Kyle didn't have to say much. He actually wanted to help the Sprite and spoke his mind. It didn't matter to him what the Sprite thought about him because he believed that they would separate either way.
He couldn't think of another solution, and he didn't want to ask her to bind herself to him.
This would not only be a burden for the Sprite but for him as well.
'Though I believe that it would be quite useful if the Sprite were to stay with us. Having a trickster by our side would be quite helpful, after all.'
Despite this though, Kyle didn't say anything. He merely looked at the Sprite and waited for her answer. Kyle had wasted more than enough time underground.
The duration in which the Sprite had been in the cocoon, it was not even possible for him to cultivate. This was truly bothersome because he would have created his 8th and 9th Soul bead by then.
But because the past was not something he could change, Kyle just shrugged his shoulders at the thought of the missed opportunity.
'Not like I'm gonna die just because I have 7 instead of 9 Soul beads.'
Quite some time had passed and Kyle didn't propose another strategy to help the Sprite.
Both Yasmine and Selene were similarly clueless about how to help the Sprite, so they remained quiet as well.
"And you won't mistreat me?" She suddenly asked, looking deep in Kyle's emerald eyes.
'She trusts me?' Kyle was slightly astonished.
"I plan on setting you free after we emerge on Shima." He answered, honestly. There was no use in having a slave, let alone a slave Sprite, even if he were not totally against Slavery, to begin with.
"I won't be able to survive long outside the Ancient treasury's dimension. My life has to be bound to another life source, apparently." the Sprite suddenly said, adding another difficulty, she hadn't mentioned before.
'Ya, are you a brick head?!' Kyle felt like shouting at her, but he held back.
"I won't mistreat you, but it will be dangerous if you follow us, and you may have to do things you really don't like to do. Until now you didn't face the cruelty of the real world, so you might have a difficult time adjusting."
Kyle remained truthful. For Yasmine, it looked like Kyle didn't even want to take the Sprite with them. However, Selene could only smile. She clearly remembered that Kyle told her that it was she had to take decisions and that he also explained to her quite a few things before he saved her.
"I…think I can accept that. The Ancient treasury is not a good place to live. I don't want to turn into particles and be reborn whenever the Ancient treasury resets…Can I come with you?" The Sprite asked, not feeling confident that Kyle would actually take her with him.
However, Kyle was more surprised about the 'turn into particles and be reborn' part. It may be a piece of surprising information but it was more or less unimportant for Kyle.
"Of course, you can come with us," Kyle said, his hand stretched out.
Arashi yelped out, laying over his shoulder, while the two women Yasmine and Selene smiled faintly.
Now, they were happy that Kyle has chosen to help the Sprite.
She would probably be extremely helpful, and he did a good deed.
Happy about Kyle's decision, the Sprite began to smile for the first time since it merged with the rest of the Mana stone deposit's Essence.
She flew toward his stretched-out hand. The moment she landed in his palm, the Sprite bit in his finger.
Kyle was not actually sure what was going to happen but he allowed the Sprite to do whatever she needed to
She licked a droplet of his blood and bit her own finger until she began to bleed as well.
"Release your Mana now." She said before turning over to the back of his hand.
Kyle turned his hand before he released his Soul force.
'The effect will be the same because my Soul force is a mixture of the three energies, right?' He wondered before noticing that the Spirit absorbed the Soul force he released.
She flinched for a moment and looked at him in astonishment but instead of asking anything, she merged her own energy, her blood, Kyle's blood, and his Soul force together.
Afterward, she began to draw a symbol on the back of Kyle's hand.
"A tiny fairy?" Kyle mumbled when he saw the azure-colored symbol that was engraved on the back of his right hand.
However, the Sprite didn't answer. She was entirely focused on the process and a total of three hours passed before she was finally done.
'It really is a tiny fairy.' He mumbled while looking at the finished product. Kyle was not sure what exactly took so long or how she engraved the fairy symbol on his palm to create a bond between him and the Sprite.
After all, he could instantly tell that he and Arashi had created a connection to the Sprite, which definitely felt weird.
Until not long ago, they could only sense each other. This had now changed.
'Our bond is still the strongest, don't worry.' Kyle just thought when he saw Arashi's complicated expression.
As if he understood, his Spirit Soul nodded his tiny head before agreeing to Kyle's statement.
On the other hand, the Sprite moved to the center of the fairy symbol before she looked at him.
"I guess you can already sense our bond, but look at that!" She said, excitement spreading through her before she turned into countless azure-colored particles that disappeared in the symbol on the back of his hand.
Everyone's eyes widened when they saw this, but the Sprite was not yet done. She had just started to demonstrate to him something extremely important.
Kyle's entire body began to itch faintly, and his hair stood up to its end when a draft of wind passed by his exposed skin.
A moment later, a greyish-azure colored cloak appeared around him, fluttering in the wind.

Yasmine's eyes widened at the sight of the thin cloak that had appeared out of nowhere.
It radiates the same mana fluctuations as the Sprite released, but one could tell that Kyle's 'mana' fluctuations were also present.
"What the hell is that?!" She could only ask, while Selene next to her seemed to be exhilarated.
"You look so handsome with that cloak!!" Selene exclaimed before covering her mouth with her hands.
A moment later, Selene blushed in embarrassment, while Yasmine could only nod her head.
"Well, it does look good on you. But you look good with any clothes." She added before Kyle began to smile slyly as he added another point,
"And without clothes. You shouldn't forget that!"
Yasmine blushed when she heard Kyle's remark, but she quickly noticed that he just teased her.
However, instead of continuing to tease the two women, Kyle turned serious as he heard the Sprite's voice in his head.

The Sprite had regained her excitement from before merging with the Essence of the Mana stone deposit. She wanted Kyle to praise her and to see him shocked.

Following that he created over two hundred wind blades in an instant, astonishing Kyle, Selene, Yasmine, and even Arashi.
"Oh…Wow…" Kyle just blurted out before quieting down once again.
'Everything related to Soul force and my Wind affinity improved. With my control of the wind affinity and soul force, the consumption of my wind-based attacks decreased, and even after I created 200 small wind blades, I feel like I can control more before I will get a headache. That is truly amazing.'
Kyle never knew that the Sprite could do something like that. However, it explained the new path of development that had manifested after she had finished the creation of their bond.
At first, their bond felt a little bit weird, but it was similar to Beatrice's blood pact, rather than the Sprite having become a part of him, just like Arashi.
That was something both Kyle and Arashi preferred because it distanced the Sprite a little bit from their privacy.
Nonetheless, he was happy about the thin cloak he gained from merging with the Sprite. It was quite interesting at that and definitely worth investigating some time in researching the Sprite's abilities.
"What is that ability called?" Kyle asked when the cloak disappeared and the Sprite reappeared from the back of his right hand.
"Because you call me a Sprite, how about Sprite Armor?"
