray our Azure Ascension World? Have you chosen to forsake the Tongyou Institution you spent tens of years on?”

“...”

No matter how hard they screamed, no reply came from the cauldron. Instead, the world origin stream coming from inside the cauldron just grew stronger.

“Kou Chongxue, we can only blame ourselves for falling for your schemes today! Right now, More than half the Martial Dipper Realm experts in our Azure Ascension World are in the Celestial Remains! The moment we disappear, do you think the Spirit Abundance World won’t discover what happened?! Once they launch a second attack, our Azure Ascension World will definitely fall!”

Huang Jinghan and Jiu Du stared at Yifeng who just spoke with incredulous expressions. They didn’t think that the crazy fellow would actually say something that made so much sense.

Yifeng continued, “This daddy here doesn't really care what you’re thinking about, but you should know that if our Azure Ascension World no longer exists, everything you’re planning to do will fall through!”

“Are you done?” An annoyed voice came from inside the cauldron. Finally, they received their first reaction!

As they continued to spin around the Origin Holy Artifact, they discovered that they were getting closer and closer to it.

The illusory clone who ran into the cauldron earlier finally returned, and he looked a lot better. He was no longer see-through, and he grunted, “Fuck, you’re noisy as hell. Are you going to shut up?”

“Brother Kou, no... Our esteemed Patriarch Koyu, what the hell are you really up to?!” Huang Jinghan was the first to speak now that the clone had appeared.

With a smirk, Kou Chongxue’s clone started bullshitting immediately. “Oh... As you can see, I’m opening up a spatial tunnel to send all of you into another world for a nice holiday!”

“What kind of world is it? How did you find it?” Jiu Du asked.

Under such circumstances, Jiu Du wasn’t afraid that Kou Chongxue was lying. After all, there was nothing anyone could do anymore and all they wanted was to gain more information from him.

With a soft chuckle, Kou Chongxue explained, “Relax. I won’t send you guys into a Spirit World. Otherwise, what’s the point? As for how I found this world... I wasn’t the one who found it. Instead, the position of the other world had been locked on to by the Star Observatory contained in the Celestial Remains. Now, I’m just borrowing the power of the Origin Holy Artifact to send all of you there.”

“You’re actually insane!” Yifeng cried all of a sudden. However, for him to say something like that wasn’t actually too convincing.

Huang Jinghan stared at Yifeng with a raised eyebrow before he continued, “If we attempt the transfer to another world, there is no way the space contained in the Celestial Remains can withstand the pressure. If the spatial tunnel crumbles along the way, how many people do you think will die?”

Kou Chongxue’s clone didn’t lose his smile as he explained, “Brother Huang, why do you think the Celestial Remains weakened so suddenly in recent years?”

Huang Jinghan was shocked, but Jiu Du quickly spoke up, “Did you absorb the spatial origin of the Celestial Remains?!”

Kou Chongxue’s clone nodded lightly and resumed his explanation. “Like what you have felt earlier, there’s an invisible barrier around you. It can ensure that all of you reach the Beyond Heavens Pavilion of the other world safely.”

“Even so, how would we know the strength of experts in the other world?! Do they have existences in the Sixth Order?! Even with so many people, their heavenly screen isn’t for show! It should be enough to stop all of us from entering!” Huang Jinghan voiced his doubts.

Jiu Du added, “Brother Kou, your actions are too reckless. It’s still possible for you to stop the spatial transfer right now!”

Shaking his head, Kou Chongxue’s clone laughed, “It’s not possible to stop the transfer any longer. All of you better start gathering your strength to break a hole in the heavenly screen! Anyway, you won’t have to worry that you will be hunted by the experts on the other world. When the time comes, my true body will be on the other side to help break the heavenly screen from the inside.”

Yifeng stopped with his strange noises at the side and gasped suddenly, “Wait. Is your true body already in the other world?! Who’s in the cauldron?!”

Huang Jinghan and Jiu Du’s eyes widened in fright. They seemed to connect the dots as a look of disbelief appeared on their faces.

...

When Kou Chongxue used the Origin Holy Artifact to open a spatial tunnel to the other world to send everyone there, the Celestial Remains that existed for god knew how long started to vanish.

As the World Origin Source in the Azure Ascension World had been drained considerably, different types of catastrophes started to wreak havoc on the various continents. The Jiao Continent suffered the most as the Celestial Remains used to be right above it.

Also, with the disappearance of the Celestial Remains, the protection above the Jiao Continent was gone as meteorites slammed into the continent, causing large-scale destruction.

The second the Celestial Remains disappeared, 4 figures that emitted blinding origin light appeared in the Beyond Heavens Pavilion. The light around them was so bright and piercing that no one dared to look at them directly.

“Spatial Transfer?!”

“Kou Chongxue brought a good portion of Martial Dipper Realm experts away from the Azure Ascension World to threaten us! How dare he!”

“Is he staking it all on this? Does he think he will be able to figure a way out of this?”

“If he manages to succeed and returns, have you thought of how we should deal with it?”

“The threat from the Spirit Abundance World will be greatly reduced... Actually, it might be completely dealt with!”

“This matter has already left the scope of anything we can control... He... He’s done it...”

“Let’s wait and see!”

As sighs rang through the air, the 4 supreme existences who truly stood at the peak of the Azure Ascension World revealed looks of helplessness and a trace of worry.

1. no clue what the author is smoking but for the sake of accuracy... (I’m pretty sure he forgot that the space trembled and the walls around Liu Qinglan shattered that's why he started talking about all of this so just ignore all this if you like) ?
