"Fairy Zone, as its name suggests, is a spatial anomaly that somehow makes the area extremely suitable for fairies to live, and most importantly, cultivate." Dragon Apostle Blackwing started his explanation.
"Additionally, according to what Purity had revealed to me years ago, it is a Zone that only allows females to enter. Somehow, the environment that boosts fairy cultivation also boosts female cultivation.
Every Primal worth their status will probably have one or two special areas that could boost their cultivation speed, and this Fairy Zone is Purity's." Blackwing added.
"How strong is the restriction that forbids males from entering?" Elliot asked with a low voice.
"The restrictions are negligible. But from what Purity says, all male non fairy entrants will have their soul masculinity slowly corroded away by a strange power. I have never personally tested this strange corrosive power, but I plan to send in a few of my Ancient warriors this time to determine its nature and find ways to counter it so we can enter it safely." Blackwing answered.
Elliot could only grimace in frustration.
If it was a hard restriction, he had all confidence that he would be able to smash it to smithereens and gain entry to that damned zone. He would rip apart everything that stood in his way to save Jessica.
But it was a soft restriction, and its power corroded the masculinity of the soul??
What a fearsome defensive mechanism against males!
It would really suck if he entered it blindly to save his romantic interest, only to realize after a bitter struggle that he had become sisters with her.
Elliot shuddered lightly at that ghastly thought.
"Your ancient warriors dare to do such a dangerous thing?" Elliot asked Blackwing.
"We will send in females first. If we are unable to confirm and determine the root of the power, we will send in males. There are some among us who would die for the sake of research, I am sure that changing their genders would be a minor price to pay. And if there aren't enough die hard researchers, I can create conditions for them that would make it much more preferable to change their genders." Dragon Apostle Blackwing said with a sinister smile.
As the supreme leader of the Black Dragons, Blackwing had zero qualms about sending his male clansmen to their masculine deaths for the sake of his Lord!
"The Golden Dragons will send in our researchers as well. There are many among our number that would sacrifice their lives for you, Master. This restriction is nothing." Dragon Apostle Golden Fire said in his trademark soft voice.
"Good. My clones will accompany you." Elliot said.
"I highly recommend that you do not send your clones in, Master. Because they share the same soul source as you, a particularly virulent soul power might be able to affect your real body through your clones." Dragon Apostle Blackwing shook his head in disagreement.
"Oh? There's such a thing?" Elliot asked in surprise.
"The Black Dragons have several soul weapons that could do that. I would not be surprised if the Fairy Zone's strange power could do it as well. It is better to be safe than sorry." Dragon Apostle Blackwing explained.
"I really need to get to Ancient level. All these nuances on soul manipulation is completely lost on me. Go and solve the mystery of the Fairy Zone as quickly as you can while I breakthrough." Elliot ordered his team.
"Acknowledged." His Dragon Apostles bowed and left.
All except Dragon Apostle Golden Fire who stayed behind.
"You will need guidance to break through to Ancient level. I will guide you." He said calmly.
"I appreciate it. Let us begin immediately. Guys, if you want to breakthrough as well, do it now." Elliot said to his beasts who had regained their mobility when Winter dispelled her outrageously strong spell. "But if you're not done when the dragons are back, I will leave you behind."
"Understood." They responded quickly.
After a quick discussion among themselves, they decided that five of them would attempt the breakthrough so as to better support their Master if the need ever arose.
Winter. Frosty. Kai. Wu Kong. Aldera.
Within moments, the beach was once again tranquil.

If one could see into the soul realm, one would see a humongous spiritual vortex unlike anything the universe had ever seen swirling above the six life forms seated serenely with their eyes closed.

They would be tying their soul development to Elliot, but it was a minor consideration for them who had already pledged everything to him.
As they laid their foundations slowly and carefully, they also began to open their eyes to the intricacies and complexities of soul power.
Their understanding grew by leap and bounds.
It was like a bunch of people who had only read and seen images of the vast ocean finally diving into one for real.
"So this is soul power." Elliot murmured and started to wield it expertly. "If this is so, then the Soul Power Structure should not be designed this way. Follow my lead guys."
