Chapter 20 Princess Shan
Xuefeng thought that Wuying body was amazing, but when he saw the young beauty walking through the doors, he got stunned. If they were standing side by side, she would definitely overshadow Wuying.
Her purple one-piece dress perfectly hugged around her body showing her well-cared for
figure. Its length was only till her knees, so everyone could look at her elegant legs. She looked like one of those popular models he watched in magazines on earth.
Even if he compared her with Tianshi, he couldn’t say he would pick Tianshi for sure.
When he finally looked at her upper body, he spotted her well-developed chest with straight black hair which was falling gently on them.
’What are these girls eating to develop like that.’ He compared and noticed that even Wuying chest was inferior in the size.
When he moved his gaze to the face, he saw it partly covered by a veil. He could only see above her brown eyes. He tried to remember why it looks familiar and he finally connected her to the veiled lady at the ceremony.
Zhen Shan entered the room and looked around. Scanning everyone, she stopped on
Wuying for a moment before smiling under her veil.
Wuying instantly stared back as she already identified Zhen Shan as her enemy. She was mad that she didn’t know anything about her staying in the Clan.
’I will have to "educate" my subordinates after we finish the meeting.’ She thought, thinking of a punishment she should give them.
"Welcome, Princess. You can sit down with us." Liu Xiaobei smiled at her and beckoned on the last empty seat.
"Hello everyone, I’m sorry for intruding." She greeted politely before sitting down beside Xuefeng.
There were 2 seats on each side of Xuefeng. Clan Leader probably placed it like that.
"Young master Xuefeng, I wanted to meet you sooner, but I didn’t have the opportunity." She pouted unhappily.
Xuefeng looked at her smiling, he just got confirmation from Ling that the Fate Fragment is on Zhen Shan body. She could feel it around her chest, so it’s probably a necklace.
"I’m sorry, it’s my bad. I was tired from yesterday event and slept until noon today. I will make it up to you Lady Shan." Xuefeng apologized politely. He tried to be as nice as possible, so he doesn’t lose a chance to get the necklace.

When Wuying and his parents heard his polite apology, they looked surprised. ’Since when was he so polite.’ They thought.

Hearing him so polite, Zhen Shan nodded. She was used to guys flattering, so she thought it was normal.
"That’s great, I would love to talk privately with you. How about dinner tomorrow?" She asked sweetly.
"He already has training plans with me tomorrow. I don’t think he will have the energy for going out." Just as he was about to agree, he heard Wuying voice answering for him.
He looked to his left to see angry Wuying staring at him. Planning with Ling how to retrieve the Fate Fragment, he totally forgot about her.
"And who are you?" Princess Shan asked with a frown.
"I’m Xuefeng... teacher." Wuying wanted to say girlfriend, but she remembered they didn’t confirm their relationship yet.
"It’s okay, I think I will find some time for a dinner." Xuefeng tried to save the situation.
Hearing that, Princess Shan shot a look of victory at Wuying.
"Are you covering your face, so others can’t see your ugly face?" Feeling wronged, Wuying called out.
"I just don’t want you to feel jealous, seeing how insecure you are." Princess fired back at her and then said to Xuefeng "If Young master wants to see me without a veil, you can just ask."
Wuying face darkened as she saw Princess Shan wink at her man.
They stared daggers at each other until Xuefeng blocked their sight with his body.
"Girls, calm down. Be nice to each other." It was the first time he was in a position like that and he didn’t know what to do.

Seeing his son in trouble, Liu Xiaobei laughed as he remembered that the same situation happened to him years ago. Mu Lan was also like that with other girls, but in the end, she lasted till the end and defeated all her opponents.
Having concubines was normal in this world, but he didn’t have any. Mu Lan chased every single one away.
"Okay, don’t argue. Princess will be staying in our clan for some time, so there will be plenty of time for you to meet. There are few free rooms in your courtyard, so we can arrange her to live in one. Are you fine with that?" Clan Leader proposed.

Princess agreed while Wuying did not. They both turned towards Xuefeng to wait for his decision.

Wuying looked unhappy but there was nothing she could do. Just as she was about to win Xuefeng over, another girl appeared ruining her plans.
"Okay, then it’s settled. I will let someone show her way to your courtyard, meanwhile, you can visit Spirit Treasury. We can end the meeting." Liu Xiaobei decided.
"Okay, it was nice to meet you, Princess. We will see you later." Xuefeng stood up and said goodbyes to the veiled beauty.
"How about I join them? It’s not like I have anything better to do." Princess asked Clan Leader
suddenly.

"I don’t see a reason to disagree. You can tag along if you want." Xuefeng agreed without a thought.
Wuying, who was already smiling she can get rid of her enemy, froze. Her improved mood shattered again.
’Calm down, you are better than her. If you work hard, you will defeat her. If you behave like a spoiled girl, he will dislike you.’ She calmed herself down with a few words and stood up to stand by Xuefeng side.
"I’m ready, we can go." She smiled gently to Xuefeng, dazing him for a moment.
"You are prettier when you smile." He said unconsciously.
’It’s working!’ Wuying sighed in relief.
Princess stood by his other side and limited her opponent "I’m also ready."
"Okay then, let’s go." Xuefeng only nodded to her and went towards the exit.

Princess just followed calmly. A small drawback won’t stop her.
After they left the room, Mu Lan who was mostly silent during this meeting, finally said: "I don’t like the way you handled this situation."
"I’m only doing it for her own good. She never had a competition, so she never gave it her all. Princess decision to stay was just right for us." Liu Xiaobei placed his wife on his lap as he said.
"What if our son decides to choose Zhen Shang, daughter? I don’t think you want to connect our families together." She thought out loud.
"Don’t worry, she is not that tied to her family. I can see that she can think for herself. It won’t be long before she decides to travel the world. With her Purple talent, she won’t stay long in the small Aurora Country." He said as he placed his hands on her round butt.
"Be serious, I don’t want our son to be led astray." She hit him in the chest lightly.
"He should focus on his training now. I don’t think he will have time for girls. If anything
unexpected happens we will talk to him. Okay?" He kissed his wife on the lips.
"Mhmm." She responded with her own attack.
