Roaring with laughter, Kou Chongxue seemed to have reached a conclusion. He glanced at Shang Lubing to signal his intentions. With their years of brotherhood, they were more than capable of telling what each other wanted to say with the gesture.
As Kou Chongxue’s laughter died down, Shang Lubing looked out of the hut and muttered, “Kid, I received your suggestions. However, it’s getting late. You should head on back. Be careful when entering the spatial tunnel. If you get thrown into some random part of the Thousand Leaf Mountain Range, you’ll find it difficult to return to the Tongyou City.”
Shang Xia knew that the two of them wanted to talk about his suggestions and they didn’t fully trust him. However, he didn’t choose to explain everything about the five elements to the two of them.
He said enough. He couldn’t possibly reveal his deepest secret just so the two of them would believe him. After all, that might bring more trouble than it was worth.
After hearing Shang Lubing, Shang Xia knew that it was time for him to take his leave. After bidding farewell to the both of them, he returned from the path they came from.

In the wooden hut, the two of them stared at Shang Xia’s leaving figure until it disappeared in the dense shrubbery.

Ignoring what he just said, Kou Chongxue asked a question of his own. “Third brother, where’s the nearest water-attributed spiritual land we know about?”
Widening his eyes, Shang Lubing responded, “Are you really going to believe that kid?!”
“Didn’t you say that there’s something weird about him? Why don’t we try out his suggestion?” Kou Chongxue smiled.

“Don’t tell me the kid’s suggestion is really geared towards harming me.” Kou Chongxue chuckled.
Shang Lubing quickly shook his head in disbelief. “He’s just a kid! Why are you taking his words seriously?”
Kou Chongxue’s laughter didn’t stop. “Well, it won’t hurt to try. Nothing can make it worse anyway.”
Based on Shang Lubing’s understanding of Kou Chongxue, the patriarch was hell bent on trying it out now that he took the suggestion. He could only mention all the water-attributed spiritual lands they knew about. “There’s a water-attributed spiritual vein running under the Changfeng City. After leaving the secret region, Shang Xia ran into the dense jungle and he explored his newfound abilities after his divine sense transformed the second time.
Since he drank the Illusory Tea back in Kou Chongxue’s courtyard, he gained many insights about his Triple Providence Chapter and his Providence Spear. It was a pity all his gains were locked in the back of his mind. He would have to unlock them slowly again.
His sudden realization earlier that the memory of the rank five advancement formula was sealed in his memory also served as a distraction. Along with Kou Chongxue’s storytelling, Shang Xia was unable to think about his insights he gained. Now that he had finally left, he could start recalling them.
All of a sudden, a ray of sunlight pierced through the dense forestry and landed on his face.
